Yoram's Rosh Hashanah Message

Doctors say I only have about a year left. The doctor says I have cancer, stage 4. There's no cure. >> My name is Yoram. I wanted to put out this uh message of uh what happened to me about 2 and 1/2 months ago. I was diagnosed with uh stage 4 cancer, brain cancer. I just finished radiation and chemo and uh it's an aggress aggressive type of cancer. And the other thing is uh I pretty much in the last five years I didn't move forward as far as getting closer to Hashem or learning a little more Torah or being more obedient, you know, doing more that I have to do. I didn't do that. I pretty much stopped. And I always wanted to do a complete touva 100% chuva. And I always came up with excuses. Oh, I'm tired. I got a job. I don't have time. It's not working out right now. We'll do it later. So, uh besides the fact that uh one of the reasons could be it's it's it's a biggie that uh I stopped giving staka and Hashem gave me this terrible uh punishment. The other reason possibly it could be both of them is that uh I always postponed giving a uh doing tshoua. And I'm I'm assuming that Hashem finally said, "You know what? You don't have to go to work anymore. you don't have to go to work anymore. Don't worry about your job because of what I got. What is your excuse now? You don't have to work anymore. You have all the time in the world to do chuva. So, uh I just wanted to put this uh information of what happened to me to maybe uh inspire any any Bouva or any Jew that's getting closer to Hashem that I saw this in my own life. In my own life, it happened. And uh as we all know, there are no coincidences. There are no coincidences. They don't exist. Uh I hope nobody goes through what I'm going through right now. And we all know what we have to do. We have to uh uh uh we have to do the best we can to be a Jew. Especially right now in Shal uh one week before Shah we have to do cha 110%. Take care. This is what he said himself. I didn't convince him and I definitely would never tell anybody uh listen you know you got cancer because you stopped donating to me. That will never come out of my mouth even if I think such such a thing. I would never tell somebody that especially in such a situation but he literally himself called me to tell me that this is what the case is and it's his fault and it I'm sorry you know we pray for him every day now and my wife prays for him and Frank prays for him and will live. The point is when people donate to help other people do chuva, all you're doing is helping yourself. All you're doing is helping
