Tzfas #10- Reb Yitzchak Yaakov Minkowitz of Nevel, 1950 - Rabbi Chaim Dalfin

Here's the caver of Yakov Minkovich, the son of Layma Minkovich Minkovitz from the year Neville Enusia. He passed away in Paris in 1950 and they brought in terrol. Here you can see on the bottom I guess the original writing. So this was a old labet from Neville not far from the Reb's brother as well buried here in Swas.
