welcome to this week's torah lesson this week's torah portion is posters by midbar the question of the week is how can we prepare ourselves to celebrate schwes in a peaceful and happy manner without any distractions of the current world crisis so this week's torah portion we're actually beginning a the new book parties by midbar is not only the name of the torah portion but it's actually name of the whole book and the torah begins by saying by dhaba hashem almighty god speaks to mois sinai in the sinai desert now it's brought down in the rambam in that this torah portion is always read before you're learning torah you're not only learning but you're actually developing a relationship with hashem so therefore the river says that's why the torah is called this week's torah portion and this book which is right before by mid varsity because by midbar is going to remind you you want to learn torah you have to create an environment of ahmednbar what's brahmidbar yeah there's no distractions exactly if you want to learn torah you have to create an environment which is like the midbar which is no distractions that's step number one step number two is sinai what a scene i mean a hatred to
