other one's peanut butter sandwich and he's looking all this corn he doesn't have anything to barter he doesn't have anything to exchange and no one understands what's happening to this little boy that his heart is breaking and a lot of times not even his hater teacher understands him he's scolds him how come you're not concentrating how can you not listen to the sure he can't concentrate rebbe because he didn't have anything to eat and when it doesn't have anything to eat the brain can't function and nobody pays attention to this little boy except for one person and i get goosebumps when i tell about this one person this one person is the volunteer for chickens for shabbos who hunts out families like that who wants that little children like that and make sure that that little boy's mother has something to cook and especially something for cooking shabbos not only does he bring her kick chickens for shabbos uh but he brings her to the money that comes from the wonderful contributions not only does he bring it's tug of money not only they're buried triggers for shabbos but he sees that little boy needs help in learning because of his lack of nutrition and his whole personal story he's got no father the other boys and also it's a buddy and they come to learn with their father he's got nobody to teach him so they arrange a tutor for these boys and i'm talking about one boy i'm not talking about two boys i'm talking about 1200 kids like this and you're talking about over 5 000 kids that chickens for shabbos feeds and hearts you swirl alone i don't even know what they do in america but it's narrative's role because they're partners with the adele ezra everybody knows about yada yada okay so chickens for shabbos and they work on no overhead they'd have no administration and no fancy offices and it all goes the money you don't that goes directly to hungary torah families to lagunas to single family um to orphans uh to ribba's rabbit hyderabad's that now the second round of fighting the coronavirus even first in the first realm i know here in israel there's tragic tragic over 2 000 deaths an unproportionate amount of deaths in the torah observant community people cannot understand why that is i'm explain that also it's connected to the power of speech this lesson today could save your life and income i'm not joking this is so so very important and so significant and hashem it's something we all have to learn if we want to stop this coral virus and coronavirus and get close to hashem okay so we hope today the purpose of today's lesson is not just to tell nice stories and and talk to you but to strengthen ourselves in myths of observance and particularly in the powers of speech because a power of speech all our yiddish all our judaism our answer that right now okay imagine so you can understand that imagine that a guy is really in love with a girl and he wants to propose to her so what does he do he goes out and he doesn't want to that and she's disgusted she says give me that beer bottle she takes a bear bottle and she breaks on the guy's head get out of here i don't marry a cheapskate like you can't buy big dandelions give me a couple of roses but in a beer bottle an old beer bottle get out of here anybody could understand that uh a girl unless she was really hard up she's not going to marry a guy like that a cheapskate like that who wants that doing a beer bottle but i don't think you understand the point yet some give it to you even more imagine now another couple okay so another couple he also wants to ask the girl to get married so what does he do he takes her to this fancy i remember the last time i was in in burra park they took me to this fancy steak restaurant the glad kosher straight restaurant really exclusive and this and that it was it happened to be in burr park on my birthday says okay replacing we're gonna give it a birthday here good very very fancy thing okay and you can see that there we were there we had an entourage of uh about 10 guys who are celebrating the fact it was an american and my birthday but most of the people there you could see that they were young couples and this was like the last shido where he's about to propose to her okay so imagine you go to a restaurant like this a fancy fancy restaurant like this and they look at the menu and the most expensive thing on the menu is glock kosher chateaubriand what's chateaubriand that's the very bottom ribs before you get to the unkosher ribs of the beef the ribs are too low they've got to be traded with ashkenazim don't eat them okay so he gets the chateaubriand the most fancy ribs and french wine sauce glove kosher french wine sauce bar and the rothschild french wine and it costs maybe 150 dollars for a plate of this and two plates or 300 so they order the chateaubriand okay so first uh waiter comes and he says ladies first and he brings her in a nicer chateaubrian he brings a nice crystal plate and uh she says no give it to him first let's let debbie it's first she's the young lady she wants to give the give the cover to her future hussain okay so she did say now the waiter comes out and he brings her dish but he doesn't bring in a dish she doesn't bring a crystal plate he brings her chateau brionne in a potty you know what a potty is a little babies training toilet and it's got the chateaubriand and a wine sauce and a potty and he puts it in front of her and she's disgusted what's this and her boyfriend is so angry wants to come and punch the waiter he says what's this he said well i'm sorry sir you see that restaurant's full and we ran out of crystal plates but uh you know i i bought this today from my childhood it hadn't been used yet okay so since there were no more plates i figured it surf it in here it's a nice clean it's brand new clean it's cleaned out plastic and the hussaan says what are you crazy are you crazy you've got a meal and to eat it and something like that that's disgusting okay if anybody knows even well but the waiters argue with them the way it says oh it's sterile and it's brand new and it came right out of the store and i even washed it out before i served it here and i disinfected i still are you crazy chateaubriand now you know what this is so even this is chateau bryant this is not dandelions in a broken beer bottle this is chateaubriand okay this is as if you gave her a bouquet of roses in a broken beer bottle but this is chateaubriand fancy rib steak there's fancy ribs in a little baby's potty little baby body rather than a plate now just imagine hold it this is a good scenario imagine that he would serve her in an adult toilet bowl but even adult toilet was clean excuse me for being graphic but you have to understand why our happens in shamayim what happens upstairs they say well who is speaking bad about the other person and then the speaker he gets called on the carpet because he gets his file checked we don't want our file checked individually because what happens is we all on rosh hashanah yom kippur we could judge together and this is what the mission in rosh hashanah tells us we get judged together kazan a nice walk and i have this app this app one of the walking exercise apps and you put in your goal how many miles you want to talk do what you want to walk in and how many uh how fast you want to go and this and that so i put in a pretty like a a difficult goal and it was an ambitious goal that i want to accomplish and toward the end of the walk after 90 percent of the walk was over uh i was starting to get really tired this was maybe a little bit too much just a little bit too much walking for myself okay comes on the automatic voice the monitor that tells you okay this has been in israel kilometers now it's like you've been half a kilometer kilometer another kilometer a half so the voice comes on the voice says another kilometer meet your goal another kilometer means you go okay kilometers to pace i was walking 10 minutes okay sorry walking around another 10 minutes come on you could do it you could do it here's some silly electronic voice that was pre-recorded that doesn't know anything it's not not a person talking and i got strength to listen to this voice and then when there was half that was done oh there was only half a kilometer left 500 meters left and said come on way to go way to go you're doing it you're doing it you're beating it and it comes right there and whoa it's all kinds of it's really encouraging do you know what happens when a human being encourages someone else when you encourage your wife you say what a fantastic meal was when you encourage your wife to say thank you for the clean iron when you give compliments to people you encourage your son well some parents and son comes home he got a 91 on this homicide why did you get a hundred and he right away looks at the nine points he made wrong and the little boy's upset wow speech with a positive speech you can give a person life with negative speech you could really kill a person take a person is willed to live right away but a person gets insulted he loses his will to speech is unbelievable just as you could kill a person with speech you can add life to person with speech yesterday i spoke to a person and the person had some type of addiction and he said to me rabbi i'm an addict i said no you're not don't forget about that you know you're not he says i know they're dramatic i messed up i said no you're not i said you worked for for for a month and a half you were clean for 45 days you were clearing fat no but i messed up and i i said no but you're not an addict now that okay so now 45 to one the eights are hard i got the best of you we have to know
