Trump's verdict: Authenticity, call of the hour, Torah teaches Submission - Rabbi Chaim Dalfin

so the verdict came down yesterday that Mr Trump is guilty of 34 accounts and it brought to my mind the idea of authenticity being authentic it's one of the best and most popular words in the year 2024 according to the ratings and statistics being authentic are you authentic is it authentic authenticity was this an authentic decision with Mr Trump authentic together with his defense team now you're looking at me I'm a rabbi a writer and I don't consider myself a politician in fact I stay far away from politics but what's my message for the greater world not just for the Jewish world it's very important to be authentic to be real how do you do that with all of the different luring things in the universe in the world to be PC politically correct to put on a facade when you're broken inside but you'll show happiness on the outside or vice versa for that matter how do you keep to the authentic experience and in my training in the training of kism the message is a universal one for Mr Trump for his defense team for the jury for the prosecutors for everyone if there is an iota of an agenda either way you've lost your authenticity you're not displaying authenticity you are already persuaded and what do we see how do we learn this in the Torah in the Bible the answer is through people like Moses Moshe our teacher David King D David King Solomon and all of the other great Jewish leaders throughout the centuries who made an impression not only on their followers and Jewish people but on others as well for example Queen Sheba wasn't Jewish she heard about King Solomon's greatness and she grab gravitated towards him Solomon didn't have to leave his throne to go see Queen Sheba she came to him because she found in King Solomon genuinity authenticity she found a man who you couldn't buy off with money with honor with Fame with brightness with charmful with Charisma it didn't work King Solomon schlomo H he represented truth and that is why he merited to rebuild the Temple to build actually the temple not his father David David was a warrior and yes the Messiah the Jewish mssiah comes from David that's another aspect another discussion but as far as building a temple a beta mikdash you need peace and what's peace predicated on authenticity you can't have peace if it's not authentic and the same is now in the situation in ER is the holy land of of of Israel where we have a very dire situation hostages soldiers dying people dying only those that will stay steadfast in their commitment to being authentic although they'll be put down at times embarrassed chastised and worse you stick to your guns so my message here the day after the morning after the verdict the historical verdict of a former United States President being charged with a felony 34 counts it's the state of authentic to your message and to who you are and I'm not taking sides but whoever at the end of the day will be more authentic or I should say will be authentic will be victorious will win will be exonerated or will be guilty you know God Almighty he keeps score he most definitely knows what's going going on he knew this all before and he knows it now and he will know it in the future he doesn't forget so our job as Servants of God people of God subjects of God representatives of God is to stick to the message of being authentic and the only way you can accomplish being AU authentic is by submitting submission to the higher cause the higher power the higher energy God Almighty so I hope and pray that our country will come to its senses and this childish fighting argumentation and divisiveness of my father is better than your father and my I'm a better president and you're a worse president than and you belong in jail and you belong did this and you did that let's get that all out of our psyche let's get it out of our personalities and what can we do about it you and I we not in the political realm what can we do about about it sitting at home what can we teach our children and grandchildren about it you know what the answer is you have to be authentic to your beliefs and the belief should be predicated on the Torah on the Bible and the Bible says and the Torah says submit to the higher power you don't want to do it at times it feels uncomfortable study more about it understand who God is what does God want of me what does God want of the world now for its healing we need healing today how do we get healing through making a strong resolve that we will be authentic and we will live with authenticity and we will share and teach authenticity to the greater world may God help us that this will be the Guiding Light ultimately we will have the perfected authentic individual the Jewish Messiah the Messiah who will bring to the overall world not only to the Jews but to the Gentiles as well all gentiles peace and Harmony through the Fulfillment of the seven universal laws a code of ethics and behavior that is so wonderful and instructed by Moses on Mount Si because God told him to instruct these seven universal laws for all of humanity take it work with it share the message and may God bless United States of America
