Inside A Kosher Food Expo!!!

today I attended the J food show at the New Jersey Expo Center in Edison New Jersey along with thousands of other attendees Jay food is an exciting new Expo launched this year showcasing the latest and greatest in the kosher food market it was really fun getting to try all the new foods and new beverages that are now hitting the kosher store shelves and what was even greater was interacting with the guests the attendees and the exhibitors who all had a great time walking the floor and seeing the vast array of kosher food products distributors and services really blew my mind the kosher market may seem like a small one but believe it or not there are over 1 million products around the world that are certified as kosher after trying and tasting more food than I probably should have I headed to the main stage of the event where I gave a presentation about my experience finding kosher food abroad there were also some other presentations which were very interesting including multiple cooking demos and a wine demo all in all it was great getting acquainted with new people and products and I'm already looking forward to the J food show of 2024. see you there
