and but they don't mean investment advice should we invest in a k to help they want investment advice of how to invest in the stock market you know every other day there somebody's asking me about the stock market and I generally give the same answer to everybody don't invest don't invest in the stock market now you guys to say wait but you know technically a lot of people made a lot of money in the stock market yes you're right A lot of people made a lot of money in the stock market but not you but not you the stock market is for professionals it's not for you yeah but I made money in the last 6 months I made money in The Last 5 Years yeah has mercy on you but if you're smart you'll take the money and run and actually go get a regular job and uh maybe invest it into a business of some kind and make real money or you'll think that you're actually waren Buffett because you made a few percentage points over the last few years with the market going straight up and you continue investing and you'll go bankrupt just like many many other people before you and many people after you so for everybody that's trying to invest in a stock market because it's gone up for a very long time if you're asking for guidance that means you're not a professional if you're asking for advice that means you're not a professional if you're looking for some uh Guru to teach you that means you're not a professional that means that you are simply playing with fire and for you it's considered gambling it's not investing no no Rabbi I watched a few courses on YouTube and you know if you follow the chart and it goes here and it goes there and there's the head and shoulders and then okay buddy I was in the business for 20 years almost I know the terms thank you very much you're going to lose all your money simple you're going to lose all your money no no but I made money okay you made money past performance is not indicative of future results it says on the bottom of every new account form in The Brokerage business why because there's a lot of you there's a lot of people like you that think that they're going to make money because they bought a few stock options and they to go into the profession you're going to lose money in the end you're going to lose a lot of it and unfortunately you're going to lose on two ends one you're going to lose money and two you're going to lose all the time that you've wasted doing it because what happens with the stock market unlike many other Investments is that it's it's consuming you have to constantly follow the news you have to constantly follow what's going on politically what's going on financially what's going on in different uh companies that you're investing in what's going on in different indices that you're investing in if you don't know some of the terms that I mentioned it's even more of a reason for you not to be in a stock market uh the point being is there's a lot of people making a ton of money in the stock market right now but the only ones that are actually going to end up keeping it are the ones that get out those are the only ones the people that are superheroes they want to you know they want to continue please please do me a favor do yourself a favor don't ask me cuz you're not going to listen anyway you're not going to listen anyway I don't understand why people ask for advice and they don't listen anyway don't ask I've already told people over the years don't ask me about investments in the stock market it's not for you you are not a professional I was a professional and I still lost sometimes you're not better than I was no way you could be uh whoever you want to be you're not better than I was why you make a million half dollars in one day just from fees then you could say you're better reality is Market went up that's why you made money has mercy on you and he allowed you to buy something that went up that's it that's not it's not because you're smart it's not because you picked the right one you could have picked Amazon 30 years ago you would have been better off you would picked the S&P 500 30 years ago You' have been better off R without picking anything all of articles about gold when I was in a business back then I said it's worthless nothing has changed the reason why it's worthless is for the same today is the same reason that it was worthless back then that's pretty much it it's all I could back the intrinsic value of gold is based on speculation how much are you willing to pay for it after he already bought it for a cheaper price simple that's the intrinsic value of gold anyone that wants to invest in it do it at your own at your own uh risk but the point being is when it comes to the stock market when it comes to the Investments when it comes to all of these things most people that are investing and making a lot of money are simply doing it because the Market's going up and they think that they're doing well I'm warning you you're going to end up losing a lot of money anyway before mashia comes everyone's going to lose their money anyway but the point being at least enjoy it before you lose it do something useful with it get out of the market do something else with it you don't want to do something else with it just skip fast forward we'll talk about the rest of the but the point being is is that a lot of people are asking a lot of questions about the stock market and that has a little bit to do it has a little bit to do with our you see Shalom over the last several months has been telling us in his different things that we've
