supicious day to ask for miracles for blessings for all the good that you you want all the good that's good for you tonight's sh is going to be for the [Music] for and all of and all the righteous Noah and all of those that support our organization especially in the recent Campaign which the campaign was a major success we uh just distributed food to uh over 500 families inia uh the amount of money we spent is probably around five to 10 times the amount of money that we actually raised it wasn't enough donations but we still succeeded in distributing the food and making sure these uh 500 or so uh families have warm uh uh covers blankets uh heaters and of course food uh not just for the holiday but B they have something to warm them up for the winter you'll see some videos coming out uh from uh that and some other things that we did over the last several days uh Ina we had a big event event with uh a few hundred people in attendance lot of good things lot of good things so why do I say uh when uh in reality the if you look at the numbers the um the actual uh uh campaign failed you know technically uh we were looking to raise a whole lot more money than we did uh apparently everybody is either broke or careless uh you know even though there's over 100,000 people that subscribe to the channels and uh ask for free stuff and like the free stuff like bem this amazing new free uh aatar box with 100 of shatar posters in it that we're Distributing by the dozens uh everywhere there are many orders that have uh already got out more orders are uh uh are going to go out B very soon and anyone that wants to get them can go to the KY store KY store.org and will ship it out to you for free as long as you're located in the states uh but the key is we have to ask the question why is it when uh you didn't get to your mark why uh this really is not just a question about this uh word in this particular campaign but it's really a question about this Paras and life itself because we see that in yadik unveils his face everyone that has been following knows the story The Brothers of YF the shim that were allim thought wrongly of him he thought wrongly of them push came to sh they ended up selling his their brother uh and uh he ended up going and spending 12 years in jail in a hole that's worse than any prison that's in the world today uh 12 years over there but then became the visoy of Egypt and of course this week is when he unveils his real face to his brothers after a whole uh you know a whole story that happened uh between them how he tested them and uh when he unveils his face to them uh he tells them the real reason of why they sold them which is not what they thought they thought they sold him because uh well they hated him they hated his dreams they hated his uh prophecies they hated him uh you know being a tattletale about them to uh to Yu when he saw something that looked wrong that they were doing uh they hated it so they sold him but he says no even though even though you sold me and you meant evil Hashem meant good and Hashem allowed it to happen Hashem allowed it to happen because that was the will of Hashem the will of hem was for me to go to Egypt in order to not only save Egypt but save the entire world especially save yobu save by becoming the V of Egypt so you meant evil but meant good and that's the real reason of why now of course it seems like if you don't know the rest of the story you don't know the rest of the toah if somebody just simply told you such a story it seems like uh either this guy lost his mind or or perhaps we're missing something but before we get into that we have to really compare all of this like we always do you know the way that we do it is we always look into the tah and try to find our lives in it and in this particular equation I believe everyone can find their life in this particular equation when they actually look deeply uh some more some less but everyone with no exception simply because the more a person gets closer to hem and wants to increase theira the more they see problems and in life we often see each task that's in front of us and we measure it up based on what we were taught what's the risk versus the reward if I do this thing if I make this investment if I buy this property if I go into this business if I go into this relationship if I uh you know go and decide to uh pray at this specific time if I do all if I learn this much whatever it is that a task that's in front of somebody they always measure it up based on what is the risk versus the reward Everyone likes to calculate the reward then some you know smart people also like to calculate the risk as well and we analyze every task that's in front of us based on this but tonight we're actually going to learn how wrong this type of ideology is when it comes to a when it comes to servitude of we'll use some amazing stories about the life of R vdor Miller Shalom and learn what kept Him and other sikim going despite the endless disappointments from people from from uh from the supporters from the from everywhere but yet they were never disappointed with hem and in fact they kept going and going and serving a with more Zeal with more excitement with more commitment even as the failures got bigger now first and formost we have to look at yadik why is yusik telling them that this was the will of hem that's because he sees the end product he sees the end product he sees that as a result of him being sold he is now in a position to save the entire family so obviously it worked out it worked out and unlike what people typically do when they uh they're right and someone else is wrong they say I told you so or I knew it or don't you remember I said something typically people like to dance around other people's Graves and let them know that they were right and and everyone else was wrong but that's not what YF is doing ysf is in essence telling them that yes you sold me you meant evil but a meant well now go and get my father get the rest of the family let's get on with the plan now this is amazing because it's not just that you have to see the end result but you also have to start thinking about wait a minute why did Hashem do it okay it was the will of hem and okay it was a uh to save the family I could understand if you wanted to make YF the visoy by why make him go to jail and even if he had to go to jail why for 12 years I mean that's a long time I mean just imagine what y could have done with those 12 years some of the great sikim that people literally Liv their lives by such as RAB nakan of bre uh you know lived only 36 years the also around 36 or 38 years they lived very short lives and in those short lives look how much they achieved look how many literally countless students they have till this day learning their Torah learning their books if you look at other authors that are you know either non-jews or secular people that wrote books two three four 500 years ago or even 20 years ago and you count the number of people that read their books or even live their lives by them it's say you can literally count them on your hand that's it it's very very little most of them have forgotten but yet these sedim wrote books in their short lives that are still being bought that are still being studied that are still being lived byom in the last 12 years of his life he literally transformed the Jewish world and even had an impact on a non-jewish world 12 years is an enormous amount of time so if these sikim can do so much in 12 years imagine what Yik could do obviously he was a much bigger he could do a lot more he's one of the so why did put him in jail for 12 years fine if you want to make him the king you want to make him a visoy but what's what's the sentence for these types of questions are very very typical questions but if a person really pays attention to the words of the sages the words I learned from my dear Rim you'll actually see that the deeper you go into it the more you understand that the difference between true amuna a real believer of Hashem and a Kel an aicos a heretic is actually shown and high highlighted in the moment of difficulties where the imuna that you have and you want to grow requires tests and what ends up happening is that when the K when the heretic sees that there is a test in front of him is a difficulty Financial loss loss of a job relationship whatever it may be you see that the heretic now is faced with something he doesn't have answers for and even though that heretic may very well think of himself or herself as a believer in God as a religious person the heresy starts to come out of them in those difficult times because they start questioning God since they don't have have answers to these tests why did Hashem make me lose this why did hasem make me suffer this why why did hasem cause YF to be in a uh jail for 12 years why did why why where was God during the Holocaust the famous question this generation where was God during the Holocaust the heretic is faced with questions that he cannot answer and what ends up happening is that the the moment that the heretic is faced with questions he cannot answer the moment the heretic is faced with questions she cannot answer then the default position is for them to Simply say that perhaps there's no Divine Providence even if they believe in God they just don't think that he cares about this world he doesn't care about these mitv because if I'm doing everything that I'm supposed to be doing where I keep the Sabbath I uh you know I uh eat kosher I do all of these things but yet I have difficulties I have pain that means there's something wrong with the equation but that's because they're calculating the equation with a human mind a limited mind that only knows what's in front of it only knows what's on the wall in front of it and does not even know what's on the side of it needless to say what's behind it and the difference is when you look at the life of the sikim the righteous Jewish sages the righteous sikim in this generation in previous generation throughout all of the generations you see a common denominator all of them had extraordinary difficulties extraordinary difficulties that literally they each lived their own version of Abraham ain's life but yet those difficulties did not stop them in fact they continued going stronger and stronger one of the uh things that you see is that on one end the difficulties that a person gets it's known that Hashem will test you he'll test you to see where you stand he'll test you to increase your reward and in fact the more you want to serve AEM the more Hashem is going to test you because tests are required in order for you to elevate and graduate to the next level you failed the test you have to take it again you failed the test you have to take it again how many times as many times as it takes now a person that let's say for example listen to our lectures and decide you know what I have to start contributing I have to use a part of the money that hasem gives me and use it to publicize to use it to help other people do chuva so I'm going to give my Mas I'm going to give the 10% of my income and donate it in order for the organization to continue doing all the amazing things they do but then they see that they're donating for a couple of months and all of a sudden they have a difficulty all of a sudden they lost a little bit of money all of a sudden they lost the client all of a sudden there is a few more bills they didn't expect and say wait a minute Rabbi didn't it say that if you give male you're supposed to become rich why am I losing money I thought it was supposed to be I'm going to become rich yes my dear son it does say that but it doesn't say when doesn't say that if you give my for a month or two months or three months or five months that hashm is simply going to make you rich obviously there's a test required if it was that simple everyone would do it there's a test test is required in order to see if you're worthy of actually giving wealth to now these are difficulties that are necessary and yet when we look look at the life of the heretic with or without a beard with or without a hat and a keeper versus the tadik we see that they handled the same tests very differently vdor Miller Shalom had a life full of disappointments if you look at his bio that you know that was written about his life literally every page is is is tells you about a different difficulty a different what we would consider failure the task was not achieved or disappointment the people that were supposed to be supporters ended up being the