today is day number 138 of our daily study of ramsehra Mitzvahs and in the three chapters a day of mishna Tada we are still in Hillcrest Meister Cheney the laws of the second tithe and we just have one Mitzvah today positive commandment 119 which is the Commandment concerning the fruit of the fourth year for the first three years of a tree producing fruit we are not permitted to eat the fruit at all it's called Orla it's a Prohibition called Orla but in the fourth year we may eat the fruit however with a very specific limitation in the fourth year fruit of the trees in a state known as kratishilulum a holy state of praise to Hashem which means in Practical terms it has to be brought to Jerusalem and eaten there just like my sir Shani and that's why we are we're learning that Mitzvah here in the context of myself Cheney because the same rules that apply to Maisha Cheney the second tithe apply to the fourth year fruits of the trees same rules okay so that's our Miss for today we will see you again God willing tomorrow
