Facing the issues and not hiding behind them

[Music] facing reality is what we need to do if we don't face reality we'll never fix it I ran a multi-million dollar company and I know that we had problems at times and we had great things at times if I ignored the problems we would have never succeeded if someone has a small pain on his right side and he ignores it and it doesn't go away he should take care of it if he take care of it he turn into something bigger but by the time he decides to deal with it it's so big that it becomes bigger than him it can become a systemic problem so we run out of the room after making our voices heard and wasting everybody's time without actually dealing with the problem and just calling the problem negative yeah of course it's negative if you want another sh about or another sh about some for for
