If your wife is mad at you and you are lacking genuine connection at home, I need you to listen to this video. I want you to imagine yourself coming home after work and your wife is fast asleep on the couch or at least you thought she was fast asleep. Turns out she was actually awake. You didn't realize she was watching you. And the version of you whom she saw was the version of you whom she was most proud of. Maybe she saw a glimmer of the you she had originally married and was excited to spend the rest of her life with. If somehow she caught you being the best version of you, what is the first thing you'd be most proud for her to notice? And what do you think would excite her most about that? I want you to think about that. Take whatever that little thing is that you'd be most excited for your spouse to notice and be genuine and real. Internalize it because it's a real true part of you.
