Shliach Speaks on the Airplane After Israel Mission

hobok New Jersey I just came back with a group of 27 rabbis from all across the United States the first organized trip of rabbis from all over the country Australia and Canada to came come to support and give a little kiz to our brothers and sisters in the Holy Land I got to meet so many nice people on the flight including a big group from the Syrian Jewish community of Brooklyn who came to meet and and support and uh they did like we did like many other communities have done showing the people of Israel that we're you're not alone and everyone knows the atrocities in Israel but each one of us can go back home and be ambassadors and to tell our friends and to tell our elected officials what is really happening in the holy land that there as a as a group we met families who their loved ones are sitting in Gaza and they're optimistic they have faith but you know what the world doesn't know what it feels like every one of us knows somebody that knows somebody that can talk to elected official and say we need to scream and shout until every single hostages returned safely and sound we went to tell a shamer hospital and to see soldiers that we went to inspire them we walked out inspired they were so optimistic one soldier was unfortunately lost his leg on that Sim Torah morning near Gaza he tells me I'm happy I'm alive with one leg better to be alive with one leg than to be dead with two legs and the stories go on and on but you know what in this week's Torah portion we read God tells Abraham go from your land to the land that I shall show you we cannot be satisfied where we are the teaches us means that we always have to grow do more okay I gave some money maybe we can give some more money we met so many soldiers all over the land that don't even have the proper vest it cost about 4,000 Shekel in Israel you can buy it for $500 the proper vest in America if each one of us takes upon oursel to do something for our brothers and sisters in the Holy Land we all know someone we all know politicians we all know people you know there was a big conference that the the um some Islamic group was going to have in Florida one guy picked up the phone and he called the CEO of the Hilton and they canceled it they went to the Marriot Hotel the same guy picked up one phone call they cancel it everyone has to be an ambassador to spread light and to do something as the rebba the laab rebba always quote the rambam my Mones would say that every person should say to himself my entire life from birth till today is 50% merits 50% um transgressions my one act can literally change the world I can do something to change the world please do something and with God's help we will Merit to see good news in the holy land with the coming of Messiah thank you God bless you thank you
