It's time we see people differently

This paradigm shift will be meaningful in any relationship. Am I looking at what people are doing and how what they do impacts me or am I going to appreciate people for who they are irrespective of me. And when I can appreciate who people are, the value they have, not the value they provide to me, which is more transactional, but the value they have inherently, the value they have independently, and I could independently appreciate that, not from the perspective of how that impacts me. Every single person has value. And that value isn't for me to assess. It's for me to just notice. And when I do, I can appreciate that person. And when I appreciate that person, the mistakes they've made become a little bit less relevant because there's a bigger picture here. [Music]
