Dear men, put down your sword

If you want to be the type of person that other people enjoy being around, the type of person that people want to be friends with, the type of spouse that your husband or wife actually wants to be married to, the type of parent that your children actually appreciate. If you want to be that kind of person, put down your sword. Not every interaction has to be a fight to prove your validity. Just put the sword down. You don't need to prove yourself to everybody to explain why you're valid. It's not because you aren't valid. You are valid. You are important. You are awesome. You're incredible.
