And the maiseh according to the Ariza Shovevim basically means 40 taanisim 40 fasts which I'm sure everyone could do here. 40 fasts and then afterwards he said you should add another 40 for to have peh dalet so you have the the proper tikkun of peh dalet taanisim. The maiseh what you see the Ariza already spells it out it goes back to Adam Harishon when he was separated from his from his wife 130 years and he made of those ashchazus zera and all the the neshamos when he's galgal to throughout the doros all the way till dor Mitzrayim and dor Mitzrayim there was a tikkun. So this is an incredible time these weeks that ha'alah of tikkun that Klal Yisrael went through in Mitzrayim returns every single year. That's what Shovevim the koach of Shovevim is a zman of incredible taharah. And if you look in the Zohar Hakodesh anyone that does the chok it's kedai doing these weeks to do chok Yisrael especially Shemos. So in the Zohar Hakodesh the Zohar says that there are three aveiros that are mamash mesalek the Shechinah. One of them is when a person is not careful with taharas hamishpachah with his chasnidah. The other one is someone that's with a non-Jew. And the third one is someone that's mapil yevamim. So when a person purposely causes miscarriages. Three different So the where is someone that mis- causes hapalah? Miscarriages meaning causes abortion. These are three mitzvahs that the Zohar Hakodesh says. The Zohar Hakodesh goes on to explain how when a person is not careful with these mitzvahs what happens? There's an incredible choshech. When we speak about the idea that these these Shovevim is a time of taharah and this is what I was telling my my talmid who who said what's the point of going and to shiurim on taharas hamishpachah? What's the reason why like this lady said I can't have a dog in the house? So first like I said there's no problem with having a dog in the house. But the ikar yesod of certain aveiros is that if my purpose in this world is l'is aneg lashem and to come close to the Reb Olam and there are certain things that are machik the Shechinah that a person has to jump and say one second. The last thing I want I call this it's called spiritual Wi-Fi. Everyone understands that what's so easy to relate is that if I'm in a place you come to a place you come to a hotel whatever it is you're in a and the first thing that you're checking already today usually is to see unless you don't have a smartphone but usually if there's no good connection it's mamash a killah. The whole the whole can't send videos you can't send pictures the whole the whole trip sometimes could be already a chissaron. If the Wi-Fi is not for me it's if I can't have Wi-Fi I really tell my chavrusa lazy that's it we're we're we're I once was in Africa we went to somewhere you know one of these African resorts with animals and everything and I had to send out my videos. The Tasha Rebbi in Avodas Avodah has a beautiful ma'amar just in this topic. It's kedai just to go cuz his words are so sweet. And he explains how whenever he quotes the pasuk mi ya'aleh lanu hashamayimah mi ya'aleh lanu hashamayimah is roshei teivos milah. Mi ya'aleh lanu hashamayimah the osiyos hasofiyos the last letters are yud keh vav keh. So basically he explains that the whole idea of kedushah when a person brings kedushah into the house make sure that the house is malei kedushah that means that and the the you're removing the negative interference and you're making sure that you have Wi-Fi. That means that you're that if if you know that taharas hamishpachah is not so good so you decide you're going to be mechazek that. If tznius is not so good you're mechazek that. If you're if you're use it I talked at the first thing that probably the most common today is shmiras eynayim is whatever it is whether it's using the phone improperly. There's always room to be mechazek that. And if a person says I want to have more kedushah in the house that automatically brings Havayah into your house. And it's not for us by the way you don't have to do big things. The Ariza so beautiful if you look at the hakdamah it's written in the hakdamah of the macher Chaim Vital. So they write there that when the Ariza took of Chaim Vital's talmid and so to speak gave him the Ruach Hakodesh or the the the the ability to suddenly be able to be a talmid like the like of Chaim Vital so it says he took him to the Kinneret. Took him to the Kinneret and he took him on a boat. When I saw the story it was so moving. He's on a boat with him and then he stops. He says drink. Takes a cup of water from there that's it. And he says this is from Be'er Miriam the well of Miriam is in the Kinneret. He drank and then he already nistafchu meima'ayanos hachochmah. Now it sounds a little bit unfair that's it. Where we're in the choshech of the choshech and in the in the tumah of the tumah in the klipah of the klipah and a person decides you know what I'm