enemy when he first decided to open up a uh a Sho the community the community came to the sh and instead of saying thank you Rabbi for opening a synagogue in our community they rebelled against them they said what are you doing you can't open such a thing here they didn't want him to open the synagogue when he ended up realizing that there has to be a Yesa school for the kids to go to nobody wanted to give him any money and he did everything he possibly could to collect the money and he put it in into the synagogues inest uh uh savings when the community heard that he's about to open aiva they not only rebelled against him and said what are you doing you can't do that you can't have a religious school here they even got the president of the sh to freeze up the money and refuse to give it to him they didn't want him to buy a building they didn't want him to open a Yeshiva I mean these are disappointments that are unheard of most people know his lectures know his stories and and and but yet very few know these stories but he continued and he proceeded and he built the Yeshiva and he built the sh and he continued to build the scars that you get as a result of trying to help am return to their father in Heaven and do chuva why did he continue who on their right mind would continue such a thing if the community is going against you why would you want to help them in fact the and the Yesa were just a couple of the things thatd did on page 301 it says that ra Vidor Miller did not look at his own kahila as his only focus his only responsibility rather the entire community that was within his reach he felt that was his obligation and therefore he would make flyers and that were focused on different provocative statements to entice people to provoke people to send their kids to Yesa provoke people to start keeping Shabbat start keeping start keeping kosher and he distributed these flyers all throughout the community using volunteers including his own kids and they would put him in mailboxes but eventually he got a uh threat from the uh government that he's no longer longer allowed to put these flyers in the mailboxes now although that law today is standard in America back then it wasn't where am I going to put it if I'm not going to put it in the mailbox but he did not slow down rather he saw that these provocative statements that are talking about keeping Shabbat that are talking about keeping kosher are making progress why what do you mean you just got shut down you can't put them in the mailboxes you have to figure out some creative plan of where you're going to put these flyers and they're not going to fly everywhere that they're actually going to get to the recipient isn't that a message that that God doesn't want it nod say opposite this is actually showing that these flyers are working because obviously they're disturbing the wicked people they're disturbing the Satan enough to even get the US government involved and he continued and he didn't stop there he started sending newsletters that had different writings about the lectures he had or the uh different uh Proverbs he would go into building look at the mailboxes to see who has a Jewish name write everything down and subscribe all of these people to the newsletter this is the previous generations version of spam but good spam holy spam something we've tried to develop over the last few years but we haven't succeeded yet we have countless emails of people people but to send them in a way that we're not going to get shut down instantly hasn't been uh figured out yet soon Vidor Miller figured it out for his community he would literally go from building to building to figure out who's Jewish and then sign those people up now what about if they get it and they don't want and they throw it out that's not my problem what if they don't read it that's not my problem what do you mean but that means that you're wasting all of this money it's not like email where you send somebody the email and if they just simply delete it there's no loss for you doesn't cost you anything when you actually print something like for example our new cards that many of you loved we've distributed hundreds of thousands of them of the T and also that hasm took back his millions we have a new version of it we have a new tunait and the other side is the AI Rabbi that's in our KY store you can order for free to distribute in your community get them to watch t get them to subscribe to AI Rabbi this you can put in your community get few hundred of them to put in the Sho to put in the supermarket this cost money when I went to the printer and I picked up the first batch of 10,000 he didn't say okay thank you very much much go in peace good luck no no he said here's the bill here you go oh you want me to pay but it's a Mitzvah yeah Mitzvah no Mitzvah gotta pay the bill so ra vior Miller That's sending all of these newsletters to people that have not even signed up he doesn't consider even whether they're going to look at it not look at it read it not read it no no you said I did my I put my effort in and if that wasn't enough when a arav named R Simka Weisman started the newspaper the Jewish press that was committed and loyal to the Tora ra Victor Miller made a deal with him to get us discount in order to sign up 20 families to this newspaper to get this paper delivered to their house without their knowledge without their acceptance according to them it was just a free paper but no ra vi de Miller paid for it out of his own pocket but what if they throw it out what if they don't read it that's not my problem he took his money and he spent it on making big posters with all of these provocative statements about kosher about Shabbat about t about sending kids to talut to Yesa these posters are very expensive they were expensive back then they're expensive today and he would literally see them RI down within moments of putting them up isn't that a waste of money absolutely not raill says what do you mean but they just threw it out that's not my problem they threw it out I did my I did my effort yeah but you just spent a bunch of money signing up 20 families to this letter to this uh newspaper thousands of copies of uh posters and flyers and and who knows if anybody's going to do anything about it it's not my problem that's not my problem I do my the results are not in my hands in fact the dedication that ra Miller had was at the utmost extreme and when people would ask him why do you do what you do he would often tell them doing AEM is is a lonely business because you're not looking to please everyone you're not looking to become like everyone You're simply trying to help everyone and when you try to do that you're going to be alone many times the kot the Kayla he's own Kayla had people in it that would try to fire RDO Miller try to remove him from his rabinal post kick him out and even went as far as going to a r p one of the to get permission from him to fire of Vidor Miller of course they did not succeed in that but this did not only happen once or twice it's happened many times on page 294 says that story where on one of the holidays where typically Jews are celebrating the holiday they're eating they're drinking they're resting they're learning Torah one of the Torah scholars in the community decided that he wants to go and learn in the synagogue he figured over there is going to be quiet everyone is celebrating the holiday and as he entered the sh to his surprise he saw a whole group of people arguing and yelling back and forth and he asked what's going on here and one of the people said to him oh we're all debating about what's the best way to fire ra Vidor Mill and get him out of here said what why would you want to fire the rabbi isn't he helping isn't he influencing you guys in a positive way he said yeah yeah but listen he crossed the line the other day what did he do he said listen one of the guys here just built a new house and it's beautiful house nice house and the other day he saw Ro Vidor Miller walking outside of his house you know walking uh you know crossing the street and he called over the rabbi hey Rabbi come come I want to see you I want to show you my new house and the rabbi came in and saw his house and then the next day when the rabbi gave a lecture he said anyone that has a television in his house is not living in a house but rather is living in a pig pen and of course the embarrassment this caused this guy it's unprecedent we can't have Rao Mill here anymore what kind of words are these calmed them down but this was only temporary it was not too long after this where they had another reason that they wanted to kick him out people would askill questions and he wouldn't necessarily always answered them right away but when the lectures came he knew how to close the accounts one time one of the members of the Kaa asked the rabbi Rabbi what do you think about me buying a uh a new talit that has special rare wool from Turkey to replace my uh standard talit and the r didn't really give him an answer but the next day when the rabbi had his lecture he noticed that that same member his wife also came to the lecture and she wasn't wearing M's clothes so in the lecture ra vior Miller inserted something that stung when he said you know there are some people that ask me he didn't mention names but he says you know that some people ask me whether they should buy a toit with special wool from Turkey when in reality the only thing they should be doing right now is using that money to buy their wife some modest clothes of course that's a better investment than a talet from turkey and of course this stuff a whole lot it was just another reason of why this person did not exactly want ra Vidor Miller to stay the rabbi there but to his dismay least temporarily ra Vigor Miller continued one time that uh onuka this time around 40 years ago the community was celebrating not just kanuka but also the kanuka to bite for the new Shool that they've built and they wanted to have an event where they honor the main donor of this building and his wife a couple of days before the event the rabbi specified already at the start that in this event it's going to be a holy event there's not going to be any type of mingling between men and women that is forbidden by the toah but a couple of days before the event the they came to ra Vidor and said to him uh listen um you know the the the donor the one we're honoring he says that it also happens to be the anniversary for his parents you know many years anniversary and he wants to have a little bit of uh fun you know he wants to and so we need a little bit of uh change in the rules where there has to be at least some mingling between the men and the women ra Vidor M said to them if that happens I am not coming to the event and the sh will not pay for it either in so many words it's not happening the next day that top donor came to the Sho and protest took his tal and fing and left the community never to come back again now people when they get a donation of just $1,000 they already sometimes will kiss up to a person as if he just gave them Al now if he gave him a building they not only want to put this guy's name on the building they want to put this name on give the kids the the name of the donor but anit the people of Truth don't change the truth as a result of somebody donating or not donating the only thing they care about is what the will of hasem is even if that means making the top donor unhappy in the early days of RA being a rabbi to this community to this K they had an event where they wanted to have the rabbi speak and R VOR Miller refused to speak even though he was on the stage and everyone is waiting for him so they came up to them and said Rabbi why aren't you saying anything he said well I noticed that even though there is men are sitting on one side and the women are sitting on the other side because at those days there still wasn't a yet in the because there's no I saw the side of the women has a woman over there that's not modest and I'm not allowed to say words of Torah in front of an e modest woman RAB what are you going to do he tell her to leave I mean come on what we going to do is you know many people here okay the rabbi said no problem he turned his back to the community and he gave the entire lecture with his back facing the community delivering a strong message not just by his words by the way he presented them by literally giving them his back the whole time and shortly thereafter that event the K bought a but since they did not consult with