say it's very user friendly to implement it for example let's take chapter 7 the idea that came to me is what I call regret remorse and resolve the three ours regret remorse and resolve chapter 14 I'm sure many people will relate to this word called anxiety how to deal with anxiety stress chapter 24 23 alternative therapies I don't know if anyone's here a medical student alternative therapies
