50 years ago today, Rabbi Bar and myself were he was 14, I was 15. We went on to the Brighton Beach boardwalk and we asked people to bench Lulu Vanessik and there were many scoffers, lots of Russian Jews and others and we just kept going at it. I think of it today because we were into the good things learning ding the reb at the same time we enjoyed sports we followed baseball I don't think we turned out that bad I don't think so I think it's something to think about today with Jewish education both in in all in all in a girl school.