Vidor Miller the mza had a section of it that was like a window with curtains on it that were very flimsy when ra vid Miller saw this he told his daughters to tell their friends not to come to schul anymore because who knows if somebody's going to move these little curtains it's as if there's no and at one point he even refused to read from a Tora until they fixed the and eventually they did these things were very difficult for this community to deal with they weren't used to such a serious Rabbi that was going to stand for the truth no matter what the k had a hard time with him because everyone was used to soft lenient rabbis very much what we see in the world today where the rabbis in so many words in some places not all of course are like what the says and what V interprets it as the face of the generation is the face of a dog where just like a dog even if he runs ahead of his owner always looks back to see where the owner wants him to go he says unfortunately that's what we have now we have some communities where instead of the rabbi being the owner the rabbi being the leader he's acting unfortunately like the dog where he's constantly looking at the owner asking where do you want me to go what am I allowed to say what am I not allowed to say in 1948 toad mayor came to the United States and he became a rabbi for one of the synagogues and on his first Shabbat he gave a speech about observing Shabbat but after the speech the gab of theet said Rabbi Rabbi you can't talk like that here talk like what you can't talk about Shabbat and keeping Shabbat why says because the president of the sh he has a factory that operates on Shabbat so he's going to be offended okay so the next week Ramel decided I'm going to talk about kosher kosher eating kosher food but after the lecture the gab came to him said Rabbi Rabbi you can't talk like that why not because one of the top donors in the K he sells non koser food he's going to be offended okay well what can I talk about here then says Ah glad you asked that question Rabbi you can talk about is loving you can talk about loving Jews as much as you want sounds like today but this was in 1948 but unlike the people that fail today did not fail and did not skip a beat he says you want me to talk about he says actually the gab thean says to him actually Rabbi what I think you should do is that before you give the lecture give me everything you're going to say write it down write everything you're going to say down write down the speech and I'll review it and I'll tell you if you're allowed to say it or not and in that instant said to him then you be the rabbi and quit why if you're going to tell me what Torah I'm allowed to say what I'm not allowed to say that's not Torah that's that's just you guys want a uh somebody to entertain you I'm not entertainment unfortunately today and in those days as well many failed the test because they needed the job they needed the salary they needed the donations they thought that maybe they could change the people over time but we see time and time again where a rabi that sugarcoats the Torah distorts the Torah or simply deletes half of the Torah by removing all teachings of punishment and fear out of it by just simply telling you about loving Jews all the time no matter what we see that the plan A theor retically have of changing and influencing people over time not only doesn't work but it actually makes people worse after 5 years they got worse after 10 years they got even worser after 20 20 years even worser and worser there's never an improvement why because the moment you tell people what they want to hear rather than what God wants to tell them then you're not teaching toah anymore and that's actually why Shalom when he was saying his goodbyes to his son Shalom when he was leaving France he told his son once you get to the US from France you'll have a lot of options you can pick any option of what you want to do in the world of Torah just don't be a rabbi of a synagogue what why because if you become a rabbi of a synagogue then you're going to be forced to kiss up to Sinners to Wicked people but despite this reality back then 80 years ago and the reality of it today still probably even more so ra Vidor Miller did not concern himself with that reality but rather continued to do kiru continued to tell people the truth continued to suffer the consequences of telling people the truth because no matter what would happen to him whether it was him getting beat up is money getting stolen threats of being fired on a regular basis protests against him ra Vidor Miller would not let down because he would say constantly I'm doing the will of Hashem and therefore there's no reason for me to be disappointed there's no such thing as failure when you are doing the will of Hashem because serving AEM is not like other jobs or Investments where everything depends on the outcome the invest m is only a good investment if the outcome is a profit it doesn't matter if it's a good company if it's a good business if you met good people who cares if you lost a million dollars it's a bad investment if you lost $2 million it's a bad investment if you lost all your money it's a bad investment simple nobody is happy about losing all of their money or even a big portion of their money say well you know what it was a good experience no it was a bad deal it was a bad business it was a bad Adventure but that's not the way it works with when it comes to serving hasem there is no such thing as failure because the servitude of hem does not depend on visible success is not about that rather servitude of hem is about doing the will of Hashem whether that will of hem is learning more Torah teaching more Torah helping more poor people uh doing more kindness publicizing hashem's name that's what it's about yeah but what if I set a plan to learn the entire Shas in one year but I failed you didn't fail did you learn anything no but I mean I wanted to finish the entire sh in one year I barely finish one M isn't isn't that a failure no why is it not a failure because you learned one that's a huge success yeah but I had a goal for the whole sh fine so continue yeah but I I I I didn't do it in one year okay so do it this year yeah but I had an event planned it was supposed to be 500 people showed up and only five people showed up instead of giving a lecture to 500 people like they promised me only five people showed up up and three of them worked for me what a failure that's not a failure what do you mean I was supposed to get 500 people you're right I only got five exactly failure no you're wrong why because you taught tah to five people that's a success I wanted to raise $200,000 so I could feed 500 families and even more I ra $220,000 if that much and I still gave the money to 500 people 500 families we're just in debt now as a result isn't that a failure absolutely not why the people got the food yes they eat yes they have blankets yes they have heaters yes okay you succeeded yeah but now I have debt now I have a big Bill okay so you have a big Bill you succeeded though now to the businessman mind this doesn't make any sense why we're used to buying and selling for a profit doing and seeing success that's what we're used to but that's not the way AEM works and the reality is that no matter whether you are newly religious and observant of the Torah or you are religious from birth the failure to understand what success is in AEM is a very common problem because our logic our rationale does not work that way we determine success based on something visible little do we know the success that we want is not what Hashem wants success that he wants success that's his will could very well be different now what happens is when a person says no I'm going to succeed no matter what then what they don't realize I is that if you're not cognizant of what the Torah says then the cost of your success would actually be a bigger failure even if you get to your theoretical success you're still failing and one example of that that brings is that someone that wanted to wake up early so he uh can study toat before prayer certainly a noble and admirable goal to have that was tough for him to wake up extra early so he got an alarm clock and the alarm clock was extra loud the loudest in the store and when it rang in the morning he certainly woke up the bad news is that his wife woke up also and the baby woke up also and the baby started crying and the mom that was not really feeling so well was also on the verge of crying but he said listen it's all worth it because I'm going to learn tah is that the will of hem no that's actually what calls what's G sh he's stealing her sleep he's stealing the baby's sleep you want to go do a Mitzvah that still doesn't give you permission to cause other people to suffer yeah but isn't learning Torah the will of hem not at that price not if you're going to cause other people to suffer you have to find a way to do without your wife's suffering do it without the alarm do it without waking up everyone and the same concept in every type of mitvah so therefore when you look at success in the the same way that you look at success in everything else you're bound to make major errors and you're bound to put yourself in a situation where your success is other people's failure the bottom line indicator for every person when they're looking at every task that they're facing is asking yourself do I have to do this or not instead of asking yourself what will happen What will be the result the growth the profit from this task ask yourself do I have to do this or not why because the outcome of anything you do is not in your hands the only thing that's in your hands is whether you do it or not whether you buy whether you sell whether you start whether you stop that's in your hands the effort is in your hands whether you're going to go to the K store and Order yourself some books and some AAR posters and some uh of the new postcards and start giving them everywhere that's in your choice whether somebody picks this up and decides to watch t and then do Chu and then change his entire life and then marry a kosher woman and then have sikim kids and then one of his kids becomes adult that's not in your hands even even if you tell the guy listen subscribe right now and you watch the guy subscribe whether that subscription materializes to something good that's never going to be in your hands what's in your hands to decide to get one of these and give it to somebody what's in your hands to decide to donate or not to donate donate your time donate your money that's in your hands to learn tah or not learn TOA that's in your hands to press play on a lecture or press play on some non sensical video on the internet that's in your hands your hands are in charge of effort outcome none of your business not in your control and none of your business and therefore the only thing you have to ask yourself when faced with any task is do I have to do this or not because if a person looks at the farmers they have a very difficult job but they continue even if there is a Bad season they plant the seeds and sometimes those seeds don't yield as much as necessary as much as expected are they going to plant again the next season absolutely why that's what I have to do so it doesn't matter whether you succeed or not you're still going to do it again yes well how long can you last I'll do it forever as long as I can do it even though you're not as profitable yes why because that's what I have to do and that's the way each person has to look at every task in their life whether it's to pray or it's to learn to to give it's to do K or it's to uh do anything when it comes to you have to look do I have to do this or not results are none of my business taking time every single day to share Rabbi ruven's classes with all of my contacts on my phone that is in my hands whether they press play or not whether they respond to me saying stop sending this stuff to me or not doesn't matter it's not my problem it's not my business whether somebody presses it 6 months after I sent it to him and then likes it and then does Chua and then changes everything in his life still not in my hands what's in my hands to take the lecture and forward it to somebody to take some money out of my bank account and put it into K to support to take on ourselves to support an for a month for two months for five months every month whatever it is that's in my hands the effort is in my hands success or failure is not and it's not only not in my hands but it's none of