Ribbon Cutting Ceremony For Downtown Parking Lot

we here today for the ribbon cutting ceremony of a private parking lot and the reason why I'm so proud of this is technically speaking this is what's known as the B2 Zone the B2 Zone does not need parking to build however the Builder who built the a beautiful illustrious building to Lexington Tower said if I build a building and I don't build a parking lot then where are my tenants going to go where they going to park where my people are coming to the store are going to be able to come and with that in mind he had the V to go ahead buy this property and to make a parking lot usually making a parking lot takes weeks months and months of planning however we are lucky we have two very special people in lwood Township who share the vision of the township committee and they're able to go ahead and say hey the township fathers want to see a parking lot here we will make this parking lot happen and within 4 days this parking lot was completed from start to finish with that in mind I'd like to call over Kevin ke Jeff Stager to please come here I want to thank you immensely you guys without both of you without both of you this parking lot would not have happened and I thank you from the bottom of my heart please come over here be recognized Kevin Kilt who's the director of engineering Jeff stagger who was our engineer of Lakewood Township I want to thank you immensely for the foresight looking at this project and assisting and going above and beyond the Call of Duty to make this parking lot a reality I thank you immensely just going to turn over for a moment to I think Minaj stole all my thunder but it is very satisfying to see a parking lot like this which may not seem like a lot to people but being on the committee these past few years the number one concern we've had downtown has been a lack of parking so I want to thank the owners of the tower the engineering department for making this a reality and for for really taking care and concerns of the people of Lakewood before profits that's something that really should be thankful for and we recognize it so and with that in mind I'd like myself and ready to present this to Dy Zion good if you could come here the proprietor of the building who had the foresight be happy to we have proclaimed by the township Committee of the township of Lakewood New Jersey that the governing bodies and citizens of Lakewood congratulate Mr dudy ajac of 221 1 Street LLC on the ribbon cutting of their new parking lot on First Street between Clifton Lexington Avenue and Lakewood New Jersey on June 21st 2011 we wish you much continued success thank you not only do we have the mayor the deputy mayor the committee men here we have the mayor of benra Israel together with his Deputy Mayors who have come here today to be here at this R cutting ceremony it's certainly appreciative we're now going to hand out the citizen scissors to the dignitaries to do the ribbon cutting part NE okay if we could just have all the digitar line [Music] up please stand in the front stand in the middle I putting Jeff in the front for one simple reason again like I said in a regular City and any Town USA in any Town USA for a parking lot of this magnitude to happen days weeks months this parking lot was con had the conception behind it from start to finish literally within a week 4 days the whole was knocked out and again Jeff if not for you sitting there and making sure this could happen or wouldn't it happen we thank you immensely on the count of three yeah on the count of three one 2 3 congratulations good now we can par there's there's refes ments for everybody in in the bagel shop right behind us the public is invited to attend I make on the plane though now we you you have here not much going up
