that goes between the intellect and the emotions because what do you what is grateful me grateful means you're acknowledging intellectually that someone out there did something for you and guess what automatically they're going to say thank you and I do think that if we practice this consistently every single day many times a day we will be total different people and people that were have an influence on family friends will also be transformed in a real way and their emotions will be flying to the roof
