back a few years ago.
So the person should be able to be
supposed to be able to speak to this.
So here has been learning the
and
so the the
says there are three types of possible
kissing. So those I'm just read it
through just to those listening on the
uh on the video. Okay. So
some sort of a tart. It's filled with
different sweets or nuts or
spices. Some sort of a tart.
Okay. Some sort of a cake, right? You
mixed it into the ingredients.
There has to be you could taste it. You
can detect it in there. You detect if
that's enough. It's already going to be
pass
that the mig was that they used to the
were very sweet. They put honey in their
so
our migab should be burning. We make a
on it.
So
has to be there's a lot of a lot of in
there.
Okay. So it's cake
there's a little bit of sweetness that
you taste taste a little bit of honey in
it that's enough honey would be
according to it has to be cake in order
to be a murder. Okay. He says
the becomes the okay
doesn't matter if it's spice not spice
doesn't make
it's crackers okay you make dry dry
crackers okay these are called biscuit
bishkisk
okay and then the past is so in other
words you have This
it's not clear if there's even a
different
different as to what it is but they all
to be correct none of these things to be
since these things are all eaten
so then then they're going to be
now we could question all these three
types of of things that we could right
from Marshall what if I make a cracker
but it's the der to be could be assumed
on this cracker Right? We refer to as
matzah today. Right? So what what what
broker do you make a matzah? It's a
cracker. It's innovation. Right. And and
in fact if I make little crackers I make
little matzas. In fact they sell today
you can buy big matzas. You can buy
little matzas. Matza crackers
matzah crackers. What do you make on
matzah crackers? Right. So they're
indistinguishable from year round
crackers. In fact the matzas that we
have are really indistinguishable from
crackers. So what braha do we make on on
matzah? What do we make on matzah
crackers? We could ask a similar
question about egg matzah is that why is
there a difference of braha on that? Why
why is egg matzah different? Okay, we'll
come back to these questions but it
brings out the point that it's not so
clear even though we said that these
things we defined we said
that's that's going to be a buros that's
one of the definitions
but it's not so clear because the we all
know we make we make a mat. So why is
that? Now it comes to pies. So we have
the same question again because the over
here said that if you if you
make these things out of it
so then there's going to be a burn
that's not the later on very end of the
next paragraph says that if you make a
it's a pie right it's a a meat pie
it's made with meat inside of it you
make a meat
right you make a Pizza basically, right?
What do you make? Says you make
pie is going to be same, right? He says
that that is going to be okay. So what's
the reason for that? So right, so
there's something going on over here,
right? Before told us you'd make a you
make a maze. Now he tells us you make I
might see if it's if it has meat or
cheese. So the p discusses the taz
of it right maybe he's talking about
something but it must be because of says
no no if it's depends on what if it's
filled with fruit that's that's a
dessert
sugars fruit things you make a a tart
that's not you don't sit down to eat a
eat a danish that now you make a bor but
if you filled it with meat or fish or or
or cheese right things that you would
eat as a meal
Then indeed the on that is going to be
and seemingly passes this way as well.
You look at the at the end of the
he says
over here is a even if you're not
is not similar to even though we just
said torsos
but not on not on not if it's filled
with meat. Why? The shiny
meant for dessert. It's not something
you can
Why do you eat this? This is your meal.
You try to eat to fill yourself up. You
want to eat it. So therefore, that's
therefore is going to be right. It's
like
it's like any other bread and meat that
I eat together. So I eat bread. I eat I
the food that I'm pass right I eat bread
together with meat the chicken and so
what difference does it make if I bake
the two together why does that make it
less pass okay
if I make little things snacks right so
Franklakes right so that's a it's a
mison with a meat inside that's eaten as
a it's frank right so that would be a
bird that would be
Um, so if it has in the little pieces of
meat,
it's made either after the suda or
whatever. Nowadays, they sell serve
usually before the suda. You know, the
waiters go around with these little
derves with, you know, little thing of
potato or meat or whatever. So these
things are that's that's not that's not
something you convey a sudan. That's the
direct to eat it as a as like a snack.