my business why is that the case and how do I know if I have to do something or not for that we have to go back to the par because like we say all the time any question that you have is always going to be in that week's par and if we're all now learning together we all have the question how do I know if I have to do this or not how do I know if I have to take money on a regular basis and invested into kiru invested into Torah how do I know how did ra vior Miller know that despite the failures despite them taking his money taking his time threatening him beating him up all of the he's still doing the will of hm how do you know did God speak to you were you secretly the Moses of Our Generation no how do we know we know from the par you see before yadik unveiled his face to his brothers he had to give them a test he wanted to see if they are still the same Brothers with the ideology of selling their brother or not 22 years ago you sold me will you do the same thing with Benyamin will you do the same thing with my brother Benyamin or not and at one moment during the fear debate between yourself and yud that the mid says was such a fierce debate that even the angels of heaven all came down to watch it where initially YF tells Yuda you know you talk too much blah blah blah blah be quiet already this respecting him he doesn't know it's YF but he doesn't know YF is trying to test him to see what what's going on you responds you know you're like Paro what does it mean you're like Paro not just a simple meaning you're like Paro you're a leader you're powerful no you're like par you're like a homosexual you want Benyamin for yourself that's what you want my brother you're sick in the head he sees there's something wrong with this guy why does he want this kid why don't he take me if he needs a sold I'm a better Soldier he needs a worker I'm a better worker why does he want my kid brother the debate is fierce at some point Yuda simply decides we're going to destroy everyone we're going to kill everyone we're going to destroy all of Egypt and you can go to one of my past lectures about to see some of the literal Miracles that happened during this debate but to not get out of the subject at hand we have an extraordinary event right now but at some point it stops everything stops why because of a statement that udah makes in chapter 32 I'm sorry in chapter 45 uh 44 verse number 32 you says for your servant took responsibility for the Youth from my father saying if I do not bring him back to you then I I will have sinned to my father for all time what do you mean you took responsibility that's a given you see the Hebrew word of means not just responsible but to take AR is the same thing as having a co-signer if you ever wanted to apply for a loan or buy a car or something like that but your credit or finances are not good enough for the bank to approve it they don't want to just outright reject your business they tell you listen if you get somebody else to co-sign for you that if you don't pay then they will pay then we'll do it we'll do it with you and that's exactly what Yoda says says you see I didn't just take responsibility over my brother I am for him I am for my brother I'm not just here giving my brother a trip of you know a tour I am the guarantor for my brother's life there's simply no way that I can return without him I'm the guarantor my life has to go if it in order to save his life and from there the sages tell us Yuda our forefather teaches all of Isel what he showed his brother YF without knowing it YF say Joseph you are like Po you're thinking that you could just take what you want but you don't understand Benyamin is not an option why you'll have to kill me first cuz I'm the guarantor I'm the guarantor anything happens to him it's on me it's not possible and at that moment your sadik saw of course these are different Brothers than what I have 22 years ago back then they sold they didn't care about nothing today he put his eternity on the line not just his life in this world but his life in the next World on the line for his brother of course everything has changed and from there the sages tell us is all of am Isel are guarantors for each other meaning when you go up to shim they're not only going to ask you did you keep Shabbat did you keep kosher did you learn Tora did you give they're not just going to ask you your questions they're going to ask you did your brother do it did your neighbor do it did your coworker do it did your children do it did your students do it did your customers do it what do you mean they're all living their own lives why do I what what why do I have to ask answer for them because you're their guarantor guarantor what do you mean I didn't sign anything of course you did Mount all of is signed in the Tora that they're all guarantors for each other meaning you cannot go up to Sham to the bet of sh and say no no I just took care of myself I took care of my wife I took care of my kids NOAB it doesn't work that way anyone that's within your circle anyone that's alive in your generation if you have some way to impact him whether it's through your money or it's through your time and effort you're the guarantor now the average person is not able to speak and influence and convince other people to keep to they don't have the time they don't have the skill set but they have the resources therefore says I gave you the tools in order for you to stand by your guarantee meaning not only is you doing Chu obligation but you doing kir and supporting to also an obligation you have to do it why you're the guarant for a rabbi that goes up to sh leaving a the rabbi is going again on with the Kaya why he's the guarantor why are your students driving on Shabbat why are all your community members stealing in their business you're the guarantor a parent that goes up to Sham leaving their kids stealing cheating into marriage for sure the parent is going to gain home even if he kept Shabbat and everything else well you're the guarantor you're the guarantor you are the guarantor you're more than just responsible for them and that's why the great the great sikim we all just like RoR Miller and their effort endless effort to publicize to and to help people do Chu despite the endless failures and disappointments where people literally suck the blood out of you to the point where it's surprising you still have any left in your veins whatever they can take they take just to spit you in the face but you continue to help them or other people what why because you're the guarantor yeah but people disappointed me you're the guarantor still yeah but people stole from me you stole the garor yeah but this uh this these people are bad okay we're not saying you have to help the guy that's trying to I don't know send you to jail or kill you but there's plenty of other people that are not yeah maybe going to do the same well until they do the same if they do the same you're still the guarantor on them you have to go help them how in every way possible every way that's within your means to get them closer to hem that's you have to do it I have to I have to and therefore there is no such thing as failure inm because you are the guarantor for every Jew your responsibility is your effort the outcome that's only in hashem's hands and sometimes Hashem wants a person to give a lecture to give a video to influence someone to spark them to get them started to get them interested but not yet they're not there yet they need more yeah but I spent everything I can to teach this guy yes and it didn't work of course it worked no but he didn't do chuva yet he's still an arrogant person he's still a thief he's still a this still that yes but you still did what you were supposed to do you still did what you were supposed to do as the guarantor you did what you were supposed to do everything that was within your power you did one time and two times and five whatever you could do you did you fulfilled your that's a success but isn't a success if you get the guy to actually do Chua get them married get them to have uh kids all those other things not necessarily why because that's not the will of hem for you to do it could be the will of hem for somebody else to do it but not you for you that's the will of hem for you to give them a right to go to synagogue give them uh one of these uh cards give them a lecture give them some money whatever it is the will of hem is whatever is within your means and you have to play that role when you're serving AEM with a different mindset than you have in the world of business don't look for Visible results look at your internal results what's the internal results how much effort is coming out of your heart how much are you pushing yourself to do more because ultimately every single thing that we do the outcome of it is what Hashem will into the world as part of the incomprehensible T that he has where each thing has to be done in order to fix a specific moment in history now even though you may not agree in your limited human mind that fixing a moment is worth your time the reality nobody asked you what Hashem wanted you to do is to fix a specific Moment In Time say a specific word or a speech or read a certain page in time and not necessarily be something that you can't be or do something that you can't do that's not within your reach he's commanding us to do everything that's within our reach everything that's within our resources and to push ourselves more and more as far as our effort and for those that need a little bit of of some type of a illustration of what fixing a moment is there's simple way from a story a kid story that we could learn musar from where there was once a lion and a lion was suffering and all of the other animals see their King suffering saying why is your highness suffering he says I have a little bone stuck in my throat oh your highness what going to help you so immediately the elephant came and put his trunk down the lion's throat tried to suck the bone out but he almost sucked his lungs out but he didn't suck the bone out he didn't succeed the giraffe said you know what let me stick my long neck in there my head and my neck maybe I can get it didn't work and every animal came and put whatever effort they could it didn't work and it was a tiny little bird was so small it looked like a bug and the bird came your highness I can help you everybody started laughing you you're so little what you can do hey you going to help the king you're going to help you're going to help the king you a little you you can barely look at you how small you are I could help I could do it okay you know what give us a laugh we've been struggling all day with this go ahead give us a laugh we we're in for a show and the little bird flew into the lion's mouth and surely thereafter succeeded in getting the bone out to everyone's surprise how come the little bird succeeded it so little because that's the will of hasem that was what was necessary how come those few hundred or that particular lecture or that flyer or that CD or that video how come that worked after everything else was exhausted because that was what was needed but guess what so was everything else so was everything else was every part of the journey was necessary in order to get you to that point so when he tried to help you by taking you to sh and he tried to invite you for Shabbat and he tried to give you some help and he this and all of that was necessary and when you exerted your full effort on that day at at that moment with whatever you could whether it be a lecture or it be a donation or it be a flyer or it be a CD or a USB or it be a video whatever it was when you put in that effort and it was your full effort at that moment and it worked that's because that was what was needed for that person to have their spiritual lights turned on to see the right direction to see the direction back to and all of the suffering and Agony and disappointment that you had to endure to get to that point it was all part of the success in fact it was all success itself because it was all necessary this is the ultimate understanding that every person has to have in their servitude of Hashem because the more you want to get closer to Hashem the more you want to develop youra to be even greater to be closer to like theim in your level the more you want to learn to the more you want to improve your character traits the more you want to get rid rid of all of the GAA the arrogance and the stinginess and the anger and all the things that are literally ruining your life