There's almost like two different Shabbats that a person has an opportunity [music] to look at. There's Shabbats when you're looking from the outside in and then there's a Shabbats when you're looking from the inside out. And you know, I can relate to both because once upon a time I looked from the outside [music] in and I I can understand why people a lot of people talk about, you know, what's with this all these you can't do this, you can't do that, you can't do this. You know, Shabbats [music] seems, you know, from the outside in so restricting and almost, you know, the last thing that a person would think would be fun >> [music] >> and would be an experience that would change your life. But the truth is once you go inside the Shabbats [music] and you realize how much there is to gain from it and how much there is to enjoy, so all of the no's really disappear. The no's are really in order so you could find the ultimate yes.
