I've always thought of myself more of a singer than a musician but if there's an instrument that I call my own it's definitely the guitar there's something about a guitar that just says soul and it always struck a core to me I've played the guitar for years it's my go-to instrument for writing most of my songs and for years I've dreamed about making a full acoustic album and finally I made it happen the process of selecting and building these medleys took me through a musical Journey that I'm so excited to share with you for the first medley I took some of my own slow songs that I've gotten the greatest feedback from over the years and created what I call a ly Classics medley have a listen [Music] oh [Applause] [Music] she a [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] lo you [Applause] [Music] for the next medley I wanted to take on a challenge and do something unique and different you know most of the time I think we associate acoustic style playing with that slow heartfelt kumzits type of sound but in this medley I wanted to bring out that fresh and fun sound but with an acoustic twist have a listen to today's pop medley [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] woo wo woah woah wo yeah [Music] [Applause] [Music] although I was born and raised as an American I'm now a proud o for over 10 years I felt more and more connected to Israeli music perhaps because I'm finally starting to understand the lyrics it gives me great joy joy that Israeli music has become more and more mainstreamed for the next medley I wanted to create something where I can blend some of the classic Israeli songs that I grew up on as well as some of today's newer Israeli songs that have inspired me have a listen to the Israeli medley [Music] fore [Music] spe [Applause] [Music] I call oh won't let me [Music] for the last medley I wanted to create something that would really bring me back to my early teens when I was probably most influenced by Jewish music these are some of the songs that I fondly remember sitting around the shabas table singing together as an added plus to this medley I carefully selected unique voices that I thought would really add to the message of the song so please have a listen to the throwback duet [Music] medley I love [Music] [Applause] [Music] sh you been you been [Music] you [Music] for for [Music]
