The 770 Magnet & the Rebbe, Elul prep, Invite all Yidden, Sunday Dollars- Rabbi Chaim Dalfin

I wanted to make a little clip here about L. Lol is around the corner. So, this is what came to my mind. The 770 magnet. Most people don't know what that what what I'm referring to. Well, you walk into 770, the first floor, not the basement, not where the big basement dish is. You come into um a corridor, a vestibule and to the right is the Merke's office. The next door to the left is the little base medish and to the left all the way is the the the door to the Reb's office. And right in front of you is the elevator to the second and third floors. If you look up the style of the the builder has this this uh pointed uh piece of I don't know plaster or it's large it's white painted white and we used to call that the magnet because Barashem as a good Jewish Yiddisha house and shul should be it attracted all kinds of people and sometimes the people were and are a little strange, different and we'll leave it at that. So, we used to jokingly say the 770 magnet is working, but just today took me 64 years to realize that Davka specifically there is where the Reba gave out dollars. The Reb didn't give out dollars in the base med. She didn't give out dollars in front of his room. We gave out dollars right there every Sunday morning for five six years. Why? Because the purpose of the dollar of to give that gave to a person to is to give saddaka and to arouse his nishama or her soul to connect with itself and love each other and help each other and do good things for and mankind. And by the way, just historically, you should know that that this area, this little area, which kind of seems to be just a pass through. And you see it as, "Oh, it's the 770 magnet." Or you could see that this 770 magnet is specifically what the Reb gave out dollars to teach us. This is what Lebabich is about. Everyone's together. The famous story with the Moshman of used to say overug. I'm not I once told the story at length. I'm not going to say it now. We might be crazy. We might be but we're together. So as we go into and we go into the month of and the month of prayer and we're looking to to to prepare ourselves and come to the with all the great revelations in the holiest way in the best way.