So then that's going to be so the
definition isn't we see over here was it
matzo? possible right
the
right
to discuss the sh what do you make on on
our mat times of kazal the masses were
thick they weren't like our mat today
they t they had thickness to it maybe
they were you could be you could do uh
you could the uh the matzah
kakas right you made a sandwich out of
it today our matzas aren't able to be
kic anything you wrap anything with a
mat. So we have different matzas. Okay,
we don't we're not anymore. How to make
the matas the the way they used to make
it. So we have all the humras. We make
ours dry and cracker like and thin and
with holes in it and every all the
because we're not anymore and what's
considered. So so but this is what we
this is what we do. So now now that we
do this, so what do we make? you need to
be needs to be if you want to be uh
don't eat it from so I'll just talk
about I just quoted here he quotes from
based the
he says he says there's a difference
between matzah and the bishkish okay the
these biscuits that they had these
crackers
um and he says it's al because the bif
tells us that the rule there's a rule
over here that we've been mentioning
until now there's a me there's a rule
what makes something of the it has to do
with what's the
right so I'm sure everyone here loves
this right from from this this is the B
of it really doesn't depart these rules
that we just read over here if it's a
cracker like or it's a pastry or if it's
sweet these aren't the rule the rule
rule is is it the
way we these are guidelines ways of
deciding whether if it's sweet it's too
sweet it's not the suda if it's like the
Danish it's not But if you had one the
would be the data for instance it's a
for
especially a pes have nothing else to
eat. So it's that these matzas were
baked with the intent of being used for
right that's basically it the we had
when we made the matas was that we were
going to be using them for
um the by the therefore and they say
well if it was baked for pes and the b
the the says even if you have leftovers
leftovers so pes you would have made a m
you have leftovers for pes you also make
a because those bases that were made for
pes you obviously had the to use them
for say this is going to be my
leftovers. You know it was these were
the matzas for bas. So those mats you
make but if I were to bake matz the rest
of the year so that would just be a
cracker and then the bro would be a
burger and the uh he disagrees and he
says other this seems to be the meaning
of the among is that we say he says he
says this he says in the time of the bid
they probably didn't have machine they
didn't have uh you know people coming to
the shas with boxes of boxes and some
people sit down to every meal with with
boxes it was something uh normal. You
didn't bake matzas the rest of the year.
You had your matas for pes. You had
leftover matas after pes. Those matzas
were if you did something strange, you
paid your matzah during the rest of the
year. That's just a cracker.
that but today he says he says
the last two lines of the of the he says
he's talking about what it was in his
day
didn't have machine in his day
today this is very common right
we make we make about not for Passover
use right boxes all year round.
Thousands of people, right? You go to
any you'll see people with their boxes
and they want to be on them, right?
So
is not dependent on whether you're a
cracker or a bread or it's dependent on
whether it was baked for the purpose of
if that's what people use then that's
what people use and that's what makes
and it's the same thing with the like we
said beforehand with the with the with
the uh with the pie if you have a pie
that is d through Sudan the mish says
you do make a um it's a big m it's my
pizza right so some people one slice two
slice Some people say even half a
amount. Pizza is they pass it like like
the mug of rum like mishaba. They say
that that the bra pizza should be others
say no pizza is a snack food. Okay, that
seems to be the case. How do you how do
where do you put pizza on the is it made
for kasuda or is it really it's like a
snack food and okay but that gets that's
that's before we getting into the sh of
what slice to slice this just the sh
what is pizza is it made for then it's a
mighty if it's not made it's just made
snack so then it's going to be pos
like the vish said lava does have to be
fruit versus meat you can have meat
that's also for a kino right and blanks
these things these are so you can have
cheese that way too Okay, there's one
other plate just to throw out people
should be aware of is that often potato
conditions are not baked, they're fried.