going to be mechazek myself and you don't have to do something crazy. You could mamash be in the car and you're driving and you could look where you're not supposed to look. A lady is crossing the street I don't have to look or you could look and you decide you know what I'm not going to look. I have by the way two tricks in shmiras eynayim that I think usually work very powerful. One is I call it chiyuvi and shlili negative and positive. One of them I learned from the Shaar Hamemunim. Shaar Hamemunim says that when a person is shomer eynayim that means he decides you're driving you could look at the lady crossing the street and you decide not to. He says that moment that you were koivish your yetzer hara and you decide not to the sha'arei shmayim tfilah sha'arei shmayim opened up. So first of all, I always say, "You're not going to beat the Yetzer Hara by fighting him. You have to You have to trick the Yetzer Hara. Say, 'Yetzer Hara, you gave me a good opportunity now. And now, if I'm going to If I'm going to not look, so then maybe now it's for I'm doing it for myself. It's shelo lishmah. That's like what here with shelo lishmah. I'm doing it because now I could ask whatever I want in my tefillos. That's verse of by the way it's bad to come and you say works because you trick the Yetzer Hara basically. But really, it's a perfect place also to be mechazek yourself because when a person's in control of texting during driving or watching your eyes during driving, really what it is, it's a test of emunah. With how much I trust the Ribono shel Olam that if this is not the right time to look or it's not the right time to text and it's not the right time to respond, then that's part of emunah that the Ribono shel Olam's going to work it out. Everything's going to work out. And that's You know what I'm saying? I also have emergency shailos. And sometimes I also want to And I'm also nischal for sure in texting and WhatsApping and everything. But many times I catch myself and say, "What am I doing? And the Mishnah goes on to say, "Chaviv Adam she nivra yechidi." Right? Because a person should know that the entire world if a person kills someone a person is kiyilu chareg oilam maleh. And if you And if a person is kiyilu kiyem nefesh maleh oilam maleh. Meaning to say is that you should know And the way you read the Mishnah, it sounds like that statement is just an an extra statement. You should know A person should know Adam nivra yechidi. There's a beautiful on this from Actually writes, "Adam nivra yechidi because he should know that he's a He could affect the entire world. And therefore a person could daven for the entire world. That's what says. I heard from very similar. He uses a If you were you were created as an individual because you should know that you're responsible for the entire world. Which is the same concept that he felt that a person could He has to try to save the world. Just You could save the world. How? Through the mitzvos and tefillos. But in any case, he says like this. You know, when you ever see someone watching a movie, they can manage to be in a trance for the next few hours. It's hard to find the certain things that you could be mashveh. But I'm saying you read through it you can't put it down. And he manages to take you through the through the Mishnah and And it's That's why David Yosef, his son, should live Everything now is kitzurim. They just came out with kitzur Taharas Hamishpacha. It's very good because it's gotten in. Because to go through it is takka a very very long experience. But he has a teshuvah in It's in siman 11. A teshuvah fascinating teshuvah takka on Taharas Hamishpacha. The teshuvah is And he goes through fascinating even also the gilgulim. One of the tzaddikim, and I forgot which one, said that he had a dream that he knew that the Maggid Mishnah basically had to be was nischal in bi'ah rishonah of bi'ah bi'as besulah, dam besulah. And immediately had to do teshuvah. The whole whole interesting shailah. Now, what was What was the teshuvah on? The teshuvah of David Yosef is like this. If a person is nischal beshogeg on an issur derabbanan, does he have to do teshuvah or not? That means if someone ate stam yayin. He went and he drank wine and he realized that it was you made a mistake and it wasn't takka wasn't kosher. But it's stam yayin. It's not an issur deoraisa. It's an issur derabbanan. Do you have to do teshuvah or not? Very interesting maiseh. Now, we're getting what that means teshuvah. But is a person obligated? So, there's a famous Nesivos in Choshen Mishpat siman 11. It says siman 11. He says the issur derabbanan is an issur gavra not an issur cheftza. So, since it's an issur gavra not an issur cheftza, it's not on the item itself because an issur derabbanan is not inherently assur. So, a piece of cheese that's let's say that's that's besam kosher just it wasn't chalav Yisrael. It wasn't watched, right? Non-chalav