i just want to give you a sense of direction where we're going i just there's one more uh significant discussion here which we're going to be having now followed by the king of tsunami which we said already at the end of dominic and uh and then just a few closing words before the kingdom for the holocaust and alien seal i also want to mention two things one which i mentioned before which is that but it's a funny story people say which is that there was a there was a child in nebraska who swallowed a coin and they were trying to do that they were having a hard time trying to figure out so the he had the ability to attract friends but we have to understand what his goal was what his method was and you'll think that what i'm saying is trying to to make something hard or good whatever it is it's clear it's clear and you have to understand the person who who does something like this so well he does it because he believes in it right you can't you can't get so many people to be enthused about the terror if you're not enthused about it you can't get people to be partners if you don't see them as partners and the fun of jarov when he approached people and when he was trying to do and accomplish this with people his goal was something which he also learned from people think that a person has to be very talented to be very successful when they go and they raise money on behalf of the issue um they have to be very unsuccessful when people have mercy on them and try to help them because the truth is it's from the revenge level this is what you have to do that the privilege for jewish people to support torah should come through me i should be successful in helping them to create a relationship with the entire i should be a good shaykh to do that really his goal clearly was to bring jews closer to the time there are some easy proofs of it he would do things very frequently that were not would not seem to be good for business quote unquote for example in johannesburg in south africa where he would travel he would not speak about running he would speak like so you'd say okay that's also a good strategy don't speak about money and then people will know what it's about significant way but a big big impact he had another difference of opinion when he arrived in south africa he discovered that they didn't there was nobody and he was a coyote and he was very surprised landing he says it's the same thing when i speak i like going and lifting people up and talking to them about big ideas to come back and to remember and say oh i have to ask the money for the yeshiva i hate that point i can't stand it so they want to lift them up the tunnel is the world's most legendary fundraiser also famous and everybody who has to raise funds uh in the rabbinic world hears this very very early in their career that the pun of israel himself used to say that when he knocked down the door of somebody's house he would pray that the person wasn't home you know just it was a hard he gave money for lots of other good things you know for charity but he wouldn't give money for any holy crap and he was a little shady a jew came from lita but he had turned away so heard this he was very very sad he was very upset so he went to visit the person he says i have to heal this person from this crap he called him up he's going to have a meeting with you but he was smart he says i guarantee you i promise you i'm not meeting with you for money i just want to meet with you nothing about money is that okay fine you can come so the pawn of israel comes to him and he says where are now on he's very open to giving probably causes then eventually he accepted a donation for the foundation as well so what's the story it's clever yes he wanted to bring people back he wanted to bring people close and it's you know i tell you the truth is that those those will be the best fundraisers in the world they you know i remember hearing once from someone who gave that when i was in the kylo and preparing to go out into the world so we they had someone came this little program a very great fundraiser came and he said he said he said i don't get it you know like people aren't curious and people aren't fundraising i'm i'm fun i'm here with this is the only mitch from the tires for people to put on tillet if i i'm able to tell someone about the value of torah and i can get them to support torah that's not getting them to do a wonderful mission and it's again for some people it might be their defense mechanism to enable them to do the hard work of fundraising but even then it won't work it's this is the chance to bring people together and there's one thing which is very critical to know about the fundamental and that was he was an incredibly unifying personality at a tremendously fractured time in a very fractured place when my mother should be well asked me who i was speaking about this dish above so i said i was speaking about the plan of a giraffe and she said
