to have accountability now sales people

succeed this is what they need now being
a salesperson for 19 years I've sat in
many different environments doing sales
sometimes with large sales teams
sometimes with very small sales teams
and I found if there's no
environment motivation other people it
doesn't motivate you and it's very hard
as successful as I could be absolutely I
agree with you if I'm successful in
Closing one deal I need to be able to
call again to to to to continue going
that's right you were you're a Salesman
I mean how many people do you sit around
so I'll be honest with you when I sit
around myself I feel bored I have tons
of back and I just go you know you know
do meet people exactly
people are a lot more productive when
they're among other people when there's
a real vibe and then you have this leads
us to consistency a Salesman in order
for him to grow his book of business
needs to constantly reach out to new
potential clients
he needs to constantly follow up with
his potential clients and probably most
importantly he has to constantly check
in with his existing clients absolutely
this leads us to the third thing which
is accountability now accountability for
many people is a dirty word but
any salesman
that not being really productive if he
knows that at any given time someone's
going to check in with him and see how's
it going do you have a goal for today
did you did you accomplish you did you
reach your goal your sales goal
did you set up any appointments did you
set up any meetings no one wants to be
the one saying ah I'm not doing anything
so this is what I created I created a
company where salespeople will work
together sales people from any industry
as long as your sales as long as you're
someone that's looking for
accountability it's looking for
consistency where it will help you and a
Vibe yes we'll help you will help you
set your goals you're going to wake up
in the morning you're going to have your
goals already ready for today
you can have your goals ready for the
week you're gonna every week wanna a up
your up your goal you want you want to
exceed your goals and when you have a
bunch of sales people and they all
compete with each other
on how much they can grow how much
percentage they can grow their business
and help each other and help
help have a guy that reached out to me
he's doing his real estate in in the
warehousing business and
he's looking for a warehouse warehouse
he said I wish there would be another
guy that is looking to sell a warehouse
so he can just hook them up
you work for
different total different companies but
instead of sitting in your corner desk
over there with a with with another one
salesman that's probably even a either
successful or not why not work on the
one roof with a bunch of different sales
people so this is what I have sales
people can come and work here Excel see
a beautiful office everything that any
person that works in office needs we're
going to have weekly sales meetings
where where we're gonna afraim wouldn't
you want to be able to discuss sales
strategies without with other people
absolutely regardless of what industry
you are sales is sales it's so colorful
I know I'm surrounded by real estate
people all I hear is houses houses if I
can hear that this person is selling
insurance this person is selling a a
Amazon people you know also probably
sales person that needs to interact with
with uh with with basically a
salesperson is the one that some
constantly has to go out of his comfort
zone
and they're very successful sales people
that told me you know I would love to
join your place when I need to do my
sales I would want to just come and sit
here for two three hours knock it out
and then and then uh continue with my
day so let's let's see a little bit
about this place you can have like
cubicles over here
how many cubicles you have all together
so right now I have
a hand um this is I'm opening a soft
launch which is gonna it's it's gonna
open up in
a week and a half
um