Yisrael. So, the So, the Nesivos holds that since it's not intrinsically assur, so if you did beshogeg, you didn't do any anything assur. So, you don't have to do teshuvah. Fascinating chiddush. So, many argue on this. David Yosef goes to a long So, this he connects to this whole shailah. But in any case, in the teshuvah towards the end, he says And anyway, so what exactly does it mean when we speak about teshuvah? So, usually teshuvah is taanis. Uh, obviously teshuvah the Rambam says is you have to be charatah, vidui, charatah, kabbalah la'asid. But a person has to also do some action. Usually the action that used to be was taanisim, sigufim, rolling in the snow. That's already a whole different level. Right? The Baal HaTanya holds that today, since you can't do sigufim and you can't do taanisim, it's hard to fast, so you give tzedakah instead. But since the the tzedakah is not just regular tzedakah, that tzedakah is taking care of something that your body is supposed to experience, so it's like a It's like It's like going to the doctor. For that, a person would pay much more than a That means to say this limitation Everyone knows Even the rich people are very big about this. I I do I even do People tell me. Very well wealthy people. I say, "I'm not so impressed. I think you should give 50% of all your profits." And I heard this by the way another big big talmid chacham that a big a big posek. He said the same thing. As I mentioned from the beginning, the purpose of having the house is to have like I said spiritual life and have much more of a connection. And that's really the answer to what the what the book is telling us going back to what we started with. If the purpose if my purpose in this world is to be closer to the book and there are certain things that are creating that that the the we'll call it the spiritual the negative spiritual power that doesn't allow me. I have to get rid of that and I have to make sure that I have to have a So, certainly when it comes to the book I would certainly say that someone who needs review is good and today there's so many books out. Or you could you could listen to this I'm sure there's plenty. I happen to have 30 videos that I just did on but I only give it out to my but maybe I'll make an exception if someone tells me the for I'll give it out. The all the and it's also. Now, as you know I mean we only have five more minutes but it's good to just to appreciate that even in this I would say in the book there is so much So, just like we started the whole the whole of is not is not just this. What's my biggest proof? The biggest proof is the book says that the book says why is it Why is it that the book says this? The book has a question. So, even though you could say what do you mean? The book The book says you're not allowed to do this to yourself. And it's finished. Why do I need to have time to do this? And am I every single like the book already told us and the book told us and the book The really every has a time and the time has a boy has its unique. Which is the most amazing thing because people tell me I get these messages non-stop of Usually whatever it could be ladies it could be men Usually it's more ladies that say we can't do these things. It's not It's I just had a message almost two days ago. The lady said is it really a thing that you can't pass something to your husband. I mean that today many most I would say most people but it's not very common to learn and especially to learn especially if you learn today everything's like I said. So, you but if you learn but to learn it's not so simple unless you're sitting maybe in or you're not or but to learn but says there's an issue of this. And usually it comes from unfortunately a bad teacher. Cuz the teacher taught it that this is what you have to do. Never gave the time to do this. So, really when I teach I I give a new name to it. I call it this. What I call this? Why I call it this? And it's precious that way because the are really there to teach me what I'm supposed to do not not just what I'm not supposed to do. It's teaching me what I'm supposed to do when it's this. But I I would say no I know there's a big teacher that teaches it and that's it makes sense. What does that mean? The book we started said I want to be made to you. Yeah, it's difficult. It's not easy to keep especially when it's challenging times and especially when it's there's birth control all the complications that the book today exists and all the But at the end of the day the book said I'm giving you this why? So, you should that could be more fun. It should be a better relationship. You're going to get much closer. You know how much closer people get when they can't actually be physical. But they appreciate that you can only do that if you really trust that the book wants to be made to you. So, we should be now which is the second now it's the third day. That's it.
