Is destruction a bad thing?

okay good evening good evening we're here in Waikiki this is a Yeshiva Yeshiva summer program hello here with yaakov he's actually a musician whatever wow but uh we're now in the uh time period it's called the three weeks the three weeks aren't such a happy time in the Jewish calendar we uh commemorate the the Holy Temple the base of mcdosh being destroyed something about that when the second temple was destroyed gave the ability for the Third Temple to be rebuilt so what do we learn from this we learned that every destruction that comes our way really makes way for better things to come a prize in the sky hashtag prize in disguise
