who do you trust probably just about no one cuz you don't want to get hurt whether you're willing to admit it or not your deepest deepest need is for love ever since you're a little kid and it's established for sure in the world of psychology that every person's deepest need is love but the only way to get love is to trust well what happened to your trust why don't you trust people what are you afraid of the answer is is that when you were a little kid you trusted everybody this is why we have to keep an eyee on little kids because they'll get into someone's car I mean they trust people so you were that little kid you trusted your siblings you trusted your parents you trusted your teachers you trusted the kids at school you got burned you got burned over and over again siblings can be mean parents can forget you're sharing your parents with other siblings all kinds of stuff goes wrong and you learned very quickly don't trust people don't trust people with your heart it was probably a pretty smart short-term strategy when you were little but unfortunately short-term strategies become longterm adult personalities and so you just stop sharing and if you're one of those higher IQ types you're probably like patting yourself on the back for like you know really being good at like not trusting anybody but have you ever wondered why you're so lonely why are you so lonely doesn't make any sense you got a good personality nice person why you lonely or maybe you're not willing to admit that you're lonely but you might realize that you're deeply alone you walk by people on The Avenues like a ghost you know you're you're you're alone CU you don't really share you see you're not a little kid I suggest looking in a mirror look in a mirror and you'll see there's an adult face looking back at you an adult with childhood strategies it's time to really take back the light take back your deepest desire for love and connection and the way you do that is to trust no one's out to get you no one's going to get you you know in fact you can just really Express who you are and but like really share yourself and you know let people run away if they want to run away you know the people who anyway stay close to you maybe it's only because you're reflecting what they want to hear which means it's not even you they love trust to really share yourself and the people who didn't run away those are your friends those are your loved ones now you've clarified who it is that really loves you also you'll see that no one's actually going to run away you know why because everyone's deeply interested in being close to others but everyone's part of this whole disconnect and you're the one who's actually connecting you're the one who's being open you're the one who's giving people what to hold on to because you're showing yourself you're sharing yourself you're showing up and people love it because they're lonely and you're someone who's not lonely you're someone who's connecting and so people run towards you not away from you and when they love you it's you they love which is really exciting such a beautiful way to live such a simple math this is yours live love live connection live Trust
