But is not committed to doing chuva yet. Meaning he comes to the shul because it's something to do. It's interesting. He comes to the back of the house cuz it's something to do. He grew up this way or his friends go there. He's not doing it because he's using the Torah as the instruction set to live his life and to fix his horrible midot. He's just doing it because just because. So the same bear it have sense. This person is still considered a Russia. And all of his actions and all of the Torah that IS LEARNED BY THIS RUSSIA WHO DOES NOT WANT TO DO chuva does not go to his merit. In fact, it gives increasing strength to the clipot.