Okay, so something people should aware
of that uh that's the way they make a
potato kit. You bake it when you get it
home at home, you'll put it back in the
oven and you'll reheat it because they
come frozen uh potato kishes, but most
of them I believe the way you make a
potato dish is it's deep fried in in
oil. That's what gives it that oily
outside crispy uh you know whatever. Um
it's not a baked food. So it's not uh
it's a later s about the donuts and the
the uh that's that's boiled and that is
mimick only eat because they have a sh
whether it's even possible to kiss it
here but well so that's a another topic
but the uh so there there is good reason
to make them zonos on only to make them
zonos on uh potatoes because they are
fried but whether you get out of the
shab that yayim should only eat a tasuta
that would depend on whether you
consider it to be possible or whether
you consider it to be a suta. So okay
again lots of steak is over there. So
there's what we make a lot to eat it and
to make on a potato fish to make a make
a burn
certainly not to make a even if you're
sudan. Okay. Um so now that brings us up
to the last of the three categories.
Right. So we talked about the first two
cate the the first and the and the third
category. There's the middle category
the cake. What if I bake a cake then to
be okay? So
it's a strange thing to do. People don't
do that.
takes but that's sort of the nor the
says I think that probably that's the
way it was in the the uh Spanish where
the lived bread was didn't have wasn't
made sweet you didn't put sweet things
in I think even today are more into the
uh into the spicy foods not into the
sweet foods I don't know today but it
depends which they you know which
country you come from but I think we're
more into the into the sweet and less
into spicy. Okay. So the the the honeyo
was a was an Ashkanazi invention and
they said
we make this via suda that's our kabana.
If you have a who's living now in
America who eats all the Ashkanazi foods
and lives you know is completely
Ashkanazi. I I don't you know me that it
doesn't make sense to say well I follow
is talking according to what was it's
not akinazi
over here it's what was this bread made
me suda if the still today are eating
spicy foods and they're actually eating
sweet foods and this is what they eat
they only eat the water to him they eat
a piece of honey oh this is cake so that
they would never be on this so that he
for him it should be if you have a but
if you have a who lives in Muny I don't
know and he he eats all the foods that
everyone else eats and he is
indistinguishable his diet from any
else's diet. So when he buys the honey,
it would seem that that should be a it
would seem that that should be a bould
be a mi. Okay. Now that brings us to the
question of the
>> what?
It's good.
>> Okay.
That gets us down to shell of the of the
newspapers of the uh zonas roles, right?
Rolls, which I think most people if you
were to give them a zonus roll and give
them a regular role side by side, they
wouldn't know which is which. except for
the fact that it says on the package
there's all these pizzas I see buy and
it says ro or something like that right
it tastes the same to me as any other pa
that I buy um you know they there ways
of using uh low bricks apple juice that
is almost you know almost like water
pear is already watered down and you get
low apple juice low sugar you can make
make it indistinguishable from from
regular bread certainly it's less sweet
honey that was talking about and the
question is what's the kavana of the
person who made this bread or the person
who buys it person using it what are
they using it for are they using it for
they making a pa with falafel or
whatever they eating it with whatever
salad or bumas are they eating it the
same way as normal person would eat it
or are they eating it some other way are
they eating it they're only eating it
for dessert this is like would look at
this and say oh this is too sweet I
would never eat this with my chicken I
would never eat this with the whatever
it is you put into these things
is if it's indistinguishable from bread.
So that it's bread, right? That's that
that's the basic rule over here. So
whether it be matzah, whether it be uh
whether So now matzah crackers go back.
What broccol do you make on a matzah
cracker? That's not made for fasuda. It
might be the same ingredients as the as
the cracker is as the as the matzah is,
but it's made for a snack. So they'll
sell you the two exact same products,
but one's a cracker, one's a matzah.
One's a big thing, right? That's meant
to eat for a whole meal. And you can eat
a whole meal with your mouth. And one's
a little cracker. The cracker, well,
it's in the shape of a little cracker.
That you're going to make a bas on the
side because that's how it's meant for.
It's meant just to dip it into some two
bites and that's it. And the one that's
sold as the big box, you know, the the
the big square that's made for and
that's going to be hamosis. Even though
it's the same ingredients, it doesn't
make a difference. They had the cracker
the rest of the year really was
different ingredients. What? Because
they put a little bit of salt on top or
something that made a difference. It's
the same ingredients. Anyway,
um what about egg matzah? Okay, so now
egg matzah is an interesting question.
