Is love always possible?

Here is the number one thing that will make your marriage sink. God forbid. If you don't fix this, you're still going to be walking on eggshells. You're still going to be afraid to talk. You're going to be afraid to touch. You're going to still be afraid to be you. Here's the one thing, trust. And I don't mean trusting your spouse. I actually mean trusting yourself. I see couples that are going through difficult times, difficult moments, but they have occasional moments of connection, of love, of peace, of comfort, of joy. But because they're only occasional, they don't take them seriously. Today is today. It dwindled. It must not have been real. People think that if their connection doesn't last, their connection wasn't real. No, it's not true. If you felt connected for even a moment, you can always refill connected again by claiming responsibility for that connection. Your love, your connection, your closeness didn't happen by accident. You positioned yourself that way. And by learning how you've positioned yourself that way and how you can position yourself that way going forward, you can reawaken that connection. But you got to take it seriously. You got to trust yourself.
