welcome to this week's torah lesson
this week's torah portion is pasha's
emor the question of the week is why is
it important to speak positive so this
week's torah portion is called pasha's
emwer mr means to speak so the rubber
asked a simple question there's so many
beautiful ideas in this week's torah
portion the torah is called speak what
kind of name is that andrew explains
that torah speaks specifically the name
mr to teach us and inspire us to speak
positively about other people in other
words if someone does something good
praise the person and if you see
something that you're not into praise
our job is to be malamaz figure out a
way to find something positive to say
something positive but why andrew
explains because we all know when you
speak you draw you draw out what's
hidden inside so when you say positive
things you draw out positive energy and
godfruit you say negative things you
draw out negative energy like we all
know the talmud says when someone speaks
lash and hara when someone speaks gossip
it hurts and kills three people the
person speaking the person that's
listening and the person you're talking
about why because when you speak bad
things when you speak negative you speak
lush and hara you draw out negative
energy and negative energy can only harm
so if negative could harm how much more
so in a positive way
positive energy can do great things so
when a person speaks positive what
happens then is you're actually drawing
out hidden good qualities into the
revealed way so the answer to the
question why should you speak positive
because by speaking positive you will
draw out good energy and be a blessing
and healing for the person speaking for
the person listening and the person
you're talking about
