just not going to do it and that's a very big problem so a person needs to always try even if we're failing now try again tomorrow we fail tomorrow try again the next day just keep trying keep trying eventually going to get it there's one woman that I know 20 years 25 years 20 25 years she's in chuva still having a hard time covering her hair still having a hard time CH keep shab everything else I tell her out right you have a serious problem yeah but I do so much good okay you'll get paid for the good you get punished for the bad this not covering your hair as a married woman is a big bad you can't just go up to say up to sh say oh my bad no no no it's big it's much big it's really really big really big you have to do it so you have to fix it and hopefully sooner rather than later next question something excuse me yeah is there a concept of time during time even the uh physicists uh have uh discovered that time depends on matter meaning it depends on physicality where there is no physicality where there's no material there's no time there cannot be an aspect of time because time is dependent on something physical so in the uh in the spiritual World whether it be G GED or even in your dreams your dreams there's no concept of time and that's actually one of the ways that Hashem allowed us to understand the concept of time or timelessness which is you could have a dream where that dream Feels Like A Thousand Years sometimes people have these dreams and uh many times they're not good dreams where they feel like they're being tortured they're in a desert somewhere or they're being beat up for hundreds of years and they wake up eventually sweating bullets and they feel like they've been gone out of this world for a thousand years and they see they look at the clock five minutes have passed how is that possible they feel they remember a thousand years worth of information but they have five minutes of pass in this world why because in this world five minutes have passed in the spiritual world in the dream world there's no time so uh in the uh but of course Hashem does keep a clock if you will uh for person's sentence meaning that if a person is decreed let's say 50 years or 500 years or whatever it is to uh in uh in punishment then that's in essence what it is but in that time is a very famous Story by the bmov the bmov once uh went to into the woods and he saw an enormous toad huge huge like a turtle but huge enormous and he saw this toad this is looked at it he Hades and he started speaking to the toad because he knew there's a inside there he said who are you he says I am being punished I'm being punished for 500 years already 500 years and being punished reincarnated into animals for 500 years already so the B says for what he says I didn't on Shabbat that's got 250 cars every Shabbat how come there's no uh special area for that how come there's no special locker rooms for them to put their cars in so they don't drive on Shabbat how come it's all a show it's all a show it's all show business it's all nothing it's all fake fake but you're not going to know it looking from the outside you're seeing some video of some Rabbi saying oh separate from the phone separate from the mundane go pray sounds great but when you know the details you know the Sho is massive it's got a thousand families in that area thousand families in that they're afraid of bugs little bugs even though the bugs is little and they're very big to them it looks like the bug is big and they're very little and some people have such fears that they become phobias where a woman can see a certain bug let's say be a spider and she could have a phobia where she starts losing her mind or he starts losing our their mind where it's not a normal fear it becomes abnormal where if they're in a room and there's a there's something that they're afraid of they could literally jump out of the window because jumping out of the window to their death is less scary to them than this bug that's a phobia phobia is not a regular fear but point being is some people are afraid of more things some people are afraid of lesting some people are afraid of uh different types of animals dogs rats cats whatever it may be some people are afraid of people they're uh they're they're they're anti people they're afraid of people they're just they that's not that they don't like people they're afraid of being hurt by people so they're very shy into themselves somebody talks to them they get you know even if it's a compliment they don't even show what to do with it they're afraid which means the average human human is afraid of something some people afraid of a lot of things some people afraid of less things but everybody's afraid of something but every human being standard status is not afraid of God in reality not afraid of God even if he says I'm afraid of God he's not afraid of God why because to be afraid of God is not something that you acquire naturally it's not something that you were born with because if you were born with it or you were able to acquire it naturally just simply then it would remove your free choice because what does fear of hasem mean fear of means you understand 100% with a reality just like I'm I'm I'm in front of you that you know that that's real that I'm in front of you that you're hearing my voice just like that's real to you the reality of punishment and the reality that hasm is watching you is also real 100% there's no like any type of Separation that's so to have that doesn't come naturally why fear of hem is not just something oh I believe that this G therefore I'm afraid no bis that's a part of you you can have an understanding that there is punishment but still not be afraid or Not Afraid enough how do you get to a point of being afraid enough this is toil of of of learning and doing what Hashem says over a period of time it's not something you acquire off of one Shure it's not something that you acquire over one book it's not something you acquire after one year it's something you have to work on day in day out over an extended period of time and guess what even after you acquire it let's say it took you two three five 10 years you could lose it in five minutes why a moment of weakness that you give into a moment of weakness you give into yet comes to you as the most okay for him to he said that the generational deterioration uh deterioration of the generation ations has got to the point where it's very hard to find people with a good eye to pray for you custom in my house by the way just you know I pray I do the for for my family and and when we have guests uh I don't have that problem having an evil eye but aside from that that's the custom in our house but if I go to your house and you want to do no problem I'll do my own also don't get offended why I I know I'm I I I know I'm going to be generous to myself uh I don't know if you're going to be generous to me like I'm going to be generous deal so that's the thing but don't be there's nothing to be offended about this is everybody is going to uh connect to in uh the same way but in all their own unique way at the same time it's not a different religion it's not even a different custom it's in essence certain things that you can you can customize if you will to yourself because there is that
