Some kids you could speak to them in ways where you're open with them and you're clear with them and they're very good with it. But some kids are very sensitive. So you have to speak to them differently. You have to speak to I know some of my kids when I say certain things to them some say yeah okay no problem. You know whatever it is even if I'm rebuking them about something there it's no problem. others even if I say one thing that uh is like in some direction that they don't want or immediately it's like they become emotional and they'll even cry. So you have to know how there's no there's no uh benefit in just making people cry. So you have to know how to treat each one because each child is different than the other. You have to if if you have students or if you have uh uh friends, people that are new to the Torah, you have to be patient with certain people and understand that mistakes are not sins that are uh that you get death penalty for. In fact, even if somebody mistakenly uh violated Shabbat, all they have to do at time of the bet is bring a sacrifice. Bring a sacrifice. But embarrassing a person in public, it's a it's a the uh divine death penalty. So we have to be cognizant of it, know how it affects the the person specifically based on their personality, based on the environment. But last but not least, with all of the warnings that I just said, this does not mean don't fix anything and let them continue making mistakes for the rest of their life. A parent that does not correct their children is an evil parent. Why? If they're going in the wrong direction and you don't say anything, they're going to continue going in the wrong direction and the damage will keep getting bigger and bigger.