the more you want to improve yourself the more you're going to have to endure these tests and these difficulties because they are all necessary moments in time that need to be fixed they're all successes and the ultimate outcome doesn't just come out of nothing the ultimate outcome is a builtup of everything else that happened until then and therefore don't just be happy when you get to the success when you get to the success that's determined by people that you actually have results and you got somebody to do chuva celebrate each time you exert all of your effort and resources to actually do this the will of hem whether it be full force and your learning tah full force in your giving and you truly gave as much as you can full force in your queue of efforts and you really did whatever you could to give to as many people as you could to influence as many people as you could to organize as much as you possibly could when you do everything you could you have every right in the world to dance for an hour 2 hours for 5 hours like it's a wedding why you just did everything you could to serve AEM that's a success that's a success there is no such thing as failure when you're serving Hashem everything else though you better win [Music] not [Music] n [Music] with that being said you now will ask some questions and will give us the answers yes the website to order these cards or the uh AAR posters or the USBs is kir store.org K iir UV s o r.org the shipping cost is free if you're located in the US if you're located elsewhere you'll have to pay for shipping uh which the system is not going to calculate your shipping if you ordered something then uh that and you're living out of the country uh we'll contact you to tell you that it's going to cost shipping and if you're willing to pick it up if you're willing to pay for it then by all means we'll ship it to you uh many times people are uh surprised that uh the shipping uh to different countries is so expensive we don't make the shipping cost this is just simply what it cost but uh it's certainly worth it the rambam says that rejecting one of the makes you a heretic many rejected this view the AL the is this true there were different that didn't reject what he said they had a like rsf Alo had a uh uh he didn't reject what the rambam said but rather he uh made a more concise list of of less than 13 principles of faith in so many words you can pretty much find all 13 principles of faith and just a handful of uh of things uh so it's not that they rejected the rambam and said no no he's wrong uh so that's not that we're talking about when when the rambam or others say that someone that rejects the 13 principles of faith is a heretic uh that means that they are saying it's not true meaning that they don't believe that the Messiah is coming even though that's one of the 13 principles of Faith or they don't believe that God is one even though it's one of the 13 principles of Faith so if somebody doesn't believe that then they're a heretic according to all opinions but the other that uh said that the list is different it's more concise they're not rejecting the rambam they're just simply making a list that's more concise but if you told one of them that listen there's this guy who uh does not believe uh that uh mosu is the ultimate prophets of all prophets and what are they going to tell you they're going to tell you that person is a heretic and in fact the and so does the and so does the r Allin all pasin uh even though we don't P from the that's where the rambam got it that's where the got it is that if uh anyone does not believe even a single letter in the written Tor or a uh in oral tah they don't believe any one of the statements that the sages said or any the that the sages said in the that already makes them a heretic so it doesn't it's not just the 13 principles of faith if you simply do not believe any part of our written oral Torah you're a person's a heretic uh so that's the uh that's the clarification of that do you believe in the same God as the Muslims well I believe in the only God and if a Muslim believes in my God then they believe in the same God that I believe in uh theoretically speaking it's supposed to be the same God there are some that say that the uh there are Muslims that are pagans uh but most like for example like the r says that the that the Muslims are not pagans they believe in the same God that we do uh but uh their problem is that they change the law meaning they believe in the same God but they're rebelling against that God's word where God said that uh the Jewish people are the chosen people and uh they are uh the you know the recipients of the Torah and uh unfortunately the Quran says otherwise uh in fact the Quran even Advocates to kill Jews so uh it's not it's not exactly um the same you know they could say they believe in the same God but uh when you say you believe in the same God but then have different instructions that certainly is a a very serious problem to say the least where do they say that to kill the Jews there's a prophecies or theoretical prophecies that they have in there where they say that at the end of times even the Rock and the uh tree is going to help the Muslim it's going to tell hey Muslim Muslim the yehud is hiding behind me come and kill him uh this is a very very welln uh in the Muslim world uh there's it's not a coincidence that um the terrorist that happened today or pretty much every other day that happens that the terrorism happens where somebody just massacres a bunch of people explodes stuff it's it's somebody that's considered in the Islamic faith this is not being racist this is simply reality uh because their their their belief system uh and what they're being taught uh and and what's preached in by in many of these uh uh uh mosques and in these different places is is is to kill the uh the kufer the the the Heretics they consider the Jews and the Christians and anyone that's not a Muslim to be a heretic uh so uh but again we consider the uh everyone that's not a uh that doesn't believe in the also a heretic but we don't give ourselves the right to kill anybody there's a very very big difference uh a very big difference uh so uh you know you see the terrorists that killed 10 people today or yesterday uh in somewhere in America I think it was New Orleans and there is Terrorism that happens on a regular bases uh all over the world the one common denominator uh in in all of this is the uh is the faith that they they are following uh that is influencing them in one where another to do what they did this is not a a uh racist this is just simply look at the facts Robert when going through the conversion process is it possible that the will have you complete the entire bed curriculum before introducing the bed or should they introduce them before uh no the uh the um completing the curriculum always happens before you ever meet the bedine the bedine is not like the Department of Motor Vehicles or some type of government office uh the bedine is there simply to confirm that you are ready so they're not they're not part part of your conversion process they are the end of your conversion process the conversion process is what you do before you meet the bed uh the studying the life changes the all the guidance you get from your sponsoring Rabbi uh of what you need to do what you need to learn which generally speaking unless you're taking some type of course uh all of that studying is self-study uh and you have to have obviously a rabbi that's guiding you of what to study and you know to someone to ask questions and then that's some point that Rabbi will take you to the bedin uh either to do the conversion on that uh day or to uh go through the bed's process uh and every bedin has a different process sometimes the bedin has a process where they meet with you a couple of times where the first time they meet with you they test you a little bit talk to you get to know you a little bit and determine where you stand they give the rabbi uh some feedback of what they think you need to work on uh and also just some sometimes even if you all the information you're doing pretty much uh most of what you need to do uh they just want to see that you're still doing the same thing you know at uh 6 months later or or a few months later uh so sometimes they'll meet with you once or twice or three times before they actually convert you and sometimes they convert you the first time they meet you uh it all depends on the bed and the type of uh system they have as well as the type of relationship they have with the sponsoring Rabbi but in general the bedan is not there for for the conversion process deedin is simply the end result the conversion process is what you go through with the sponsoring Rabbi that's guiding you uh through the whole thing what what the r said that you should take away from kanuka for men and for women also uh one of the great things that a person can take away from Kana is the fact that has made Miracles and continues to make miracles for us every single day and uh I would say that every single person uh has the ability to see the Miracles or to be blind to them depending on whether you're looking right or not if you're looking at everything in your life uh properly you're able to see hashem's Miracles everywhere uh but if you're not looking at uh life properly then you'll be blind forever and and simply not see Miracles even if they're happening right in front of you so it's very important for a person to see the Miracles that are happening in their life see the uh not just uh this is good but literally everything is a miracle the fact that you're able to eat you know whatever it is that you eat and all uh uh processes through your body and anything that's wasteful leaves it in a uh typically in a uh painless way that in itself is a miracle uh the fact that uh your your blood uh only clots when it's uh trying to protect you uh from uh from uh from it continue to exit your body cuz there's an open wound and that's the only time that the that the uh uh the blood will uh will clot it's in order to protect you without anyone telling it anything other than Hashem that's a miracle the creation itself is a miracle your body is a miracle your the way the fact that you have shopping centers everywhere and it's literally amazing that they all have enough business to stay in business anyone that's familiar with the difficulties of running running a business knows exactly what I'm saying you go to you know these different shopping centers uh and you know some in America there's many of them uh and uh you see that there's a huge shopping center there's a bunch of stores everyone sells different things uh sometimes uh you know the parking lot has a lot of people but most of the time the parking lot is almost empty but yet everyone is making money somewhere or somehow has enough money to pay rent has enough money need to continue being in business uh the fact that there's enough money that's coming in to every business that people are able to eat feed their families and so on that's a miracle the fact that people are able to do this and again this is not has nothing to do with technology or uh or with the internet because obviously Hashem was feeding all of his Creations well before the developments of Technology uh he feeds the you know the the the bugs he feeds the fish he feeds the animals the both the ones that walk on two and the ones that walk on for he feeds everyone uh all of that is miraculous so you know a person that looks at their own life will see that there's literally endless amount of Miracles that happen with you every day and if you don't see those Miracles then I would say use this opportunity of kanuka to start paying attention to the Miracles that are happening in your life and not just read about miracles that happened you know many years ago to different people look at your Miracles because the more you see the Miracles that Hashem is showing you the more you'll actually understand the Miracles that you don't see that he's doing for you also whether it's protecting you from someone that's trying to hurt you without ever you really even realizing that someone's trying to hurt you or it's a uh giving you all types of things that uh are you don't even realize that you're being giv them there's endless amount of Miracles that hem is giving you and if a person pays attention they'll have a much much uh deeper connection with Hashem much bigger love for Hashem much uh more fear of Hashem uh and ultimately become a better