Some more behind the scenes of ‘Mabrouk’

So when I start doing this album, I was sitting with Itzy Waldman in the studio and we said let's do an album. So he said what kind of an album? I said Khatunah. It's going to be all about or mostly about weddings, about about the simcha of the chuppah, the simcha of the wedding. And then we said okay, what will be the first song? And Mabrouk came. And when I say Mabrouk, I don't know if you guys remember that many years ago I had a song for the layla. Alaylah alaylah alaylah and then we said you know what, let's do not 2027 Mabrouk and that was the name of the album.
