that nothing else can be a power other than God there's no other power than God one is that it's absolutely One Love is that you are to love God fear is you are to fear God and stray is you're not to stray after your heart and after your eyes that you stray after now what these Commandments are these are the jail Commandments these are the isolation Commandments these are the Commandments for someone who is walking down the street waiting for a bus waiting for their turn at the doctor's office these are the Commandments that require no physical object you see we have six Commandments that can be done with the brain you can actually do Commandments with the brain and you can just sit there and do them and we're going to do all six we'll do a little meditation on all six but before we do empirical knowledge of his existence he's asking you to get enough evidence to be able to say I know there's a God that's it you know and it doesn't have to pass your friend's someone else's criteria your criteria you understand you need to know there's a Gody based on what you call Knowledge well all of us get in cars without first taking them to the shop all of us get in Planes trusting the FAA checked that the plan's going to make it we have all we are risking it all the time and all of every man in this room will get married with less than perfect knowledge you're going to make your second this whole entire creation we're the ones with the issue and but God created it that way why because only then could you know and only if you knew then you could actually dedicate your life to it in a way that's you know very real rather than you making stuff up you got to know you got to know what life's about subconscious what's subconscious I don't know subconscious oh can you know it's subconscious oh I see what you're saying no you have to know it consciously you have to know it consciously although certain people can know it uh subconsciously I think I think anyone raised years and years and years and years is trying to like be from enough for these people so like he was like way outside of his comfort zone all the time trying to be from enough for his neighbors and what happened was the uh his grandmother who's not from was coming to visit Israel to be with her grandkids and he was like so nervous like oh man like like she she never wears dresses ever she only Wears Like shorts in the summer and pants in the winter and short sleeve shirts and stuff you understand oh CH short short sleeve shirt anyway title so anyway the [Music] um his grandma's coming and there's nothing he can do and he and it's his Grand he can't like tell her please Buy FR Clothing nowhere like there's nothing he so he's figuring out we'll just try to hide her you know so meanwhile the lady the lady upstairs she's doing the laundry on her balcony you know wearing like one of those like helmets what do you call the lady helmets they wear what are those turban or something I think doing her laundry Grandma comes in says hi to Aaron says hi to the wife says hi to the grandkids and of course she's you know she's from California she sees the sunlight outside it's beautiful she just goes right outside onto the balcony and she comes out she sees this lady upstairs and she looks up to this Revit and she goes and the lady looks down and says and next thing you know they're gabbing away in yish the two of them and eventually she basically invited her up so so whatever she now she's up in the neighbor's house and she spent six weeks by the neighbor all day long wow yeah six weeks she would only come down for like meals and like stuff shabas Mills they were like best friends grandma and this lady so the whole time Aaron's like what in the world's going on here like I'm years I'm trying to get in with these people and Grandma comes and it's just like she's in and they but Aaron's like a genius like this guy's like does a lot of thinking so he finally figures it realm waiting for your doctor's point and God's one God's one with the doctor as well you know maybe that's a good cavana to have before a tooth extraction or something so the uh love is that you have a Mitzvah to love God a commandment to love God that's a bit of a strange one CU how can I command you to love something doesn't make any sense to command someone that loves something you know like you imagine someone takes you out to the forest because they really love this particular part and they spend the entire hour explaining why you should love it too and you're like listen it's nice but like I I got some of my own favorite spots you know and they're like no no no you got to love this spot and they just keep going and going and going so you got to love AEM but it's really like how do you get how do you get commanded to love Hashem so one of the explanation I'm not going to go into many explanations but one of the explanations is because he loves you and then there are a lot of people who love people because they love them you know you probably love your parents because they love you you know like do you really love your parents that much have you ever like sat down to think about why you should love your parents probably not but they love you and you love them and it's probably because they love you so much like there are these people in the world that love you that much and the fact that there are people love you that much means that you probably love them that much back so the same thing with God as God orchestrates your entire life as if you're the only person on the planet you ever thought about that you ever thought about how your walking down the street and God's like orchestrating everything around you you know they and you start to wonder if anyone else has free will I clearly do but maybe you don't because you're getting orchestrated around me or maybe I don't CU I'm getting orchestrated around you you know like like everything everything's happening for you everything and so after a while you start to realize wait a second I'm inside a digital simulation where everything seems to happen around me like I'm clearly the star of this film you understand like if I walked around with a stick with a camera at the top like a GoPro on the top and I walk around and you're now you're home you know you're sitting on the toilet watching your phone while I'm like walking around with my stick so are you are you going to have any doubt where the center of that where the center is up there as I'm walking around I'm walk now I'm walking through Ben Yuda Street you know and now I'm walking through shook do you have any doubt where the center is it's right there it's at the top there that's you that's your brain walking around with the throws it away on his way back up from the cotel he sees a was like 200 ants having a kiddish cuz it's not