servant of bem on my journey I'm learning how to DAV but sometimes I don't finish but I'm building endurance and picking up speed is it considered harmful if I stop before finishing takes two hours well daving is supposed to uh you know be done in a uh single session uh but there's no limit to how much time it could take you uh what I would say is that uh you you have to understand first of all there's a certain window of time that you have to uh dve in and second of all during the time that you're doing you uh you have to um have focus on AEM so if somebody stops for you know let's say if they stop for 5 minutes 10 minutes that's one thing but if they stop for two hours then their mind is completely off and usually the window of opportunity to Davin uh has ended so uh if you're going to take a break because it's difficult for you uh then make sure that it is after you have completed amida after you've completed amida um uh the because those two the in the morning bless in the morning uh uh prayer those are the foundation those are the main parts of prayer everything before and everything after is uh is important but it's not anywhere near as important as is part and and so from beginning of is until the end of amida which is the uh the prayer where you're praying silently standing uh uh that don't skip don't stop in between those just do those consecutively uh now as far as if you're praying uh with a uh in a synagogue then uh you know typically what ends up happening is that uh especially for people that just starting out uh the uh the Kaa finishes before you the Kaa finishes before you now it's great if you could make up anything that they read before you but uh you don't necessarily need to stay in the synagogue for an extra two hours to finish because one of the things that is a benefit of praying in the synagogue is that a like you're when you hear the uh the uh the caner the khazan uh uh pray and he's reading out loud that's as if you're praying so it's you don't have if let's say for example uh he said certain parts and you haven't gone there yet you can skip to where they are in order to make sure that you are safe saying the is at the same time they are so the main part of prayer is the sh is part uh and obviously the couple of paragraphs that come after it and the amid so from from when you say all the way till the amid that's the core of the prayer in Shak uh so that part don't skip around that you know do the whole thing as far as everything in before it if uh you need toh skip in order to catch up with the with the Kazan then do it uh just to keep up with them uh and you're benefiting anyway because the Kazan is reading it and you're in essence it counts as if you're doing it over time you'll get faster uh because the the prayer will become more fluid the prayer will become more fluid uh and uh you'll get you'll get the hang of it but uh you know let's say uh it's important to uh to pray every day and do your best uh but if you're not able to uh uh let's say you got tired I don't know or simply something came up or whatever and you have to stop just make sure you're not stopping before you complete theid after if something happens you have to go somewhere you have to uh um rest if you don't feel well or something like that then you can stop the prayer there uh and then uh you know and if it's going to be such a long break of two hours there's no point of going back to uh to finishing it uh you can just uh wait until the next prayer which is the Min uh which is the afternoon prayer uh that is much shorter uh it also does not have the part so the main part of the prayer is again uh and you can do that one uh and then uh also the uh evening prayer Mar uh it's the shortest of all three prayers and the uh that main part is the and and the amid is the vast majority of the prayer there's only a couple of paragraphs before and a couple of paragraphs after uh but again if you're uh praying in a synagogue it's going to make it uh much easier for you to you know uh complete the prayers uh even if you don't read every single word but make sure you read the words of the of the and the uh and theid the rest of them you can kind of uh try to keep up with the rest of the Kila rest to the community how does one combat the when attempts to stop a person from performing a Mitzvah or completing the SE complet SE for example uh push push yourself a little extra where even if let's say for example if it's a SE if it's learning for example and yet is trying to make you busy or you don't feel well then try to at least read one line one sentence two sentences even though you really want to read the whole thing you want to read 50 pages or 500 pages right now but you only have enough energy for one line read that one line don't have the mentality of All or Nothing read whatever you could and then you know put a little uh sign for you that you read that particular sentence so the next time you continue from that point so keep pushing yourself perhaps once the yet sees that you still pushed that one part uh you know it's say you'll have enough merits well you'll get the strength to even do two parts or three sentences or four sentences or even more point is push yourself extra push yourself extra don't don't give up just because because there's resistance anything that's uh valuable will have resistance one of the greatest cist today he wrote many chot doesn't he have authority to argue against Rabbi uh fredman ask I don't really understand the question like what's does he have an authority okay if he wants to speak against Rabbi Freeman by all means enjoy um what's what's the uh what's the uh what's the question anyone that wants to go a uh go against uh Manis Freedman is doing a Mitzvah there's no uh there no uh there no no Monopoly on going against uh Heretics does rakov have the authority to argue against R Aron Feldman do they have the authority they could sure you could authority to to argue based on on uh based onic sources based on certain things there certain things that you could argue certain things that there's no argument as far as Manis Freedman being a heretic if you're asking whether one can say he's a heretic and another one can say he's not a heretic it's not for them to say R Feldman did not uh you know pasin that uh uh you know that Manis freed is a heretic based on some new findings or interpretation of the law uh uh and neither did we neither did anybody it's simply reading the basics of the law of what does the law actually say what does the Torah actually say when somebody says that God has parts and the Torah says that he doesn't have doesn't have Parts he doesn't have a body then that makes that person a heretic when someone says that God needs you and the Torah says clearly that a God doesn't need anything there's no interpretation here this is simply opposite of what is so when it's not RAF Feldman did not determine the law based on any type of interpretation uh and no one needs to interpret it uh it's simply what the law is the law is that the person is violating these uh principles of Faith doesn't believe in reward and Punishment he's determined a heretic that's it it's the end there's no uh has nothing to do with any one particular rabbi why is it wrong to say you can watch my lectures about uh about this topic and uh you could watch over there there's no point of me repeating all the same things I've already said 50 times if you don't understand why it's bad to say that God has an arm or that God needs you then um you don't know enough to uh to understand a simple answer so you'll have to get a whole Shure to explain the answer and for that you'll have to watch one of the lectures I already did why do you grow your sides out you mean the peot uh this is a um custom of Jews it's not an obligation the obligation is not to save this part of your uh of your hair the obligation of the tah is not to shave this part less than a number two uh buzzer but when we show AEM that we love his MIT much that not only we're not going to shave them but we're actually going to grow them extra long shows that we love God's MIT we love uh his decrees uh that's that's the uh one thing second thing is is that it's a uh it's the custom of the Jews over already for thousands of years uh in fact M from the story of pulim just happened thousands of years ago uh the in the m is the first book in the tanak that the word Jew is mentioned and the word Jewish said about M uh and the M says here is you know people they they saw m so the benishai one of our sages says why did they say that they saw m i mean why couldn't they just say is Modi is a Jew because they were able to see that modai was a Jew from far how could they do that because in those days generally speaking the uh the clothing of uh you know of of of a lot of people was relatively similar wasn't uh as distinguished uh as uh as the movies make it seem to be but uh rather a Jew looked like a Jew because of his hair and M had very long PE very long and thick PE that's what the Benish says now again these peot these uh uh you know the long uh strands of hair that some Jews have on the side is not a Torah obligation uh but it's a widely held custom by many many many Jews uh but not all Jews not all Jews even the religious ones uh it's just the obligation is not to shave the sides not to shave from pretty much the back of the ear all the way to here not to shave that you can shave the top of your head the back of your head but not the specific part and that's specific verses in theah it says not a shave I grew up practicing Judaism but my mother isn't is it easier to convert since I B basically practice everything Shabbat I mean if you uh grew up as a non-jew practicing Judaism uh then certainly it's going to be easier for you to convert uh but uh as far as the uh life changes are concerned but um it doesn't necessarily make it easy there's still certain things that you'll need to do the sster and things you'll need to learn not just now but even after you convert but yeah sure can you say and during uh safic Jews say do during uh the uh also but many ashim do not uh so it depends on your custom uh but it's a certainly permitted just not during uh during the kanuka you're not allowed which it ends today anyway uh but uh during the week uh yeah there's no problem saying it you also say it in uh are the chosen people Muslims because they're from prophetic lineage um I don't know if this is like a joke you're asking or you're you're asking seriously but no the Torah that was given to us by God that's the words of God that is God's instructions to the world to the Jewish people clearly says that the Jewish people are the chosen people and not anyone else uh nowhere in the Torah does it say uh anything about the Muslims being chosen uh the uh their forefather Ishmael uh it says about him that uh says that his hand is in everything and he's in on everything meaning that he was uh the uh territorial Thief uh and not not necessarily uh any any compliments or anything remotely close to being uh chosen uh for good I 18 years old I really want to convert my parents don't want me to move out until I get a degree and stable job should I just move out well that depends on whether you're able to support yourself or not how would we know that who is the real Messiah for the Jews and not be misled by a false one once the Messiah comes uh Hashem says that the uh it's going to be a bigger event than uh even the uh Exodus a bigger event than anything we've ever seen now when uh the Jewish people were taking out of Egypt the whole world found out about it no one disagreed with it no one said that the Jews weren't at Mount Sai everyone knew that we went to mount sa everyone knew that we got the Torah there was no Heretics in that aspect at all uh there were enemies but there were no Heretics even the non-jews knew that uh God spoke to us that God split the oce ocean for us the Miracles that Hashem made for us in the open whether it's the plagues of Egypt splitting the ocean into 12 uh the mount sa everything that happened there this was not just uh you know seen and known by the Jews this was known by everyone in the world uh and the uh God says to the Prophet Jeremiah that uh when the Salvation comes meaning the Messiah comes that it's going to be so big it's going to be so miraculous so extraordinary that uh God is not going to be known as the god that took the Jewish people out of Egypt but rather the god took the Jewish people out of the North the land of the north uh it seems like it's