Lion’s Roar and Epic Fury: Americans Fleeing War Middle East Allies United States & Israel vs. Iran

Thousands of people are caught in that crossfire and scrambling to get out of the Middle East right now. Wing security analyst Rich Colko spoke with a local rabbi and a US citizen who have been stuck in Jordan. Rich? Well, Wing spoke with Gitty Rosenfeld the other day in an Israeli bomb shelter. There's good news in her story. She was driven to Egypt and crossed the border according to her brother, Rabbi Yitzchok Mickelwitz. On the other side of the border, this company VIP arranged for driver a driver to take them from there to the airport in Egypt. Um that was also a several hour drive, two to three hour drive. When they got there, they arranged a flight from Egypt to Turkey. Um and they finally got to Turkey. Gitty is now on a flight home. Meanwhile, the rabbi put us in touch with his nephew, Yoel Feigenson, a US citizen and student in Israel. Um we are currently in Jordan. I can't give too many details, but we're in Jordan. Feigenson and his group of more than a hundred people have anxiously been waiting for a flight out of the area. They know they are in a war zone. We've heard a couple of sirens, but very very distant and uh we're doing good. We're we're safe. They're they're helping us a lot. For security reasons, he could not tell us what airport they were using. As he was telling us about the sounds of war, Yoel received the news he was waiting for. We just confirmed the flights. We're all we're all we're all happy. And as you saw, hundreds of people were dancing in celebration at the news. Yoel expects to be on the flight in a few hours out of harm's way.
