mitzvah or davin or pray because in their minds they're not having kevana and they're thinking maybe it's ours is making them not think appropriately so um what would you what would you say about that and uh maybe just to generalize a little bit more maybe if not everyone's in that category but let's say just in general let's say like um our minds is always rushing um it is there's like a there's