referring to North America because that's where the majority of the Jews are in the world aside from Israel uh meaning that the there's the Miracles of the Salvation of the arrival of the Messiah are going to be so big that there's going to be no mistake about it even the enemies of mashiach are going to know he's mssiah uh so the that's the reason also why when people say that uh you know Jesus was the Messiah or some Rabbi was the the Messiah or even if the rabbi was a righteous person you know from the rash Jesus uh the point is it's all ridiculous it's all ridiculous to say that anybody was the Messiah until now uh because the Torah itself promises that there's going to be Miracles Beyond Mount sa Miracles Beyond The Exodus Miracles beyond anything the world has ever seen before and obviously we haven't seen any of those we haven't seen have you seen the words of God on on the you know in the sky uh and hearing the the voice no well that's what happened at Mount saai at Mount saai every time God spoke there were words in the uh you know in the sky and you heard the the voice of everyone heard the the voice of God in in in a certain unique way individually to each and every single person I mean it's the Miracles are uh Beyond Comprehension and what's going to happen when the Salvation happens is even bigger than that so to say the Messiah arrived uh it's it's it just shows ignorance uh and that's why uh you know we we it's very easy for a uh a knowledgeable Jew to reject any false Messiah that ever came before or that will come uh in in the future uh and it's also going to be very easy uh for everyone to accept the real one because it's there's not going to be any debate there's not going to be any debate that the Messiah arrived once he arrives everyone's going to know including the enemies what knowledge do I have about the pasun uh well the pasun I believe they live in in uh Afghanistan some scholars believe that they may be uh some remnants of uh Jewish people because they have similar uh uh uh Customs or laws over there as far as the slaughtering as far as uh uh I believe also uh uh circumcision if I'm not mistaken there's certain things over there that are very uh uh very similar not obviously not all the laws uh because they don't have the oral tah but some believe that they are maybe one of the uh at least remnants of one of the tribes uh there was actually uh a few programs uh that I've watched about it in I maybe 15 years ago uh they were very interesting uh but um that remains to be seen that remains to be seen as far as who they are what they are that's actually going to be also one of the jobs of the Messiah of the Messiah it's also to unveil all 12 tribes you know right now in the world we only have you know three maybe four tribes out of the 12 uh so there's still many more that uh uh we don't know who they are and hashm is going to to show it to us once the mashiah comes to deny Muhammad is uh is not denying the truth deny Muhammad is to deny foolishness anyone that actually uh knows what the truth looks like uh and which means that they know what the Torah says it's very easy for them to deny uh Islam or Christianity because uh when you look at what the truth of the Torah says and you compare it to what's written in the Quran or you compare it to what's written in Christianity in the New Testament uh it's very very simple to tell the truth versus the falsehood and I've spoken about this uh a few times uh you know there's simply uh no end to the proofs of why there is falsehood in the Quran and in fact why some of my students that were born Muslims and born Christians uh converted to to to Judaism after watching our lectures after actually looking at things themselves uh no influence by me I never influenced a single person to to do anything uh as far as conversion is concerned people simply learn from the lectures then they check what I say in the books and they check even further and they see that it's uh it's as obvious as they it's as obvious as they that Christianity in the New Testament is false and that Islam is false and that pretty much everything is false except the Torah and Judaism explain the science of the Quran then you have to understand that the Quran came uh only 1 1400 years ago okay that means it's nearly 2,000 years after the Torah came to the world uh the written and the oral Torah so anything that's true in the Quran they simply stole from the Jews they stole from the Torah it's not something that they created everything they stole from the Jews and in fact if you look at the real history of the Quran not through your Quran but through actual history you'll see that Muhammad learned what he learned from a Jew from a Jewish scholar and when he tried to take that and invent a new religion and convert the Jews the Jewish Scholars to his new religion and the Jewish Scholars rejected him he killed all of them so everything he had that's has any that has truth in it he took from the Jewish SES he took from the Jews he didn't come up with it himself everything that you see that has any truth in it that's in the in the Quran you will find it in the Torah that is written many many years before the Quran ever came to the world many years whether it's the r t or the oral tah so it's a uh it's foolish to just simply assume that you are right without checking the other side I checked all the side I spent years on this and uh you have only looked at the perspective that your parents or or grandparents have taught you look at the other side look at the other things and you'll see you'll see I have other lectures you could go on my YouTube channel you could type the word Islam or Muslim you'll see there's different uh lectures that I've spoken I've brought sources from the Quran to show uh the the problems there so I learned the details ofab before after conversion you should learn the basics of Shabbat the 39 and the basics of Da of of of keeping Shabbat not the details like a uh the details you learn uh after after after conversion okay let's see what if we don't have the strength or time to do all the prayers it takes me 30 minutes to do shma and Amid and after that I can't do anything else uh well you'll build it up you'll build up the energy over uh over time uh the main parts of like I said of the prayer uh in is the uh the main part of is the the main part of is those are the main parts now of course you need to do more but if you know there is a emergency of some kind or limited uh ability of some kind then the minimum minimum is that uh hello Rabbi is there any truth that YF told his brother bamin that he was YF in order to plot the theft of the Goblet and give his brothers a chance to do chuva for selling him uh is there any truth to it uh not from any book that I've ever read or even heard of if there's any source to what you're saying I'd be very interested to uh to to look into it but it seems like to me that there just an idea that somebody told you because it makes sense in their head and those types of ideas are worthless in toah unless there's a source for for it in a from one of the sages uh then it's simply uh foolishness because it's a uh not trying to insult him but it's a person can't just come up with ideas and say maybe this is true you have to you know in in the world of tah it's not about whether you think it's true not it has to there has to be some type of uh uh evidence to it somebody else had to say it before you you know in wisdom you have to find friends what does it mean find friends other sages that have said what you say because whatever we can think of somebody already said it before Roman and Greek coins allowed to be used for donating uh yeah sure I mean let say if it was the currency that people use sure I actually have some of them I'll show you this is uh some ancient coins I'll show you guys I got so this is the P this is the P this is the P it's obviously very very old and was discovered I believe in a uh ocean but this is the paa okay and uh this is also this is the Pion see it has a head on it here you go on I don't know what you guys see I think so okay this is a eel this is e this is Italian ISO these are all centuries and Millennia May 2,000 years old something like that less ke now these are all coins that are mentioned in the talmud these are all coins that are mentioned in the talmud uh and uh we use them for in order to determine certain laws certain understandings uh this is a countri tiny Kun Co and the other side is better so you can see a face on it co oh I see that the uh camera is only pointing at once I think the ah I'll I'll I'll do it again one second okay so you know what let me let me I see the YouTube camera is positioned differently okay hold on second sorry just realized that now okay this is a think think uh this is a e key this is the E key key it's okay um this is a uh Pon on looks kind of like a quarter but it's not it's worth a lot one in the quarter something like that take pictures of it maybe I'll online uh but that for that I'll have to have time uh this is a this is a and uh oh I think I missed it did I I don't know if I did it right which one is this one uh this is a musm musm it's called moose moose moose moose see this okay and this okay let's see we have two more this is a denal denal if anyone you probably have heard all of these names or at least for sure you've heard for sure you've heard din you know tiny little do know you that this is yeah that's the face yeah you can see it better you know maybe you know and see the for it oh and oh this is a ma ma is the tiny the smallest one tiny tiny tiny little baby so and uh tiny little thing tiny little thing and uh the other side see it see it okay so these are different coins that were used in history that are mentioned in the tud in the uh and it's important to know them uh for the different sizes different values uh for example bought for 400 zo or when a uh when you sign a it's uh the value of the kala uh 100 or 200 depending of uh um whether she was married before or or or she was a virgin um so uh there's different ramifications now uh until recently until you know this was all you know something we learned about theoretical you know you have no idea what the coins uh look like for the most part until I um went to the museum I told you guys about and uh he had uh he had these coins and um I had uh the money to to buy them um and you guys are welcome to go do that as well go I highly recommend going to that museum it's very good and uh very interesting and um certainly worth it okay almost finished let's see if it take me maybe one or two questions and we'll finish it's already over two hours uh there's no reason for you guys to ask if you could ask a question number one because this is the part where you could ask questions and number two by asking if you could ask a question you're asking a question I don't understand why people do that just ask whatever you have ask if I see it I'll uh answer it sh okay my hand is too high with the coins yeah I have four cameras in front of me so if I show one it's distorted to another but B hopefully on the YouTube tomorrow uh you guys will be able to see it if my mother is Jewish does that make me Jewish yes according to you're Jewish but that's assuming that your mother is Jewish not because she just decided she's Jewish but rather because she has a Jewish mother what is my opinion of Islam um well the Quran already made that opinion for me how does the Gentile how does the tud feel about Gentiles righteous Gentiles are considered righteous and therefore they have a share in the world to come Wicked Gentiles do not they're Wicked they're the enemies so anytime that the tud is speaking in a positive tone about Gentiles in the written toah or in the oral tah which oral tah part of it is the tud and if it's talking about it in a positive end that's because they're righteous Gentiles if it's talking about it in a negative connotation that's because they're Wicked Gentiles and uh it's very simple uh if you understood um you know that the type of the type of behavior that uh The Tam is referring to when it's referring to Wicked Gentiles uh you would also agree that they're Wicked you know so it's not it's not not a uh uh it's not all Gentiles are bad because certainly we have even Gentiles that are uh prophets uh like job for example was a was a gentile he wasn't a Jew and he's part of the tanak okay let see can Jews own a dog even though it's not Kosher uh they can own a dog they just can't eat them and they have to know