exactly where it's meant to be so I'm now paying it forward I was told last week about my car not in the driveway that your car is where it's meant to be now I paid it forward to my daughter your bagel is where it's meant to be which is on my plate so anyway this is our new uh embrace your place everything is where it's meant to be if I have to say we we barem I don't even know if we've orig elevated next time they checked my blood for a heart condition it went through the roof I had to take I had to have a test done to find out what the problem was and there were three blockages although I partially put out for the procedure I heard the doctor say I need a triple bypass surgery I heard him consult with other heart doctors who agreed I was in total shock when I heard the news surgery was set for the next morning having heard your Shear just before the incident gave me the Just when I needed it on the morning before the surgery I kept telling myself and others that I just need to get through today it's 4 to six week recovery I've had a constant pain in my chest every day since as I recover I'm supposed to walk and do exercise for endurance the pain is so great it's hard to push myself the main point I want to share with you is that I don't need to perseverate a word I learned from you about how strong I will feel tomorrow or when I can drive or get back to work she is a great reminder I only need to get through today thank you for the lesson I love theun especially in the days I'm down because it always lifts me up thank you for the uplifting sh so whether it's a triple bypass or whether it's reconcil with family member or whatever it is in life we just have to get through today we just have to get through today okay I have many more emails but it's going to be hard to get through them I did get two yesterday and this blew me away I'm so moved and grateful and proud but two people shared with me yesterday who had taken me through their journey of some of have and didn't they come back from there and what then don't sign up if you're gonna sign up do with a smile do with joy do with positivity do with love do with energy because that's the energy that you're walking into a meeting so now every meeting is actually a religious experience instead of a mundane meeting a client a customer meeting with your staff meeting with your team instead of another meeting I can't tell you how many podcast I love productivity books and and podcasts so many of them are dedicated to how to minimize and eliminate meetings in your life meetings are enormous consumers of time Elon Musk for example is a famous uh practice in any of his companies he seems to have been pretty successful at building them if you're at a meeting and you feel you're neither contributing or gaining you're not only allowed to he wants you to get up and walk out in the middle that's a slippery SL and a dangerous thing to tell the people to measure on their own but if you're at a meeting for whatever reason you're invited to you're at that meeting and if you evaluate you assess in the middle of that meeting I'm neither contributing nor gaining from being in this meeting and there's other things I could be doing get up and walk out that's his philosophy I'm not saying Institute it that's his philosophy so much about getting rid of eliminating meetings but there are meetings you have to have and if you walk into a meeting in work in life the meetings you have to have parent teacher conferences are meetings no one likes one of the only good things that came out of Corona and should have for all schools but didn't were Zoom parent teacher conferences I hereby call on all schools to immediately if I had an executive order I would issue an executive order move parent teacher conferences only to zoom but anyway okay now back to your regular schedule program so whether it's a parent teacher conference or it's a meeting with your team at work or it's a potential client or customer where you're trying to help bring reconciliation in a conflict or you're trying to build a campus any of those can be transformed into a religious experience if at the threshold of that meeting before you walk into that room you say first of all Hashem I know you're in the room I know you're in this meeting let it be successful second of all let me find the right words I mentioned at the she earlier this morning on the ran i d to hem that in that moment Le give me the right words to say hm give me the right words but not only Hashem let it be successful in a positive outcome Hashem give me the right words to say but Hashem I know I'm going through the motions of this meeting and I'm going to give it my all and while it looks like here in this world that's a matrix that we're having a meeting and that will determine the result I know it all comes from you and this is just what I have to do now you've transformed that meeting into a moment that is a
