Shavuot- Living by the Code of Prophets

hey guys it's almost shavod in Israel and shavod is one of the best holidays in the calendar we stay up all night we learn the secrets of the Torah but the question is why do we need a Torah anyway and here's my thoughts on the issue if you've ever noticed you look around the world somehow every one of the Creations knows exactly what to do look at these look at these ants how the heck do they know how to do that look at them they're like using their bodies for the bridge and they're all hanging on each other's butts and hanging on each other's heads and they're making the people pass over them who told them how to do that no one they just know how to do it and look at this look at these bees have you ever seen a beehive beehives are [Music] crazy look at that that like worker bees working it up and building that beehive it's really remarkable how they know how to do that and the gorilla the gorilla that's smoking a cigarette I mean who taught that gorilla to smoke a cigarette what the heck is going on somehow humans have corrupted that gorilla and made him know how to smoke a cigarette bottom line is every creation on the planet knows exactly what to do except for you know who us humans we have no idea what we're doing here look at what we look like well I won the beling contest at work that's us we don't know what we're doing here and so we need a guide we need a code we need to know what we're living for and how to live so we look all over the world and we see which people has affected the world more than any other people which people live by a code of honor that knows how to change the world stay connected to spirituality and Elevate physical ity who are the most moral people to ever walk the face of the Earth the answer is the prophets of Israel and all of the Jewish followers after the prophets because we aren't prophets today but we are the children of prophets we're the children of King David that's the legacy of the Jewish people so when we celebrate Shavuot tonight we are celebrating being a part of the greatest chain that humans have ever created and if we can just get the world locked into our code of honor and we get them living by the principles of the prophets of Israel the first people to ever Envision World Peace We Are One Step Closer to fixing this broken world and that's what we're celebrating tonight reconnecting to the power of the prophets but prophets for our times legacies for our times guys [Music]
