guys I'm here with Yosi shomon he just called me down over here in how New Jersey right off right right the boorder of Lakewood there's a Sola farm and so many people are seeing lately advertised that you can save literally 20 to 25% on your monthly electric bill scam or people people don't know that this is mish it's a no-brainer I myself did my research and I looked into it and it's Mish something that makes so much sense and people don't know people have to around because I think that this program is going to be soon they're not going to give the 20 to 25% y say how much time do we have till we can get sign up for this 2025 you said that right cuz basically cuz in New York the discount is 5% to 10% right now cuz cuz in New York it had been around for for many years New Jersey the program is newer so right now it's been 20 to 25% officially it's 20% right now and it's a program for the next 20 years uh some people could get 25% if they low to moderate income which is whatever but simple uh bottom line is for the next 20 years and it's instead of rooftop solar basically the solar sitting in a farm not on your rooftop if you have an issue with your rooftop solar for whatever reason this is where the solar or if you're a tenant and you up or you don't like the look you don't like the look do solar panel there a lot of reasons people don't want it if you have it you have it but if you or another reason main reason you didn't discuss this because regular solar panels on your roof usually cost cost you money cost you money so it it takes many years to pay up this is free of charge like you said basically if somebody signs up to get uh that discount for 20 20% it's no charge for signing up if for whatever reason he wants to stop it there's no charge for that neither it's 20 years basically the ergency is that it's a limited amount as you can see it's not enough for everyone basically cuz it goes one for one so when I sign up a Lally buy off part of this that's exactly right basically a few panels gets isolated for you your us based on your bill how much you're using get isolated for you and whatever it's producing you get a discount based on that so it's limited amount this is a a field there's a lot of bigger Fields but it's still limited it's not going to be for everyone so the federal government is is claiming the next the next year is going to be 5 million people participating in that program all over the United States right now it's about a half a million people signed up on it so 4 A2 million people will be smart enough to get that discount the other one that are skeptical that are afraid of a state program cuz they think I don't know what they're going to lose out cuz we're not going to have enough farms for everyone wow that's the urgency tell us about the cap why is it free what's the what's the agenda of the state it's all about green energy that the federal um federal government is backing green energy giving money to the state the state is giving money out anything that produces green energy it's basically the sun producing electricity so it's all about green energy there's a lot of money going around there and we can save the only problem is that people don't know about it once they understand it they will participate and take the advantage of the 20% so the agency is New Jersey right now is 20 or 25% New York is 5 to 10% cuz New York it had been around for years so what's going to happen in New Jersey somebody signs up now for 20% or 25 he's going to get it for the next 20 years 2 years from now it could be going down to 10% or 5% people are signing up in New York for 5% right now but people I know people have signed up in New York 5 years ago 10 years ago for a bigger s is still getting it cuz it's for 20 years how does it work how simple is to sign up for simple as it could be just simple information from the utility bill they ask you to upload the bill cuz this is the way they calculate it it's 2 minutes three minutes no social no no private information goon is just from the utility bill your name your address your phone number M the utility bill information if any body needs help with it they could call me they can WhatsApp me I'll help them do it that's what I've been doing this in New York for the last year in and up in Upstate New York so this is my number 732 314 3939 thank you