how to uh uh handle the dog as far as when it comes to shabbat holidays there's certain laws when it comes to uh having dogs you can go to my YouTube channel and just uh type the word dog and there's at least a couple of uh short videos that uh speak about it can you give an example of when a gentile is wicked and when he's a good one if a gentile is an idol worshipper is wicked if the Gentile is an adulterer a rapist murderer Thief is wicked when a gentile is uh you know follows God and uh decent person then he's righteous simple it's not uh there's no uh extra measures that uh of of intellect that require to uh to to understand righteous or Wicked if someone uh defies God goes against God they're Wicked uh if someone is observant of what God Said and what what his law is uh then he's righteous simple whether he's whether he's a Jew or a non-jew in fact there's a book I have this book this book is by Elijah the Prophet Elijah the prophet is in the tanak Elijah the prophet says in the tanak in in the in his book that he uh he swears that whether is a person is a Jew or a gentile man or woman young or old everyone can get to a level ofes to having Wes if they follow the laws of God uh meaning that there's no uh a uh um prejudice against non-jews like the anti-semites would make you believe because in order to getes in order to that means you have to be righteous that means you have to be extra righteous you have to be amazing so um and he's saying and you could achieve that as a Jew or as a nuu as a male or as a female young or old so to be righteous is possible for anyone to be Wicked is also possible for everyone so when the anti-semites say that the Jews are hate everyone or uh that tud is hates everyone that's because in reality the anti-semites also hate everyone else too they are in essence blaming us for what they actually feel they hate everyone else the anti-semites are the ones that murdered not only six million Jews but also tens of millions of non-jews including their own Brothers Hitler didn't just kill Jews he also killed his own German people the ones that were deformed the ones that were autistic the ones that were had only all types of disabilities uh the ones that were old he killed his own German people he also killed black people he also killed a uh uh uh Christians Catholic he killed a lot of people he killed he didn't just uh specify only Jews he just killed more Jews than everybody else but the point is is that the anti-semites don't just hate Jews they hate everyone else that's not like them and the like them is subjective it's not you know cuz like them to one person is like them is different than than another one anti-semite is not the same thing as a different anti-semite but in essence the the one common denominator among all anti-semites is that they hate not just all Jews they hate everyone else they hate everyone else Jews on the other hand we have no problem with a uh with Gentiles if the Gentiles are righteous and even if the Gentiles are wicked as long as they don't bother us we don't go and bother them they want to go be Wicked they want to go do uh bad things in their own neighborhoods their own places yeah suit yourself you're going to get punished by God it's not for us to punish them it's not for us to go against them so that's the one thing that the anti-semites uh do not tell you and uh in fact if you actually look into what the Torah says about righteous Gentiles you'll understand why it's worth it to be a righteous Gentile um if you actually uh if you actually want to do something that's good for yourself not just good for the sake of going to heaven and things like that you just good for yourself it's good for you to do it uh I believe the source of the story is but I'm not sure okay if you find it show me what tell me what page it is uh I'll look into it I never heard it again it's possible that uh there's certain say certain things but I think from uh this there's more details to the story there's more details to the story what is your opinion on uh the genocide going on in uh Palestine I don't know if any genocide is going on in Palestine are you going to help the Palestinian people yes we are we're getting rid of all of the leaders we're getting rid of all of the terrorists uh we're destroying every house or building or fake hospital that is really a uh a place for terrorists uh in order to remove all the you know dangerous weapons and bombs and stuff like that so we're really doing a nice cleanup um we're also giving them uh you know a nice direction to go to wherever they want whether it be Egypt or Lebanon or or uh or or anywhere else if they uh live in Israel already then as long as they uh are not going to be like their relatives that are uh uh did October 7th they could live freely and uh get jobs and get paid and eat and be civilized so we're actually we're helping the pal Palestinians a lot more than the Palestinians help the Palestinians so I'm not really sure what you're asking as far as when we're going to help them we're already helping them we're helping them right now we we should actually get national International award for the help that we're we're doing for the for them not really you didn't know that we're doing that you didn't know well okay well I guess I'm glad that glad you asked then we cleaned up the whole place cleaned up the whole place all the filth Gone Gone there's a little bit left you know it's always hard you know some some some spots when you clean and you really want to like you know clean clean good you have to a little bit a little bit more sometimes you have to take the you know sponga something you know you put some extra all the corners got to some of these spots they they won't come off they won't come off so you know we're working working working little by little little by little hopefully we're going to be finished with the job soon but yeah I'm surprised you didn't know about that surprised you know that we're we're helping so much surprised you didn't know is it good to study at the beginning of one's Journey as because I know one should not study cabala in a depth uh in depth until many years of training uh if you're in the beginning of your journey you should study the the basics the beginning is above and beyond the beginning uh are there any Safari Bala Yesa sure sure they're not as many as uhi I I think to my knowledge but they certainly do exist so exist okay okay it's been about two and a half hours that we've been learning together hopefully this was good resourceful spiritually nourishing informative and uh most importantly something that all of you going to take to heart and apply to your lives anyone that wants to support and help us do all the amazing things that the organization is doing you could donate at be.org uh you could uh also donate through YouTube you could donate through Facebook you could uh donate on our app the B app if you still haven't subscribed to the AI Rabbi uh app to ask all your questions uh I could assure you you're missing out is uh simply amazing amazing information on there that uh I can't even believe myself how amazing the app is every single person that's using it says it's the same thing it's amazing making that app it's a uh it's truly unbelievable it's a beautiful thing it's a gift to the Generation Um and people say oh but it's 15 bucks a month what's 15 bucks a month 15 bucks a month people spend $15 on coffee every day so it's a uh it's the problem is that people uh don't think it's worth it because they haven't tried it yet I even had a guy that literally owns buildings buildings he owns buildings I spoke to him about a building he owns buildings and he was complaining about $15 a month that's because he never tried it but people think oh everything should be free free free you don't understand it cost a ton of money cost a ton of money to to do all these things uh so we're trying our best especially when you scale when you get a lot of people that use the same service it cost a ton of money we're losing a fortune uh and all of this technology and the free stuff and the uh the the sh being the uh in different languages now where I'm speaking Chinese Spanish German French Arabic Uh Russian um uh Dutch and uh a couple of other languages I can't remember Korean Chinese we have 12 languages are my my lectures and uh it cost a fortune it cost literally a fortune every month to to keep it up but it's worth it because we're seeing how it's affecting people's lives not only people that are English speakers from around the world but also people that I speak speaking different languages we have our our Spanish channel is well over 20,000 close to 25,000 subscribers on YouTube to Portuguese Channel bash is somewhere between 10 and 15,000 the Russian is over 10,000 uh the the new Arabic channel bash even though it only has so far might be like 500 subscribers but you see every video you know there's comments there's 500 views or more uh it's it's amazing you're actually seeing people writing in Arabic that they're accepting Judaism they're accepting the T after watching a few videos so so I see it cost a fortune we need to pray extra for hm to give us the ability to continue doing it and to give us the right donors the right Partners uh that have Merit and and and the and excitement to do it but you see it's worth it because you're seeing the results literally in front of your eyes you're seeing people in Chinese telling us that they're they're accepting the toat people in Arabic especially in Arabic is amazed me uh in Spanish it's unbelievable unbelievable what's been happening there so all all this stuff cost a lot of money uh and and that's it's something that uh no other organization is doing uh in the same capacity as we are we have the to do it and we have the team and we have and uh people that are smart and that have merits uh become donors become serious donors to our organization because there's just simply nothing that you could compare it to it's it's not from arrogance it's just a reality there's no organization out there that is doing the things that we're doing in this capacity with this budget with this uh this uh uh you know what we have it's just there's nobody else out there uh these even even these posters go to your local Juda store get them to give you not even not the ones that are pictures but just a poster that's if it cost you less than five or $10 I'd be surprised each box has a 100 this is giving out to people not only is this giving out to for people for free it's being shipped for free UPS so just imagine just the UPS Bill alone is thousands of dollars every month thousands of just for UPS just to ship stuff the Box obviously everything cost a lot of money and people don't realize how much it cost it's a miracle that we're still in business it's to miracle miracle every single day that we still that still operating but that's that's uh and that's why it's a the people that do donate to us generously to the best of their ability they literally see open Miracles and you've seen I don't know there's something like 30 40 different videos that we published a couple of months ago uh of different people telling you about the Miracles open Miracles that they're getting in their life it's not a coincidence it's not one story it's not two story so when you donate you're doing yourself a favor when you donate to you donate to other people I don't know depends depends who depends why uh and um I always tell people if you're not seeing amazing blessings after seriously donating to our organization you know at least a for a year like some or something substantial you're not seeing any any uh significant blessings in your life there's something wrong if you only donate once or twice uh maybe you'll get a you know something maybe not but when people people that are serious donors are literally one Miracle after another one Miracle after another it's unbelievable so this is the blessing we have and the Merit we have and will continue to succeed and grow and do a lot bigger things with uh in in a very very every week every day because there is no such thing as failing when what you're doing is serving hem when you're serving hem there's no failure and we will always serve AEM and nothing and no one else and all of you will continue to learn Torah with us contribute and share these lectures with every single person that's in your phones every week because that is your obligation more than anything else like we learned today [Music] B ruven AI speaking here let me be very clear