just you it's them I mean those ants apparently needed some kind of a sweet drink and and so you perfectly knocked it over there's all the ants are they also a superstar they're not conscious but yeah they're they're all superstars and then and then comes along an ante eater [Music] V the an eater comes and vacuums up the ants with his big snout what do they call the an eers they have another name arar [Music] arvar it's just a perfect you understand what a perfect system it is it's crazy perfect you know the only one who messes up the system of the planet is really us the only one who messes up the Earth is human beings but if human beings would just get off the Earth for like just like 200 years or something this whole world would reset itself perect perfectly perfectly I mean it's such an orchestrated system but it's even orchestrated with us and whatever damage we're going to cause God can handle that whatever crazy world we're going to make of this place he'll deal with that CU he's God and none of this even exists cuz that that's back to the midst of one it's all him anyway so whatever you mess up is part of the whole thing so nuclear war no problem no problem you think God can't handle a nuclear war war to God nuclear war is like a you know like it's like okay now they're going to destroy themselves you know yeah they're try right but they can only succeed with God's permission you know so this whole thing's perfect so that's no other one love so you see that you can love a god who's running your whole life like this and even if your life's going rough give him this SC even if your life's run even if you're having a rough life even if you're having a hard time it's it's always giving birth to the next thing your life's always giving birth to the next thing even the most difficult things financial difficulty you have a financial issue it's giving birth to the next thing everything's always giving birth to the next thing now the next one is fear because if we're all inside a system if we're all inside a system that's being run by an all knowing all present being and we've know we've been given Free Will and we've got to somehow use this free will even though it's not really real but we at least think it's real it seems real that's pretty scary because you can make the wrong choice he'll fix it you know you can press the nuclear explosion wrong choice he'll deal with that but the fact is that you're going to have to deal with the fact that you press the button we all know it's Common Sense there's no way that there's not consequence for your choices think look just look at it really simply we all know in this world you can do whatever you want and there's not necessarily Instant Karma like there is on YouTube okay you can do all kinds of things and you know you don't always pay the price a lower fear what's that is that the lower fear yeah so there's two levels of fear lower fear and upper fear right now we're talking about lower fear um and this is the basic one that you have to think about all the time and that is is that there's going to be consequence in your life never anybody explain oh really so so right simple right it's like I know I have free will no one's going to argue I don't have free will and I also know that it doesn't really matter most of the times what I choose is not a lot of consequences that I see but it would make absolutely no sense in a god system that the God who gave me free will isn't going to collect in the end he's not going to collect he's not going to there has to be that there's consequence it has to be that there's consequence and because there's consequence I'm afraid what I'm afraid what's in store I'm afraid I don't know if I'm making the right choices hope I am I'm going to keep correcting course correction course correction course correction course corre I'm to keep correcting my course it's nice when you get feedback for a bad choice because you get course correction but you got to correct it anyway you got to ask advice you got to watch people who are doing things right and correct your course based on them like you got to do whatever you can but but it's important that you're afraid of the creator that created you with the Free Will that is that you're going to have to pay for your choices there's no free lunch whatever you do going to have to pay for and we get little hints from our sages like you'll never get away with anything like you'll never get away with anything you got to know that anything you think you'll get away with in private will get exposed but you won't get away with anything I mean there is a Perfection to it all that like you'll think you're getting away with something and you when later you'll look and you'll see you paid you paid it cost you cost you something and you you don't there's no it's a perfect system there's no getting away with anything in this world you will get you will have to deal with yeah you do chuva then you can get away with it but you can't do it knowing you're going to do trua the pay if if there's added element of of privacy then that will become public too whatever you think you can get away with privately will be exposed publicly yeah yeah it's very interesting how that works so the um yeah so that's fear there's an upper level fear and the upper level fear is the kind of fear that um that's more the shaking fear the K fear like the means to shake there's a more shaky fear is like a like you know the shaky fear is like you know seeing the Swiss outs the first time could be pretty like you know blow you away and the U so that shaky fears is comes only for the person who is able to contemplate the reality of God to the point of shaking and and once you're able to do that I think you can do it at all times once you're able to do it mean if you've used your if you've steeped your mind steeped your mind the for yish speakers here steeped means like you steep tea a tea bag and tea it's called steeping your tea if you can steep your mind in Hashem by understanding stuff that because you think it's going to have power other if you don't get up and do it so that's ascribing power to something love sorry one is that nothing exists besides God even the sound you're love is God's orchestrating your life as if you're the only person on the planet who loves you and therefore it's obvious to feel love for for a being that you know your parents eventually stopped taking care of you and God didn't and then the fear there going to be Fe there's going to be ramifications and consequences to your choices and the fact that God is all there is is makes you shake and stray is that your brain is an atheist and you have to at all times keep in check that you're in this amazing system of a seemingly physical world but it's really a spiritual World we're all Spirits
