How long does it take to heal?

How long does it take for couples that I work with to notice change? People assume that problems that have not been created overnight, that have evolved over many, many years, doesn't get solved overnight either. That's not necessarily true. You may have noticed the problem getting worse over time, but it happened in a moment. And it can actually be healed in a moment. And just like it got worse over time, in one moment it can get better over time. It's not my job to tell you how long it should take. It's not my job to rush you. It's not my job to put limitations on you. It's my job to believe in you because I know you can heal your relationship. You I've seen couples notice significant difference in the relationship just after one session. Some couples take longer and that's okay. [Music]
