forgiveness when it's done in a healthy way is very important because it frees me up from the control that my adversary has over my life but I can only forgive for the hurt that you may have caused me I cannot forgive you for hurting somebody else you have to ask them for forgiveness also I'm not allowed to forgive you if by forgiving you I'm actually enabling and encouraging you to continue your heinous crimes because if I forgive I'm an accomplice