On the one hand, it's not that sweet. It
doesn't taste like cake or anything like
that. I mean, if we were to
>> what? Compared to matzah, it's sweet.
Correct. So, but it has to do with what?
Why? Think about it. I mean, on the one
hand, why do they make egg matzah? They
make it for like a treat or something or
or is it made for people who can't eat
matzah, right? people who can't imag
elderly what whatever it is
right so on the one hand maybe it should
be uh it should be a u maybe it should
be and I saw this big discussion not so
whether it's a different opinions
he assumes that the egg mat is
I saw others I
others he quotes also from you also from
a um
Um,
bigf they they all assumed that the egg
but I don't know if the brick is egg
matzah was the same as our egg mat. I
don't know if it was made fin and
cracker like could be his was uh uh
something else whatever it was but um
and anyway he's and it could be his you
know he goes like they're going to put
it's going to be but anyway they all
assume it's going to be I saw others
assume it's going to be that should be
should be again it has to do with this
question but I think the reason why
people would say that it's um
is because it's not the same as regular
matzah one it's it's a cracker so it's
cracker. So to get to we said we explain
to get to on a cracker that's already
you have to say well it was made for to
say the same level by an egg matzah
that's made really for kasuda. It's not
the same it's maybe it's not the same
level. It's uh you know we don't use it
the same way. It's has a little bit of
an off taste to it. We'll see more about
this in a second but it's not people eat
it because they have to eat it not
because they want to eat it. It's not
like the ideal tasting. Matzah is not a
is not a big hot seller. Uh even the
rest of the year I don't see people
running to buy egg matzah. You know they
they using they usually buying just
regular matzah or they they get the get
the oat mata if they can't eat the the
gluten or something they're not egg
matzah is not a not a major seller.
Um though has a has a even though he
says the egg mat is going to be a a
bonus but he says he's talking about a
person wants to eat it. He wants to use
it on PES. So the person gets rid of all
the from his house.
He now is going to uh
he wants to um he wants to have he wants
to have those. So what do you use? A lot
of people right they they'll save you
know you know just two little rolls or
whatever one roll per person whatever
they make how many bites you can eat and
they and they uh and then they have this
amount of kala left over and then the
crumbs they eat out on the porch and
they shake it to the wind or whatever
okay so they everyone has their happened
uh just a few years ago we had
I don't think it's going to happen for
another 20 years or something um time to
think about it but this is uh this
always you know comes up again it
doesn't happen so often but what happens
it's always a big big tum what to do. So
one of the is to use egg matzah. So
that's why could you use egg matzah but
on the other hand you need to eat. So
he's mahadish that if you use
or use this egg matzah for for you could
make you could be convey and even though
you only eat how much you have to eat
we'll talk about in a minute but eat a
very small amount maybe we'll let's call
it one instead of normally the amount
you need to eat to be on a on a
is a large amount and for for a suda
shabas shabas only requires aa a pass.
Um so therefore it's enough if you eat a
of that would be enough and you could
then you could then bench you can make a
um he has a he says that it's based on
the idea that shabas is
find the shabas is so the whatever but
but there's a over here right I eat cake
and my kdish right I make a
kdish I never saw someone take a piece
of cake well is of so I should make a
cake on chabas
is not that way. Russian knows that too.
So what's he says if you eat it
if you're eating since there's
and your is
and therefore if he takes
you make him his own
for because
you're not to eat necessarily
right brings different
a person should eat pass he says a
person can't He pass for whatever reason
for he could eat Paris, he could eat
boser, he could eat
has a whole pecking order of of
right what you should eat. If you can't
eat, he says you can't eat, you should
eat, you can't eat, you should eat.
If you can't eat that, then eat
whatever he has like a whole list has
about what you should eat for. We know
this, right? This is
but it's not it's not clear that you
have to eat bread. Okay? Meaning you
should because you're only with bread.
But because it's there are those who say
you could be without bread. So it's not
so only with bread. So then that not
necessarily then if I'm not bread I
can't say the chabas is not because
bread. So there maybe you're not bread.
