Uziel [music] reacts, he doesn't retract when he hears a brand new song. Oy oy oy. Uziel reacts and makes an impact when he hears a brand new song. >> Hey guys, today we're reacting to another song. It's per request from a comment from a while ago and finally I'm getting to it. We are reacting today to Gam Ki Elech by Shmuel Patash and Simcha Freeman. This is going to be be my first Simcha Freeman reaction. I've done reviews on his songs, but this is going to be my first on a reaction. And Shmuel Patash, I've never heard of him, but let's see what it is about. Reminder that every Sunday we have our reactions and every Tuesday we have our live streams and every Motzei Shabbos we have our Pnimius podcast and with Hashem there's a lot of good juicy upcoming things are coming up. A lot of things are in the works. Takes a while, but it's going to be worth it. And with that, let's start. >> [music] [music] >> It's really playing with a little with a little notes from Niggunim. >> [music] [music] [music and singing] [music] >> I don't know how I feel about like a like this type of fast tune with this type of tempo for these words. Like it could work, but I don't know if this is doing it for me. >> [music] >> Like I'm going to dance to it and I like the song, but I don't think the message of the words really fit with the tempo and and fast pace of the song. Not saying it doesn't work in general, I'm saying in this instance it doesn't it's not really doing it for me. And the play on the words work, but again the ta'am doesn't really. >> [music] [music] >> Nice. >> [music] >> I love you. >> [music] >> The first result that came uh when it finishes that this apparently he's a big singer Shmuel Potash, but I never heard of him. All right. Uh again, the do what is good. Vocals are good. Arrangements are good. Choir is good. The song, the words, playing around with the words works. It's really good. But, for me, the ta'am of the words in this instance doesn't really work with me. I have this kind of same feeling with Ivdu Hashem from Shoshan's Junior. Like the only good classic part of that song is the chorus, but the verse makes no sense for me. It's going slow with the words b'simcha and like they like I'm I'm again, I'm not saying it doesn't work in general. I'm just saying in the instance of that song it didn't work for me. And I have that same feeling with this. Playing around with the words, the vocals, everything's good, but I don't think the tempo and the pace of the song really matches with the ta'am of the words. But playing around with the words is fine, but that's not the point. That's not It's It's taking me out because of that. So, that's my problem. But aside from it, again, everything else is amazing. It's pretty good. And also with video quality, by the way, pretty good music video production. I mean, obviously, there's not much happening story-wise or production-wise, but the little that they did, you could tell there was a lot of into the quality, and especially with the color grading was really good.
