the whole concept of my program is based on what we call shiver house rules like shiver um you sat through a shiver I sat through a shiver recently the the the rules of Shiva are fascinating because I I really had a question of like what does Judaism say about healing addiction or trauma or any of stuff what does it say doesn't really have much to say about it and I didn't realize until I like was studying like the rules of Shiva and like it came to me that Shiva has the opposite rules of all the addiction programs out there most addiction programs out there are trying to train somebody to get better like okay this is how you make your bed this is how you get a job this it's very behavioral and it's very like we're going to teach you how to live life again the problem is these people don't not know how to live life they're just so broken that they don't have the strength to do it
