I think the year after high school is a very ripe year for teenagers to learn and to grow and to absorb and they need an environment that enables them to grow but not for it to be forced upon them race should I felt like the robe aim were guiding me and guiding my friends but gave us the space to grow not standing back too much but also not being in your face which was very important for my self growth the robe am at race should create such a positive environment where each individual Talmud could flourish at their own pace at their own unique level raesha does not have one specific Mahalo they push and promote just to be happy to be productive my Rebbe Ravelli I'm still very close with a rally after all of these years we stay in touch we watch the Super Bowl together whose friendship more than anything else keeps me motivated and keeps me in touch so many years later after Shiva my friends that went to race many of us still keep in touch we still reminisce about times we had in race which were very memorable times we look back we also look forward to visiting ratio I was privileged to be able to go back and visit race several years ago for Yom Kippur and experience Rivera's darvany and the warmth of the Shiva it hasn't changed it's still the same and you get that same experience when you walk into the base Madras everyone's just excited to be there learning is vigorous but it's inspiring after my experience in race I felt that I needed to go back to be in my drift so that I can give my experience that I received in China Oliphant Shawn Tibet I wanted to try and transmit to the current pal medium I still have a very close relationship with many of the rabb a mat ratio the shaba tones the muster the friends an entire experience as a whole contributed to the way I live today to the way I conduct myself I'm very thankful to the Rabanne without their direction at that time in my life wouldn't be Who I am today I owe the Roubaix a great debt of gratitude the Shiva and Rob Jay I look forward to being involved for many more years to come
