and that is how we have waterfalls the water starts up up on the mountain and slowly slowly goes down using the principle of gravity we're so high up how is it that we have water coming out of the sink If gravity pulls everything down did you know that there's a special force called centrifugal force and when this spins around it makes the water go flying up high in the sky [Music] um foreign [Music] centrifugal force we use in many things in our life including amazing rides like we have over here at the amazing Nickelodeon amusement park at the American dream Mall our helper lame he is high life is about to get a beautiful ride on the swing let's see what happens when the swing starts to spin around let's see if centrifugal force will slowly make the swings spin out far away [Music] thank you [Music] foreign [Music] thank you [Music] now we know what happens when the little fan inside the pump starts to spin around so all the water that spins around goes shooting up should we try it yeah okay let's close the pump just like that I don't know I don't know do I want to get wet today I don't know it is a little scary hold on to this now we have to be very very careful anytime you do this you have to have a parent doing it for you because we have water and electricity so we have to be very very careful we're going to put this far away and oh it's starting to spin around should I put it inside okay watch this let's go oh look at that we have a pump centrifugal force is spinning around and inside the water is spinning and spinning and the opening is on top so it's going shooting up we have a whole bunch of other pumps let's unplug this over here and let's try another one here we have oh this is a nice one this is a baby one what should we name him okay hold on to this guy let's plug them in again we have to be very very careful plugging them in just like that whoa it's screaming like a little baby what are you crying about what are you hungry you want to go to bed stop crying let's put him inside okay let's put him inside quickly and put him here oh he's a baby he's not really going anywhere let's see oh he goes a little bit okay that's what babies do they don't go too high okay let's try another one oh what about this pump over here hold on to this let's see what's gonna happen with this okay let's carefully plug it in this is like a big brother or sister let's put it inside oh yeah this is really really nice okay good and now look at this pump this is an interesting Palm oh hold on to this over here here we have the plug and here we have two little tubes okay so let's plug it in and see what happens okay we're gonna be very careful again when we plug it in to keep it dry and again only adults do this okay now let's see whoo look at that this pump is pulling the water up and now it's coming out over here look at that see that now you could actually take it and you can give somebody a shower who should we give a shower where are my two helpers come over here chicken soups I want you guys to sit down on the floor right over here quickly quickly yeah yeah yeah sit down yeah uh you stay right over there sit down sit down yeah here goes you do it shoot him a little shower okay let's see yeah yeah we have a big daddy long leg one look at this guy oh he is really big should we plug it in is this a good idea you want to sit down in the front over there okay sit down right over here okay should I plug it in okay sit Ready Set ready go oh wow [Music] did you guys get wet there's an amazing story about Ravi Akiva rabi Akiva was almost 40 years old and he couldn't even understand the olive vase no matter how much he tried Karma's Olive ah caught my space bar for one day he saw water flowing over rocks and water is very very soft rocks are very very hard look at this rock very very hard and he said hmm look at that the water is flowing and over many years it actually made a hole through the rocks and it was going through the Rocks just like we have over here we have the water going through those two rocks over there over many years it made its way through Sarabi Akita said wait a second water is like Tyra and my brain might be hard like a rock but you know what if water can go through a rock then I am gonna try to learn really really hard and I'm never going to give up I'm gonna try over and over so he went away for 24 years to learn Taira and came back with thousands and thousands of students and became the most famous Ravi Akiva so if you're in class and you're having a hard time understanding what your teacher is telling you raise your hand ask a friend ask your parents to help you but never give up always learn learn if you really try you will succeed I would like to show you something you can do in your home and you're going to have all your brothers and sisters soaking wet yeah all you're gonna need is a little scissor like that you're gonna need some skewers you can put marshmallows on top of it and roast it on top of a little bonfire or you can put schnitzel on top yummy and some little straws that's all you need now watch what we're gonna do we're gonna take the straw and very carefully we are going to cut three quarters not all the way if you go all the way Watch What Happens that's what happened so we want to do it like this three quarters just like that see oh that's beautiful then what we're gonna do is we're gonna go right over here and cut another one three quarters like this Perfect Look at that see now right over here we are gonna cut again three quarters watch watch watch look look carefully oh perfect so now you can have a straw that looks like this one cut over here one over here and then one over here and watch what you're gonna do you're gonna take it and we're gonna cut it like this a bunch of little Cuts over there and let's put down our scissor and put it inside just like this oh look at that perfect perfect see that excellent look at what we have we have one opening over here and two openings over here now we're going to take our skewer you might need an adult to help you because it's a little bit sharp you don't want to get a little Pokey and then you're gonna cry to your mommy and your poppy watch what we're gonna do we're gonna go like this and we're gonna put this like this watch carefully I'm slowly trying to make a hole see that right there slowly making a hole good job good job and watch watch now we want to make it go right in the middle look what we have here we're gonna have to make go right in the middle just like that see that perfect see so now it's sticking out right there we turn it this way and now we put it in water watch what's gonna happen we put it inside even though we just could have put in a little bit using centrifugal force it's gonna go spritzing from the bottom out the top do you want to see that okay watch this ah wait where are my health bars help ours look what we have over here we have David David are you ready okay is it Eric's office we gotta take a shower this is how you take a shower yeah I'm getting wet I don't want to get wet [Music] so now we're gonna use our little pump that we made out of the straw and the skewer and we're gonna have a good time getting each other wet are you ready okay we're gonna pour a little bit of water for you this is gonna be for you just like that good this is gonna be for you here in the middle and this is gonna be for you over here now I want you guys to put it inside and slowly don't put the whole thing inside just put it in a little bit see just like that and slowly start spinning around yeah all right boy is this big enough for Dr schnitzel everybody said no of course not we need something big who wants to see something big yeah okay let's get rid of this guy in oh look what we have over here as you can see there's two holes over here and we're gonna put it into water and we're gonna spin it around and what's gonna happen when we spit it around centrifugal force is going to make the water as it spins around it's gonna make it go up and out these two holes right over here should we do that and then everybody's gonna get wet do you guys want to get wet yeah but wait a second we need Dr schnitzel swimming pool everybody go like this go like this so you guys see Dr schnitzel swimming pool where's it is it over here I don't see do you guys see a doctor schnitzel swimming here it is oh well wait a second is this water or is it jello who thinks it's water who thinks it's Jello you think it's Jello should we see if it's Jello or water there's only one way to find out are you very brave okay stand up what I want to see is this you go inside should we have him go inside yes okay you have a choice should we have him put his feet inside or should we have him sit inside sit inside okay I don't know is this really water okay first let's see if you can you want to try to put your feet inside you want to sit have here A whole bunch of tablecloths that I got what color should we use oh you guys like Pig green for Dr schnitzel I say let's let's use pink today okay we're gonna use pink okay so we're gonna open up the tablecloth just like this and for 99 cents I get to stay all beautiful and dry yay for me good job we have our helper rotten everybody give a big round of applause you're gonna stand right over here good job and you're gonna have David stand up you can hold this just like this good put on your keeper good job you're gonna hold it like this good now you guys are gonna lie down on the floor right in front over there yeah we are ready to get everybody wet but wait a second my helpers David I like you guys I don't want you guys getting wet do we want my helpers getting wet no so here we have umbrellas what colors what color do you like you like yellow what color do you like blue okay here it goes we're gonna open it up and this is gonna be for you okay hold on to this like that
