May wa a second wait a second I have to do this or other won't let me be in the picture is this a requirement to be in the picture I have to do this to be in the picture they won't let me in on a count to 10 on a count to three one two three that's tough [Music] [Applause] they can now hear you South Lake now I now I can be the mayor oh look at that South Lake track team is here sister thank you they are they see they're right on time it's just 12:30 oh it's 12:30 we started early Jewish time Jewish time is late not early not my Jewish time let me just um first of all let me thank the um the V Mayor Bob Robert Singer uh rest of the committee mayor lonstein Deputy Mayor this year manasra Miller for allowing me to um bring this um project to the committee for seeing how important it is to Lakewood and to all segments of Lakewood this project is something that uh came to my attention from the request of um Mrs Weinstein who walks here quite often uh basically you know when I first heard about the project project I was like you know I walk down on the path I walk around the lake all the time I walk down the path and but I usually walk during daylight hours you know during nighttime hours it's not too it's not too conducive on the path but I think it was a great project uh it helps everybody people walk there to and from with the sidewalk it extends down to the path so if you want to come up The Path onto the sidewalk uh I I just think it it'll add a lot to um to the quality of life here in Lakewood I hope you ladies enjoy it I hope you make good use of it and I just thank everybody for their support you know no local tax dollars were used in this project which is always a plus and a benefit but you know even if we had to use local tax dollars I probably would have supported such a project because it means a lot to the quality of life of of the residents of lak so thank you again for coming here today I appreciate it very much gentlemen any want to say a few words want to say something yes I want to thank uh first of all I want to thank VV oos for coordinating it f cdbg thank you very much I'd like to thank Diamond construction for putting it together and Todd i' like to thank uh um Remington and especially the guys from DPW I'd like to thank you guys for your for your help and your support in this project thank you very much May's willing to race you guys across right yes absolutely I'm ready we're betting on you what