So you end up in a sh. So therefore um
you for this baby it doesn't work. Now
the reason mention this is because uh
there's this morai over here you can
read it. He he this what he talks about
he he brings in some other factors also
which has to do actually with he quotes
about which which actually is very also
very
brings
by matzah by mat those are learning the
sug
by mat because you what makes something
into matash versus matzah
so maybe if you make make it out of May
Paris maybe that's called matzah that's
not called me that's not called um
matash mat if you use from the mash so
if you use kov or y or she right so
those would be um those would be called
mat but if you use let's say apple juice
then that would be called mata okay that
would be regular pass regular mata which
brings up then back to the those who are
going to be make with even if you agree
agreed to the idea of um you know mayis
that that's
gets into this mag which may now make it
into uh does it work um maybe not apple
juice maybe only grape juice okay um and
then maybe there's a little bit of water
in there maybe that that makes it back
into how mighty again and this m is
discussing this sh of of how it works
over here by the by the matash the hill
is mash but that's it you're going to
borrow these ideas which the m is
talking.
So then you have to work that out that
might not even those who hold that there
could be a of Paris maybe it doesn't
work by all anyway the mai though he
says like this he says by mash he writes
it's that is okay again I think in their
day matashi was not something that was
made for kasuta if you want to be kuda
you make bat matashi was or some other
reason I don't know why people eat it
but uh maybe it's easier to digest snack
or something.
Therefore you make him
as I mentioned beforehand if you want to
eat a suda how much you have to eat you
want to consider the says it should be a
because that's of a is a okay
then you can make
because it's
to pass. See, so the as far since since
the person is always struggled to eat
bread for so for him it
even though it might not be the
to do this but since this person is
always do so so for him it
okay
he brings also the like this and goes
even it's more make say
Okay.
No, it's not enough to have only a need
to have a a
and
himself argues.
and and especially we said to do this
for
maybe doesn't need uh doesn't need bread
at all
maybe that's not considered enough
enough of
okay so um so anyway the if you look at
bottom I just give my my cliff notes I'm
glad you follow along matzah the mat
crackers egg matzah the right the meat
and the potato conditions the color. I
don't see what
>> No, I I didn't write the the main signs.
Okay. Okay. We'll get there. We'll get
there. I know this morning.
Look at what time is here?
>> 9:45.
>> Oh, 9:45. Oh, I thought it was 10
o'clock.
>> Oh, sorry. Okay. So, okay. Anyway, that
was it. That's all I wanted to say for
that for that. I want to talk though if
you give me a few hints. I want to talk
these are things I wanted to talk about.
Wraps they put on I I didn't want to
talk about they put it on the side.
Okay. Um there's there's different types
of components of breads. Okay. Often
times a person will look at a ingredient
list and it's very confusing because
there's nothing there that's English.
Okay. So for instance it'll say things
like modified wheat starch as an
ingredient, right? and or resistant
wheat starch. You'll hear about and a
lot of breads will say on them they have
um they have zero carbs and things like
that and and uh zero net carbs. That's
the zero net carbs because they have
this one subtracts out that one or
whatever. So, and they use something
called the reason why they get no carb.
It's made with bread. So, people get
confused. Oh, problem zero zero net
carbs. So, that sounds like something
that's not edible or what made out of
paper. So, how can it be a bra? You
know, it doesn't even fill you up. So,
it's not really true. These things do
have um you know, they have calories to
them and they do. But what they do is
they use things called modified wheat
starch or resistant wheat starches and
things like that in them. And what they
do is first you have a wheat kernel.
Let's just talk about wheat kernel for a
second. It's made of different
components. The main part of a wheat
kernel is the starch, right? The starch
is like the 80% more or whatever of the
wheat. That's what it is. You have
before you get to the wheat, you have
bran, right? Brand is the outer coating
that comes off. You have whole wheat, it
has the brand. You have white flour, no
brand. Well, Shil, right about um today
they remove the brand from it and if you
buy whole wheat, they put it back in.
