I have tremendous a car set off to be Achieva ten years ago when my wife and I were I'm in the planning stages of our alia we were looking around at different places where I might be able to be part of the team part of a yeshiva and right when I walked into whoever of Jays office with all the other hand challah it was like another home they welcomed me with open arms and it was really a place that ordered right when i walked in i saw this is where i want to be this is where i want to teach this is where this is the team that i want to be part of you know every single member of hon challah does their job to such perfection with precision and with love each one of them serve the talmidim know exactly what the tummy didn't need what they're looking for how to take him to the next level that's really what Rachel's about helping the family them achieve the greatest that they could achieve each in their own way each fulfilling their potential with care and love and one I've had this fuss of teaching Shona Aleph in the morning Shona bed in the afternoons I've had this opposed of having Tommy dim for two years and see the growth to see the excitement and the aspirations and how the tummy them come in and how they go out and the tools that we give them for for life what Rachel does is to really bolster the Talmud and give him the co-hosts to succeed in any area of life they go back whatever college they go to whatever field they find themselves in is really a place that works with each and every town with giving special affection special connections personal attention and it's really a place that helps every time we get to the next level rivalz never was always running whatever he needs to do and it's something has atomic to watch it really resonates with me and everyone is in this year he's running to the tour oh he doesn't miss a beat ever he's extremely passionate and fired with his learning he teaches it so well and it's something that I'm so thankful that I got to have this year because I'll take it with me Preston my life my Rosner when he teaches tour tones tell me them he is so passionate and so clear it made the tour come alive you tell it he really believed in me he really cares about it more than anything in the world I tried to give a love of Torah an appreciation of the Messiah and again the more were excited about it the more were into it the more we're on fire the more that we could light the candle of the Talmud the more that we could light up the neshamah so really a family it's a family yeshiva it's not just the yeshiva it's you Shiva where the Tommy dim are as the Rambam described in the host on the Torah a Rebbe is like a father and the father is like a Rebbe that synthesis between teaching and parenting is really what with what it's known for it's known as a place of growth warmth helping each student get to the next level with the Rebbe am going with them every step of the way and when one leaves the walls of race it doesn't mean the end this is just the beginning the beginning of a relationship and I hope to continue their relationships and it's not a goodbye it's a different stage race is a place that is close to my heart and I hope it stays close to my heart for a long time [Music]
