you know he said who do you think you are you know you got this a line here he says well I own stock in Air Canada and you better take me on right now otherwise I'm gonna get you fired you know like I didn't believe him exactly but then when he said it a second time the guy was thinking you know maybe maybe the guy is that important you know I don't want to be doesn't want to lose his job right so he had a few choice words for him and he said give me a passport of course if you going to Toronto you going to Montreal I gotta have a passport so the guy put takes out his passport and the guy ripped it out of his hand and by mistake rips a page out of the passport well that wealthy guy went bananas he went crazy and he started yelling and cursing at this guy and but you know he let him go on and you know something the guy really did own a lot of stock in Air Canada it was an extremely wealthy guy and he got that guy fired my got him fired he got him fired that's terrible right so of course he went to the Union this fellow and he said you know how could they fire me so the Yiddish a lawyer who was working for the unions the airline union he said well let's go to your records let's see if you are an argumentative person because they keep a record of every worker in the airport the Union does because you know ya always want to know and wouldn't you know it in his record there was a letter from me what happened I remember I remember I was once going to Toronto and we're about to get on the plane and all of a sudden they announced that is the flight is canceled because of mechanical failure well I don't have to tell you 200 people are getting ready to get on the plane or all of a sudden you know there was a mahal everybody's so upset that they're not going to Toronto they gotta go even get another plane I'll go through a different way and this guy was so incredible he started cracking jokes and he diffused a very very tense issue and Excel ladies and gentlemen you guys are so lucky because none of you would guy would like to be blown up in midair right so look how wonderful Air Canada is that they told you before you got blown up that you can't get on the plane you know I mean even here tonight everybody's laughing right I mean who talks like that behind the counter and he was cracking jokes left and right and somehow nobody was angry even though 200 people did not make their flight on time so I was very impressed with this guy so I when I got home I just took a piece of stationery I didn't even type and I just wrote a note I said this guy Jack was just amazing it was a very tense situation he just made everybody laugh and you know he should be commended and that was exhibit a big that he wasn't so argumentative that it was really a nice guy and you know something he got his job back now he didn't get it only because of me because he had a whole file of people that had written letters that's why it's so important to write a letter you think the letters don't mean anything but they do and that was in his file so many many times if I'm on a plane and somebody does something very nice just make a note of it and right besides that it's a key discussion but you never know how you could help another person by writing a note so every unlikely just remember you're a Yid just like where ever since I seen Allah showing she didn't say anything special to this mrs. they get their number so this woman had box number 23 she takes you to her house she opens it up and it's beautiful clothes for her kids and then she notices a dress she didn't realize that they do clothes for adults as well and that night she had to go to Sheva Broca's and she takes out the dress and it looks like it's gonna fit her she can't believe it she's supposed to go Trisha as she puts