That brings into about things. Um but
but
is mitz. Okay. So in terms of pes, it's
considered a mach. But it is not it is
not if you eat it by itself, it's a
shakle. Okay. So sometimes you have to
add it back in and you have to know how
much wheat flour is in there and how
much other ingredients is in there. So
the brand you would count that towards
the shahak side of things, not it's not
in sty necessarily with the with the
wheat because it's separated out and
then then put back in. Um the wheat
starch is the main part they could do is
they could separate out the wheat from
the gluten. Um they they uh they'll make
like a dough out of it. They'll make a
mush and then they could wash out you
could wash out the wheat starch from the
from this dough. And if you take wheat
like you took a dough made it a dough
and then you put it into water you'll
get out you you'll the gluten will stay
together. It'll stick together in the
ball and what precipitates out into the
water is going to be the wheat starch
and the wheat starch then they take it
and they dry it. So whenever you see
wheat starch by the way you know you
talk. There's no way to make wheat
starch without being hum because you
have to do it by soaking it in water. Um
the uh whenever you have gluten, it's
also come obviously um you you're
separating out these two things they
call it if it's just the gluten by
itself. They call it vital gluten. Um
you can have something called wheat
protein isolate. Okay, also sounds a
complicated name. What they're doing is
they're separating out the gluten which
has gluten is the name one of the names
of the protein of the wheat. It's called
gluten and they're able to isolate out
just the protein from the gluten. And
it's a it's a more concentrated form. So
if you have just vital weak gluten, it
could be like 60% gluten. If you have
this thing called um uh wheat protein
isolate, it could be like 90% gluten. So
when they add it back in, you're getting
concentrated gluten. Okay, that's what
it is. Um, and then they'll re when when
after you separate the wheat from the
gluten, you could then modify it and you
could do things that will reduce the way
it it digests in the it won't digest the
same way as regular uh regular bread.
And you'll you only get about 40% of the
calories of regular bread. And then they
have kashbonas because they give you a
certain amount of of um bran and and uh
and um fiber. And these things take the
body a certain amount of effort to
digest. Therefore, they say those things
have like negative calories to them and
these things have positive calories.
They make sort of they'll say that these
things have uh you know zero net carbs
or whatever they whatever they'll say.
But these things are actually regular
bread. Okay. What they did is they re
they tear apart the bread. They will uh
modify the different parts different
ways and then they'll reconstruct the
bread for you and they'll put all types
of fillers and things into them. One of
the things I like to put into it is
something called oat fiber. You see oat
fiber. Oat fiber actually is not even
part of the
it's part of the of the chaff that the
oats come in. So those are not even it's
not even the brand. It's beyond the
brand. If you imagine a kernel of wheat
or kernel oat is sitting inside like a
paperlike uh chaff. That's called that's
what they use to make the uh the uh the
old fiber. And these type of things you
can have old fiber and obran. These are
all shahakle in there. Um, but then you
could have uh, you know, wheat starch or
you could have corn starch. You ask
Reubelstein if you have uh, Buzzy have a
corn starch bread, but it has gluten
with it. They have these things. They
have other starches, potato starch, but
they put wheat gluten because you can't
make a bread without gluten. So, it
doesn't have wheat starch in it, but it
has gluten. It has potato starch. So, I
have a starch and have a gluten. I make
myself a bread. Y that's a m because the
mice makes a bread and it has wheat in
it. So how much wheat it has is very
maybe it's only maybe it's only 10%. So
maybe then you you'd have to eat take
his asim in order to be able to bench
which you won't be able. So you would
never bench on such a bread but it is a
bread would be I might see
>> Can you give an example of such a
product that
>> they make there's something called a um
um the flax rollups. You see these
things flax rollups. Um they're it's
like a it's like a wrap but they're um
so they're all types of ingredients.
