The Jewish Law of Attraction

A person who has real inner happiness attracts people in their lives, connects to people better. A person who is just being frivolous repels people. That's not the kind of person that people want to actually be with. Real sima, real joy breeds connection and creates space for community. Frivulty breeds ego. It makes less space for people to connect. I see this in marriages all the time. The people that have great marriages are internally happy people. The people that have more rocky marriages will catch their marriages being less rocky at the times that they are more genuinely happy because happiness breeds connection.
