What should one do if he does chuva and people keep reminding him of his sins and every argument the same old stuff is brought up against despite the chuva? Well, two things. Number one, you should know that if somebody else sins, that doesn't mean that you know they even realize that they're sinning because you know tell us it's forbidden. It's Rambam writes it that you're not allowed to remind somebody of their if they're used to be secular now they've done chuva or if somebody used to be not Jewish and now they converted you're not allowed to remind them in a way of mocking them if it's praising them it's different but even that you have to be careful with but if somebody else is doing that one thing you should know is that they're making a mistake but you have to ask yourself instead of why are they reminding me uh why are they doing that to me? You should ask yourself why is Hashem bringing this to me? Meaning a person doesn't get hurt unless there's a dem that they are going to they deserve it, they benefit from it. What's the benefit? Why do you deserve? So if somebody is bringing you a certain type of pain, what can you learn from it? Perhaps you haven't done enough. Perhaps you are doing one thing but saying something else. Perhaps this is a test from Hashem to see if you're still going to stay strong and therefore Hashem is going to try to test you to see if how strong you really are. Just like for example, if you want to test different types of gold or different types of metal, you test its heart, you know, how hard it is. That's the difference between you know the 24 karat 14 karat and 18 karat and so on. It's how you know whether it's bendable or not. So in essence Hashem sometimes smacks us in the face not in essence to punish us to hurt us but rather to test to see how far. Why? Because the more a person can endure the more they can handle in the future that are much bigger tests. So instead of focusing so much on what the wrongs that other people are doing to you, you should internalize it and try to see what can I why am I getting this? You know, what is Hashem trying to tell me? Not why, what is Hashem trying to tell me here?