They're flax seeds. It's got ground up
flax seeds in there and it has in a
gluten of course because it's makes it
into a bread. There's a little bit of
whole wheat flour in there and so the
amount of actual wheat in this thing is
something like 20%. So you'd have to eat
five kaz of these things. Now each of
these wraps you know you fill it up with
some tuna or something you wrap it up
you maybe d1 kazayas will take you four
minutes whatever the sh of kaz process
certainly d5 of them process is never
going to happen. So you would make
don't say because you're not even a you
make a and then you make a at the end
right that's you make right but you make
at the end make at the end but the make
you make um this is all in
this discusses the if you have they have
breads they have in them um different
parts you know minor parts
Um, but wraps, right? So, I don't want
to disappoint anybody. So, so what
broccoli do you make are wraps? Well,
wraps are a uh they're made from a
bilava. It's a it's a regular dough.
It's rolled out very thin. It's baked.
It's a it's a soft matzah is one way of
thinking about it. Uh I heard there
those that say someone you don't make
any brah on it because it should be like
the case of the uh of the jam, right? If
you have a cracker to eat with the jam.
So then you don't nobody wants to eat
the wrap and mel this was his therefore
it's the is the tuna that's what you
want to eat and nobody and therefore the
bra is on the tuna it because it's like
say those fish or those the jam you eat
and tuffle to the to now I I don't it
might depend on the person I mean it
might be a person who is that way but I
think it's eaten for and for person's
hungry that's why he eats the case of
the jam is only if a person doesn't want
to eat it at all he's not interested to
eat he wants to eat jam just he's going
to get his hands all sticky. You get be
like a kazer and you put my hand into
the jam and I eat it. So you you take a
spoon. I don't have a spoon. You take a
cracker thing the type of cracker that
was not tasty and you dipped it in and
you ate it like that. So that it's not
eaten for not eaten for then you you
know it doesn't get a but if it's if you
have a bread that's eaten for so we
don't find anyone says that by things
that eat for we know even if I put a
little bit of flour into something that
if the if the if it's put in for
says or right but but also for if it's
put in then it becomes then the koshes
becomes the you make on it that's
everything else so I think I know people
tell me if they think differently. I my
understanding of wrap is that it's eaten
for spa. People want to have a whole
sandwich out of it. I don't want to just
eat tuna. It's not going to fill me up.
If I put a tuna into a wrap, I eat the
whole thing. That's a lunch that's going
to fill me up. So then I'm eating it for
sphere. So then I have to make a brah on
the wrap. I can't tuffle to the to the
jam or to the tuna, right? So So then
the brah on it is going to be a Now we
have to know what the braha on the on
the wrap is. So it's it's basically it's
a it's a soft matzah. So now it gets
back to original Shiloh. Is it made for
or is it made as a snack? Okay. If it's
made as a snack, so then it would be a
uh it would be like the pasta type of a
um if that's taco what it's made for.
Again, it doesn't necessarily matter.
Like we said, if it's crunchy or is it
made for is it made for
my understanding is that it is made for
that's my understanding is it is made
for that's what people do. They they
have a whole meal. This is the way they
sit down to a meal. Some people eat one.
Then again, some people eat one slice of
bread, too. Not everybody who sits down
to a meal, eats uh eats five slices of
bread. Some people eat one slice of
bread. But it's the derek to eat with
tuna and face, whatever it is, and you
have it as a meal. So, u, you know, it's
baked by itself. It's not the other
definitions that we had to say. I bake a
bread first. So, it's a mighty. Let's I
put on it after, smear on it afterwards,
you know, sugar and spices and whatever.
I put on the slice of bread afterwards.
still a m doesn't change the bra the
fact that I I make it taste put honey
all over the bread it's still a m only
if it was baked originally that way does
it become here you can say well it was
baked with a kana if you eat it you know
wrapped up as a tuna baked okay that's
that's that's
if it's baked to be eaten as a as a
normal meal like we said before from the
the beet pie if I baked the two together
but it's baked together to be eaten as
meat and meat and bread so then that's
that's It's a mitzy. So what was my kan?
It's not worse that if I actually baked
it together as a wrap if I put the tuna
in it and I baked it the would say you
should make a lot of those that say no
it's not a mighty because they're very
very gooey or something not they're not
baked enough or all types of I don't
know if uh you know I've heard these
stories too I've asked about it. He he
had a piece of also uh he held it there
might see but he said he said if you eat
it alone he said that's taken to do eat
it alone and therefore you said eat
alone you should make a burn but uh I I
don't know exactly uh hardly ever comes
up because I don't think anybody ever
eats them alone but I don't know what
exactly the of that was where do we find
such a thing of bread if they eat it
alone it should be a mas eat it the
normal way then it becomes a mighty So
um anyway there's the uh that's that's
about
>> why is it a separate hawk why according
to the it's all it's all part of the
same as a puzzle
>> but it was on the title of a separate
separate why is it separate I don't know
>> what
>> maybe some say doesn't have to den
>> some people say that some shakes let me
just say a little thing
you need some reason for
It wasn't
>> let me let me add another another point.
If you have a blitzer though, so blitz
is made from a bler raka. Okay, that's
how you make a blitz. You you make a
call crepe in English, right? You take a
flour and water and egg or whatever and
you make a liquid batter out of it and
then you put it down in your frying pan
and you fry make yourself a crepe and
then now you could fill it and you could
reake it and you can make a plun out of
it. So there can say that that is not
it's negate also to
etc because it's not that's not possible
that's a rally that's like the case of
the talks about thin lay
just an egg with some flour in it
>> what
>> is that just an egg with some flour
wouldn't a pancake be a bigger question
>> a pancake might also be a question but
the the other one it is done for to make
a to make a biz it's not just there to
hold it together. The egg egg holds
together by itself. I can make a It's
made to make a It's very similar to a
wrap, but it's made even thinner and
it's made out of a bleak. So make a
bleaka that's going to be a that's going
to be a burn that's that's considered it
doesn't have sap to it. But if you have
something which is coming from a
from a bilava which is a regular dough.
So then I mean you know to say that it's
too thin well then matzah I'll tell you
it's too thin. I mean, well, well, is
there anything to matzah? You say, well,
because it flaps around a little bit. I
don't know. The matzas that used to be
kic the the around the uh you know, the
mat of the M was that you know how was
it much different than this? I don't
know. It could be that there is a to
there was a video going around a number
of years ago as of the he said doesn't
have pass to it. I I don't know what
exactly they were, but if you saw the
video, they like threw it in his face
for like two seconds. It wasn't. And
maybe he thought it was a crepe. I don't
know what he thought it was. He didn't
tell him what it was. It was like very
done very, you know, just in his face.
The guy saw this surp,
you know, than any other types of bread.
He held that it was a mighty, but okay.
>> No one eats it alone. You said no one
eats it alone.
people alone. You see right away
alone
what was that show? It shows that it's
meant for that's what it shows. Okay.
>> Yeah, that's what it shows.
>> Does it go together that it doesn't have
to pass now be subject to?
>> Yeah.
>> It doesn't pass. You can tell the
it's not going to be possibly kissing.
It's a cracker something like that.
Okay. So then it's not that's not fish
but you hold his mouth like a frame like
a blint. So his special
>> frozen pancakes, frozen waffles are
those
>> that's a question they were already how
how thick does it have to be to to be
considered mill 3 mill?
>> No, it's not 3 milliliters. Say a waffle
waffle be an inch thick, right? Buy
those frozen waffles like an inch
thicker parts and then they get thinner
and thicker. It has a sur to you hold
the whole thing.
>> So pass says pass. It's like a cake. So
make a small cake.
>> If you own waffles
>> waffles and it would be a mighty. Yeah,
that's not what Mug was talking about
that you make it between the things.
They push the Our waffles are made in
waffle bakers that have big humas in it
that are that shape. They're talking
about two between two plates. You
squeeze it thin like a like a crepe.
>> That's what they're talking about. It
comes out, you know, like a plate.
There's nothing to it. Uh, you know,
these type of but if you have it from a
regular sauce, then there would be
>> waffles not really waffles the same.
>> It's a liquid batter. Yeah. It's liquid
batter. Because it becomes thick like a
cake. Has a cake like the difference.
What's the difference between a cake and
a wet
become?
>> Okay. I'm ducking.
